Zeb did a thorough and efficient job of evaluating the risk of our trees. He's professional and informative and I would use him again.

Tree Resource was late for appointment by several hours due to disabled vehicle. Tree evaluation was done and several courses of action were given. A written follow-up was provided.

Came out and cut back our very over grown Laurels that border with neighbors that are hard to get to, and they did a good job of cutting them back. They came out and gave us an estimate and did the work. A bit on the pricey side, however good customer service.

It went excellent. On the 24th, they sent a young arborist, Ryan Woofenden, for the analysis who was very thorough and delightful to work with. On the day of the 31st, Ryan came back with another man, Nick Miazio, to do the work. They stayed the majority of the day and consulted with us throughout the entire process. They're good, honest people. I'd use them again in a flash!

He came out, took pictures, told me that my 80-year-old cedar was probably fine (phew!) and sent me a clear, written report via email.

Everything turned out well. The crew seemed knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and did a good job without causing any damage. They were also upfront about additional costs.

It was fine. They gave us a good assessment. They were on time. They cleaned up everything. It was a little pricey.

The service did not turn out so well. I think there was confusion on what they were actually going to do. When the service was done I did not feel like hardly anything was accomplished. I needed them to trim and clean a few trees in the front of the house. We were not home while they did the service but they were good with the clean up afterwards.

He was extremely knowledgeable in all species of trees. We wanted a professional opinion on the health of our trees and he was able to confirm which specific species we had and their overall health. He was also able to confirm this by looking up each species via his I-Pad. We are very happy to know which specific species of trees we have and that they all get to stay. Just some basic pruning this fall will be necessary. Nice guy too.

It was fine. I had a tree that looked like it was dying and I wanted some opinion on what I can do with the tree. They were very polite and very helpful and came out on time.

Tree Resource is a small company but a GREAT company!! Abigail was prompt with all communications from the office and Zeb (the owner) came out in person to scope out the job. When he left we got a report, complete with pictures, outlining exactly what they would do to which tree(s) which was hugely helpful in obtaining HOA approval for the work done. You can tell these guys are really educated and care very much about trees and the quality of their work. They don't like to remove trees unless it's absolutely necessary, and they keep the health of the tree in mind for any trimming work they need to do, and this is EXACTLY why I would hire them again. Our HOA may end up using them in the future to do some maintenance trimming of some of our neighborhood trees so that we know they are done well. Great job!! Great communication!! And a great company to use if you want someone who truly cares about your trees!!

Specialist came out and gave a assessment of out plants in our yard. Recommended a strategy for each portion of the area. Sent a photo of each plant species. Suggested treatment for best results in maintaining the plants.

This went well. They were responsive, I got the appointment when I wanted it, and they gave me a very thorough report.

Provider was very educated on the health of trees which was of primary importance to me. He sent me detailed photos of my trees with suggested places to cut added to the photos. This was extremely helpful. He also took the time to explain more about my trees to me and identified an unknown tree to me. I will definitely use this provider again.

I really like him. He is always worth the money. He explains everything. He helps you decide what to do. He is very knowledgeable. I've used him before.

They drew up a proposal but I was unable to get adjoining property owner's permission.

Purchased big deal $200 for $400 of work. Initial estimate occurred with no issue. Job was pretty straight forward. I was having trouble getting other companies to come out because of the size of the project. Many others I called had minimum job costs of $400 or $500. Maybe the same with Tree Resources, but the big deal made it possible. The day of removal occurred with a different arborist. He did a great job of removal being careful with surroundings and did a great job cleaning up. He mentioned that the cost was over estimated, but unfortunately we hadn't lined up a second job so couldn't take advantage of more of his time. Overall, still worth the value paid, and I appreciated the honesty of the individual doing the work. I was very satisfied and would recommend to others using them.

Company never contacted me so no work was done

They were above and beyond the call of duty! They were really polite and they were able to work within the schedule.

It was very good. They performed the service and did an excellent job. There was nothing bad about the company. They scheduled the appointment. They worked around my schedule and then they came out and provided the service and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job. Their arborist was very informative. He was knowledgeable. He provided me with a lot of information. They did offer me additional services but I just chose to go with the services that I have purchased on Angie's List and they performed them. They were competitively priced. They were very flexible to my schedule. They were on time and was very professional.

I have had a tree in my backyard that has slowly been dropping branches and dying. I thought that it had an insect problem because there were so many holes in the base of the tree. I asked Tree Resource to come have a look at it. The person that came was very knowledgeable and told me what kind of tree I was dealing with, what the heath of the tree was, that it had woodpecker damage not insect damage, and the lifespan that the tree had left. They gave me enough information to feel comfortable with my decision to keep the tree for another year or two then probably have it cut down.
