Very professional and very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.

You need to know they do not work on weekends and not past 2:30 pm so if you work you have to take off time to be there. You need to be there when they are working because I wasn't and the worked that we discussed was not completed. I only had one tree limbed up. They cut 5-7 branches for a cost of $375. Their costs are extremely high. I used them because I saw so many reviews on Angie's list. I wish I had read the reviews more closely. If you need a tree assessment maybe it is a good value but their tree work was not a good decision for me.

I purchased a coupon for $100 for $200 worth of tree service They came for the consultation where I described work I may be interested in. They followed up with the prices. My $100 would not buy anything. I ended up spending much more to get work done. They did a fine job, but were very expensive considering the time they were here.

They were great. They were personable, professional, and explained everything they were doing. They did a great job.

Showed up on time and as scheduled. DId a detailed audit of every tree on the yard, took digital photographs. Subsequent to visit, provided a detailed report with recommended follow up actions, and costs approximations for each action, including materials recommended. Very professional and impressive. Highly recommended.

It went great! They were very good in assessing the risks of some ivy that was growing on a large tree, as well as assessing the health of several other trees that were growing on a slope. He gave us a helpful, detailed written report. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

Sounded very sophisticated, but in reality they did almost nothing to protect the house which was the reason for this work.

It was excellent. I was very pleased and could definitely do business with them again. They came out within the last month and I didn't pay anything extra. There was nothing to dislike, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, very free with giving information and advice and follow up phone calls were good. I couldn't ask for better service.

Very prompt and professional service from office and arborist. Good information given without talking down to us. Written estimate given for recommended work that should be done to maintain the trees in good health. Would definitely recommend them!

Tree Resource contacted us and sent out an arborist. They sent us a report with the price for servicing the only tree that was in need. Unfortunately, the cost was beyond what finances we have available until mid 2015. Their price was very reasonable compared to another company we had look at the job. We hope to use their service in the future.

After we purchased the coupon and e-mailed the dates that would work, we got a response right away from Abigail. The first visit was from Nick to access the work needed to be done, this was done on 12/23/2013. The Cherry tree had grown out of control and Nick explained it will need another pruning next year. On 1/13/2014 there were two that came out at the agreed time while working one cut himself and needed to go and get stiches. After getting stiches in his hand they both came back and worked until dark. The second day there was one that came and finished the work.

He showed up as agreed, examined the tree and emailed me a detailed written report.

Very attentive to detail and thorough. Seemed to know their stuff and explain it clearly and in detail. Cleaned up completely. Great communication. Seemed slightly pricey but not sure of this as we did not solicit other bids (so put price N/A in review). Great service.

Zeb cleared out deadwood and pruned a weeping cherry that had been storm damaged. He also pruned an apple tree that had been previously badly pruned. He advised me on various other trees on the property.

The experience was wonderful. The trees look so much better. It was an excellent value, it would have cost me a lot more without the coupon. They were very knowledgeable. They knew what kind of trees I had. They knew what work needed to be done. I was very comfortable with them because they did know what they were talking about. They cleaned up very well after their work.

I had no problems at all with this job. The tree looks much better and I feel comfortable knowing it is safe and healthy. I will be using Tree Resources for any future arborist needs.

They were very conservative in suggesting further limb removal, as the last company had cut too much in their estimation, in the name of wind sailing.

They did excellent work pruning some trees which had previously been poorly done.

Alec provided a wealth of advice, not just on the trees that needed attention, but for all the trees on my wooded property. I was impressed by their ethics as well. I was concerned about a large tree damaging another nearby, and although he might have easily convinced me it needed taking out, (for thousands of dollars), he said it wouldn't harm the adjacent tree and could be left alone. Michael and Alec came on time to do the work, made sure I was satisfied, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the mess. I would definitely use them again!

I am glad I bought Tree Resource arborist consultation through Angie's list. Nick sounded like a true expert who loves trees. He explain me why a Maple tree that worried me is not a danger for the house and doesn't need to be removed. He also talked me out of removing a Pine tree and explain how it can be much prettier and not block as much light with proper trimming. Based on Nick's report, I hired Tree Resource to trim a number of trees and bushes and I really like the results.

Overall, they did a good job taking the tree down. They just had poor customer service and high pricing. They gave me two estimates and they would not apply the Big Deal certificate towards the proposal. They would only apply the discount towards the tree removal. I felt the estimate was high and there were additional fees associated with the Big Deal. The guy who came out for the estimates was very nice though. It ended up costing me $1,200 in total to remove the 30-foot tree. I also asked them to leave the wood and they didn’t. Since then, I have had a 100-foot tree taken down for $500 by another service provider and they also had a certified arborist.

He came for an estimate. Once I decided to move forward with the work he was able to come back for the service within a few days. The service overall was great.

Tree Resource was FANTASTIC. They did a great job assessing my hazard tree, and gave 100% professionally-sound recommendations, including understanding that the tree could be in the city right-of-way, and gave me a spectrum of possible actions for the tree based on both sense and law. This tree was a real headache for a long time and I had several arborists look at it, including two full "A" arborists. Tree Resource was A+! Don't hesitate to hire these guys for any tree work you need! They are fantastic. Professionally responsive, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable.
