Description of Work: Extensive pruning of 4 mature trees

Description of Work: They pruned my cherry tree and did a great job. They oriented me to what they were going to do and then showed me what they accomplished. I love the fact that they educated me on my cherry tree. How a healthy tree should respond and how to maintain it within my ability. The team did the job well, cleaned up and even took an old dead shrub that needed to be put in the wood chipper! I am ready for spring! Thank you!

Description of Work: They changed my appointment time a couple days before by one hour later. |The man came out and I asked how much time I was alotted for the price? He told me 15-20 minutes. As we walked to the neighbors where the trees for inspection were located I said that I had just spoken with the neighbor on the phone and got the okay to go on their property..... when we got on the neighbors peoperty he stopped and said he needed to read my email to see what I wanted and what the company admin. had written and to see if we had premission from the land owner to go on the property.... REALLY! He inspected for stability 4 large evergreen trees above my home on a steep slope above my home. He was knowledgeable and gave good information.

Description of Work: The owner walked the yard, discussed plant health, took pictures which he sent to me with comments and suggestions for improvement. This was a very helpful service.

Description of Work: They walked with me through the yard to get an idea of what I wanted, pruned several trees in my yard, took care not to tromple other plants, and cleaned up their debris. When I wasn't quite satisfied, they came back and fixed it. I have contracted with them for some more service.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $223 for $400 of Tree Service. They came out for me a couple weeks ago. It turned out just fine and they trimmed my trees.

Description of Work: The came and evaluated the health and structural stability of a large tree in my yard. Although we ultimately decided to not go forward with any actual service for that tree, I found the arborist who came by to be very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
