Tree Resource

It went well. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. They were very efficient, competent, careful, and knew what they were doing. They got the job done in a timely manner.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was absolutely excellent! They really care about the trees. I would definitely use them again. We have a lot of trees, but I can only afford to do so much at that time. I have already recommended them to several people. What impressed me the most was that they would not do anything that would harm a tree. They were talking about this woman and she called them out and she wanted her trees chopped, and they wouldn't do it. They explained to her that they could actually give her what she wanted by limbing and opening the trees up, but if she wanted them chopped she would have to go somewhere else. I was impressed with them. They did a very good job. Their clean up was excellent. They did a great job.

He came out, looked at everything, and said it was fine. He was certified, seemed to know his stuff, and we were satisfied with him.

They sent out four guys and got the job done in one day.

They were great. We paid an additional amount because we did more work than was on the big deal.

Purchased a big deal to offset the cost. Took a bit of time to get scheduled, but once arranged they were very professional and did a great job with excellent clean up of the work site. I find them to be a bit pricey, but they do a nice job. We have used them twice already and anticipate using again in the future.

We made the arrangements and have heard nothing back from the team.

Excellent. Ease of process and communication were excellent. I only wish I had clarified and asked how large each tree would be, as the trees selected were quite small. Once they grow, they will be beautiful. My fault, not theirs, but I should have asked prior to purchasing the deal.

Tree Resource is an extremely professional company. The consultant who came to our house was prompt, courteous, and very, very knowledgeable in this field. We had many questions, and he gave us professional, experienced, educated answers. I would give this company an A+ in the areas of professionalism and knowledge. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Workers were efficient and did a great job of clean-up. However, I felt their prices were a bit high. As examples, I wanted 3 ornamental cherry trees pruned. Tree Resource quoted a price of $675.00. I have had these trees professionally pruned in the past at 1/3 of that cost. I wanted a hedging row of arborvitae topped off. Tree Resource quoted this as "Minor" hedging, at a cost of $575.00. My original 'wish list' of work to be done consisted of 4 tree areas. However, due to the high cost, I asked Tree Resource to attack only 2 of the 4 tree areas. And, I only had that work done because I had already purchased (2) Angie's List Coupons - each coupon was $99.00 for $200.00 of Tree Resource Credit..

HORRIBLE, worst purchasing experience ever

All went well. The crew was prompt and efficient.

It turned out very well! They had someone come out for consultation and then the laborers came out just about a couple days later.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They seemed to be good. They came out right away. I asked him to do a report and send it to my email and I don't think he ever did that. There were no additional charges. He said he charges more to walk the whole yard so I didn't have him do that. He verbally gave me a report on what he thought about some of my hedges and bushes. I have some bushes that seem to be dying and they are tall and lanky. He said that if I didn't like them, I should chop them down and put in something else. He seemed to be very knowledgeable but he didn't give me any firm guidance on what I should be doing. I tried to pin him down on what he would do if they were his bushes and he said he wouldn't have bushes like that. The bushes are probably 25 feet tall and they are really thinning on the bottom and top. I live on a very busy street and they are not keeping out the noise like I want. He said I could transplant some other trees behind them and then chop those down or I could chop them down and see if they will come back. He deals with this all the time. If he has a disease that affects the bush, he rips it out. He was expensive for what he did. He was here only about 45 minutes and I don't have anything in writing. He said what trees he would recommend and I would like to get those names in writing because I don't remember. He knew what he was talking about. He was very responsive.

He was very polite and personable. He told me I should get wood chips from any tree service company who is grinding up limbs and place that material underneath the tree as it replicates what the tree would experience in the woods. He added I could top dress with a thin coat of mulch for uniform color with other beds in the yard. He mentioned a neighbor of mine is a client and after our visit, would check on the health of my neighbor's tree.

That service turned out OK. The gentleman that came out seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about trees. Their pricing seemed to be on the higher side.

It turned out very well. There were no additional costs charged. The price was very fair. Quality was very good.

Have tried to get them out to do estimate always a month or two out and when appointment set they cancel.

Tree specialist was very informed, listened and answered all my questions and provided good guidance especially for a very pretty but troubled tree that has roots unearthing the gravel pathway. My only concern was the cost if they were to do the job.

Very difficult to contact and schedule.

I called to ask for an evaluation of a complicated tree situation resulting from a truck backing into one tree on my property which had then split and fallen into another tree and phone wires. I was told that an employee would meet me at a specific time during my work day so that I could show her the damage and ask for recommendations. However, I received a call the morning of the appointment saying that the owner, Zeb, had stopped by my property the previous day, as he was in the area, & had assessed the situation. As I learned details of his assessment, it became apparent to me that he had not understood the scope of the problem (which was complicated and needed to be shown). Despite repeated requests for someone to come out to my property so that I could explain the complicated tree situation, he would not come by. We did, however, talk on the phone at a later date and that was somewhat helpful. I did not get what I wanted and paid for, however: An in person assessment of damages and plan as to what was needed for safety and possible protection of an old and valuable Madrona.

|I am not sure I care for how it looks now. When it leafs out it may look fine.

Tree Resource contacted me promptly. On the day of the appointment, Zeb showed up on time and walked the property with us, discussing the trees in question. He was knowledgeable, yet described things well for us who are not experts. I appreciated that he gave us options. It was clear that he knows his profession and made recommendations that were best for the health of the trees. We went ahead and scheduled his company to do the work.

They are really good people to work with, responsive and accommodating.

Jeb and Dennis were punctual. They even showed up a few minutes early to begin the job. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable. Jeb gave me some future recommendations about some of my other trees on my property. They cleaned up the surrounding areas front and back. It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely use them again.
