"If there was a zero I would give it! Contacted Dickâ s heating a month ago and explained we were selling our home and our heat pump did not work and needed to be in perfect condition by 5/31. We got an appointment 2 weeks out for the only technician they had that worked on our specific brand of pump. The technician came out, started working on it, showed me that it â workedâ by turning on the AC and air came out. We paid $1,200.00 for the repairs. The following Friday the new owners tried to use the heat function of the heat pump and it didnâ t work. I immediately called Dicks to see if they could walk us through turning on the heat pump, assuming it was operator error, but the only person that knows how to do that didnâ t work until the next Thursday, 6 days away! We had to make an appointment for Sat 6/1. Our closing was moved to 6/3 and thought the technician would be able to actually fix the pump like we requested a month priorâ ¦. NOPE! Now our closing is in 2 days and we have to scramble to get a new pump put in on a Sunday with 1 days notice! The technician said if we paid for the $1700 servings this would have been caught, but we were never offered any repair options, they said it was fixed and asked for $1,200.00! If you are looking for someone to answer the phone and take your money, call on Dicks Heating!!! If you are looking for a trained professional, call anyone else!!!!!!!"

"I had a fairly simple task to add a quick connect coupler to my home is natural gas line. The goal was to power a portable generator during power outages. I was concerned that the task was small enough that no real professionals would take it on. Tradeworks NW responded super fast. Like, within minutes. Seriously. Within hours I had a schedule for someone to stop by, assess the situation and give me an estimate. For fear of this sounding like a paid endorsement (this most defiantly isn't), they were fantastic. They were able to replace my furnace with a new model the same day. The technicians were nice and more importantly, they knew what they were doing. "Needed a general maintenance service and inspection of our furnace/heat pump prior to sale of our house. Fairly short notice and our normal HVAC company couldn’t schedule us in time so we called Taylor Heating based on a referral. They had availability and scheduled us well within the needed time. Jonah was the tech and did a great job with the service and testing, explaining everything he was doing and what all the results meant. We have some HVAC work upcoming at our new house and I will be having Taylor Heating come out a give an estimate."

"AirBest home services were amazing! I am so happy I put in a mini-split/heat pump and am amazed at how quiet it is and effective. Jason is awesome! He was very knowledgeable about rebate programs, made reasonable recommendations (rather than oversell), was quick with the quote, and got me scheduled within a week. He also offered interest free financing for a year! AirBest was $12K less than my second proposal (because they are a small business and more lean). The staff arrived on time, were respectful of my property, were able to problem solve effectively when things didn't go exactly as planned an got my two rooms installed beautifully and professionally in a day as promised!
