With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. Patriot Roofing met and exceeded all of our expectations.

I found patriot from a google search. Great customer service making an appointment. Kraig Perry came to my home and thoroughly inspected my roof and attic spaces for damages. He was also very helpful dealing with my home insurance company. My roof work was completed in 5days with two work crews, a little issues with debris all over the yard and the fences. Other than that great experience overall.

The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements.

The crew that came out were awesome. The only way that I can tell that they were up working was the sound of the tools. There was no yelling, profanity, or loud music. The completed roofing was absolutely great. I have zero complaints about this company and would hire them again if needed.

All aspects were great from the initial visit to the cleaning up when the roof was finished. They are on time, communicate well, thorough, personable and professional.

Patriot roofing is an outstanding company. They weren’t the cheapest but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. From our salesman Levi, the crew(Alan and his crew) to the final inspection with Eb...they were all professional, courteous and hard working. The roof turned out even better than expected and our property was treated with respect and left as if no one had been there. Prompt, efficient, courteous and tidy

Much better than I expected. Elle, the roofer, was very courteous and obviously an expert at roof repairs. The repair required a partial rebuild of the skylight casement. When finished in one day, the quality of the work was readily apparent. Although extra work was required when water damage was discovered during repair, Patriot Roofing stood by their quote and that’s something not often seen nowadays. Very reasonable price too. Oh, and with a lot of rain this fall, no more leaks.

Super job, it was a difficult job because of all the different angles of the roof.

From start to finish, Patriot Roofing performed brilliantly! Kraig Perry provided the original estimate, which proved to be fair, accurate, and was given without any kind of sales pressure or attempt to "upsell". The contract and financing options were also clear and detailed. When it came to the actual installation, Production Manager Larry Smith did an excellent job keeping us informed of minor delays, and helped coordinate de-confliction with an ongoing fence project. When the project began, Crew Chief Charlie proved to be a talented professional. He and his team worked hard, fast, and smart, and the results turned out even better than we expected. The day after the roof/insulation/vent work was completed, the gutter installation team arrived, and finished in one day. I didn't write down the names of the two-person crew who installed the custom gutters, but the two of them (a woman and a man) were also exceptionally professional and competent. Nicest looking and highest-quality gutters this home has ever had! All additions to the original contract price were clearly communicated; there were no surprises. There still are a couple of items remaining to be completed, most notably replacing the rusted furnace vent pipe, which will be handled by an HVAC specialist. One minor issue occurred when the water heater vent pipe was reinstalled; it was dislocated at the water heater, and so was venting directly into the laundry room. When my wife discovered this late on a Friday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend), I sent an email to the @customer-service address, and received a response by phone within 30 minutes. Steve Campbell promised that a repair would happen that evening. Even though no specialists were available, the Patriot Roofing Production Manager assigned to monitor final completion, Eberardo Alarcon, responded himself, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the vent pipe within a few minutes! It's this kind of customer service which distinguishes Patriot Roofing from its competition. Two very minor things for improvement: There were a bunch of roofing nails left on the driveway and dog kennel; (We did a thorough search after the roofing crew departed.) Also, we provided about 3/4 of a gallon of exterior house paint for the couple of new wooden eave vents, but the remaining paint hasn't been returned. We're going to need that to paint the replacement sheathing under the eaves, and/or do a color match. Aside from those very minor issues, we have only great things to say about Patriot Roofing; I've already recommended this company to several friends who are planning to re-roof this Fall.

Patriot was a pleasure to work with. They provided a very professional assessment of what could be done. We went with a lower bid, but I was impressed by Patriot Roofing and their estimator. They are not a budget choice but if I were looking for a premium roof, I'd call them again.

The person who came out to bid on the job refused to give me a bid without my husband present. This seemed to me like it would end up being just a high-pressure sales tactic since he insisted that he needed both homeowners present. I ended up not even getting his bid.

Patriot Roofing was very professional, excellent quality products used and they kept us informed on the project. Patroit provided a detailed report on the work to be performed, materials to be used, cost of additional materials if needed and the warranty. The new roof was scheduled to be installed and work was delayed by two heavy snowfalls. We were kept informed on changing work schedules and very impressed with the work ethic of the employees. They faced a lot of challenges while installing the roof including a power outage, frosted roof, cold wet weather and snow. I would hire Patriot Rooking again and highly recommend them.

Patriot Roofing is an excellent company. Everyone that I came in contact with were very professional and helpful. I had an old shake roof nearing the end of it's life span, and it was not cost effective to repair and maintain. After several bids from other companies, I decided on Patriot Roofing, even though it was on the high end of the price scale, there were several things I considered in choosing Patriot. Keith, my roofing consultant did an excellent job in providing all the information needed for me to make a decision. He did a preliminary inspection, provided me with a binder which showed pictures of the old roof, and evaluation about the roof's condition. It also provided me detailed information on the scope of the project to replace my roof with a new one, and a lot of other useful information. Another thing I took in consideration was that Patriot does not subcontract the actual work on replacing the roof, they will provide a lien release from their supplier. They also provide information on the company's license, insurance coverage, and contractors bond. I was given a start date, delayed by weather, common around here at this time of year. I was informed of the new start date, by phone, and by letter. Miguel my project manager, arrived with his crew, made sure that barriers were set up to protect my property, addressed any concerns I might have. At the end of the work day the roof was protected against unforeseen elements, the driveway was cleaned and construction debris was put in the trailer. Miguel kept me updated on the progress status through out the project. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The crew was without a doubt very professional and hard working. They worked together as a team, and obviously were well trained. The project was completed in four days, I expected it to take a lot longer. Miguel made sure that the clean up was done, showed me pictures of the completed roof which looked amazing. A few days later Eberardo came out and inspected the roof. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I was given a copy of the Patriot roofing warranty, and later received the warranty from the shingle manufacturer. "Great Company," I would not hesitate to recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone.
