Tree Resource

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List Deal for $400 worth of tree credit. I believed I paid $200 for the deal. First, I had their consultant come out and discussed 3 different trees that I had questions about. And I specifically asked her to help me determine which needed the attention first, which ones could wait. She was not only very helpful in prioritizing the needs for each tree, she also spent some time talking about the properties of the different trees, and the potential issues down the road as they continue to grow (one tree is quite close to the house) and if I chose to expand the house. I decided with Katie (the consultant) which tree to have them work on, and she said she'd email the scope of project and cost. Second, the staff was very diligent in making sure that the work was scheduled. The project cost was greater than I had hoped to spend. So they worked to modify it so that my out of pocket money (after the Angie's Deal quantity was factored in) was within my budget. Third, a team of very passionate workers came out to thin my big cedar in the backyard, and assess a split that is far up the trunk. Several members of the team talked to me about what a great tree it is, how they appreciate seeing such a healthy and large one in a neighborhood. They all seem to really love their work! Clean-up was impressive. Really impressive. Anytime you are dealing with cutting limbs and branches off a tree, then grinding them up, I'd expect to see a pile of wood chips somewhere. Seriously, there was only a little bit of wood dust in the alley. They did an awesome job.

Description of Work: I called Tree Resource one Wed. February 8th and left a message that I needed some trees removed and cut down from the storm. Zeb returned my call on the 9th and asked me to send him pictures of the damage. I sent him the pictures on Fri. the 10th. On Tue. the 14th I had no contact from him and left another message. This is Wed. the 15th and he still has not contacted me. I am giving up on him!! Robert Saul brsaul@comast.net

Description of Work: They trimmed our trees. The work turned out very well. They are excellent and they are very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I hired Tree Resource for tree service. Their worked turned out just fine. They did what they said they were going to do. My only disappoint is that they said they would bring me some woodchips next time they were in my area, and I never got them. Outside of that, I have no complaints.
