Jose's crew did an amazing job. They showed up on time, worked hard, and the floors turned out beautifully - and the price was great!

I can't say enough about Jose and his crew's excellent work. Contractor's can be a challenge to work with, but Jose's knowledge and professionalism put me quickly at ease. Refinishing floors is a very messy job no matter who does it. But I must say Jose's crew did more to lessen the mess than other refinishers (we've had our floors refinished twice before) we have used in the past. His crew was reliable, punctual, and courteous. When ever I needed to talk with Jose, he would call/text me back very fast. Every night before they left they cleaned up and vacuumed as much as they could to keep our house livable. They did an incredible job on the final clean up. I would like comment on Jose's expertise and effort to find our exactly how our job should be done. Our original floors were not stained. We preferred to have a lighter, more natural look to our floors. However, over the years we were not happy of how our floors had yellowed. When I explained this to Jose, I witnessed him making a lot of calls to ensure that he could do a job that would make us happy. Apparently putting on a Swedish sealer is not the way to go when you do not have a stain on the floor. He made sure he used the right product for finishing and tested the sealer on several areas. Our previous finishers did not do this. Also, we are very happy with the new set of stairs Jose and his crew built for us. We checked with friends we new that had the same work done, but the cost was prohibitive. Jose's prices was affordable with great value. I would recommend Otto's Hardwood Floors to anyone. Also, I did notice a couple of things I wanted him to fix, and there was no problem in getting him to come out and do the work.

I picked this company from its great reviews & was not disappointed. Otto texted me back within 10mins. He worked with our schedule coming out on a Saturday to measure for job and estimate. His crew was prompt, courteous and clean. Highly recommend this company.
