Description of Work: The installers were on time and did a great job of getting it all done in one day. Unfortunately one of the sending units for the thermostat was bad, but a tech was out the next day to fix it. The only issue we ran into was that the person that came to our house to sell the ductless system told us they would apply for the PSE rebates, and it turned out that we needed to do that ourselves. We are still waiting for the rebates to process. It would have been nice if there were filed the week earlier just to cut the time down.

Description of Work: Motor stopped working on hydro-heating system. Initial call-out was punctual and competently handled by technician, who confirmed motor needed replacing, and they'd get back to me. After a week with no word, I called their service dept. and was told that the parts dept. said a replacement wasn't available. I went on line to the hydroheating company's website, found the phone number for their nearest representative, who said that the motor was generic. He gave me a toll free number for them to call to get the part number. Barron's then ordered the part, installed it, and the system worked again. But the attitude of their Service Mgr. was deplorable. I subsequently wrote the owner detailing the atrocious service and never heard a word from him. Needless to say, I would never recommend the company.

There was good communication in scheduling the installation. The installers were punctual and courteous. Overall, an excellent transaction!
