Description of Work: Our experience was decidedly a mixed bag. On the positive side, their field techs, especially Troy, were outstanding. They also created a very small amount of damage to one deck, which they promptly reimbursed us for. We have no quarrel with the quality of their work. Despite a considerable amount of digging, the lawn/garden damage, to their credit, was suprisingly minimal. |On the not so positive side, they worked on 8 of our HOA's condo units. Five of those were minor equipment installations, and three others required significant repairs or installations. We were never able to get communication from the office staff as to when they were coming, or what unit they'd be working on. 10 days, a couple of time 2 weeks would go by without ever seeing them, or hearing from them. It took a full two and a half months to get the work completed, and it was simply impossible not to draw the conclusion that we were were an occasional "fill in" job. Hence the grades for "Puncuality" & "Responsiveness".

Description of Work: I had a clogged septic filter, which is something that a home owner can clean providing they know where it is. Since I was unable to locate the filter the service tech showed me how to get it and clean it. My filter was also decayed and old and inferior so he was able to sell me a much better filter that has the ability to be easily cleaned by me in the future. While this does not promote repeat business for Henly it does save the customer money and will cause me to use them in the future should something else go wrong.

Description of Work: Dug out septic system lids for about $200 more than they quoted. Although they were on site for 4+ hours, we did not get the entire system pumped, and they dug out so much near the front door that the sidewalk settled. In addition they broke a line in the sprinkler system.

Description of Work: Hemley's responded quickly when we called with a problem with the septic tank. They determined there was a problem with the drainfield, pumped the tank,jetted the drainfield pipe and found that it had been crushed by tree roots. They cleared the line and since the pipe was draining (slowly), we were OK until we have the drainfield replaced later this year.

Description of Work: Came at time and date agreed upon. Prompt and courteous service. Very thorough and efficient. Was offered $20 coupon even before invoking Angie's list membership. Have used before on last clean out. Will use again.

Description of Work: Septic system stopped up and sewage backed into basement shower toilet and shower. They had truck there and problem fixed 1 hour after call!

Description of Work: I had previously located the tank and uncovered the lids - so there was no extra digging fee. Scott, the service tech from Henley's, pumped both parts of the tank then washed down the sides with a hose. He verified that the outflow was working - hose water dissappered. Next he checked that the inflow was was working properly by noting that hose water splashed back and had me flush a toilet inside the house. Finally he inspected the flow-over from the first tank to the second.
