Always had a great experience with Otto and his team. They are very professional, timely and trustworthy. We were pleased with our floors, they are knowledgeable and provided great advice in color, finish, etc. would definitely recommend Otto.

Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Very happy with the quality of the service. Otto and his men were very easy to work with. They finished the job one day early. Helped us with moving furniture. Pricing was very reasonable. All in all, had a great experience with installation.

Jose and his crew provided us with excellent work refinishing and staining our oak hardwood floors in our 1950s home. Firstly, Jose was prompt to respond to us and setup an appointment for a quote. There was additional work around the house that his team could have tackled, and he shared his thoughts on this, but there was zero pressure to go beyond our original project scope. Jose then provided a clear written estimate via email (giving us plenty of space and time to decide) before we gave the go ahead to get started. We also felt fortunate that Jose's team was flexible to get started ASAP on our project, so our turnaround time felt lightening fast! When the work did begin, the crew showed up right on time each morning over the next three days with Jose present to communicate with us. The team was also respectful of COVID protocol and to my fiance and myself (plus our pets!) being WFH while they were working in the home. We felt informed during the entire process, that all next steps were clear, and that we were working with a top-notch, professional team. Once the work was complete, the final price came right to what was estimated. And of course, our floors look wonderful! Everyone has been impressed with the transformation and we absolutely would work with Otto's Hardwood Flooring again for future projects.

This was the second time I’ve hired Jose to install flooring! He did the living room and kitchen last year, and the bathroom and hallway most recently! He is always professional, a great communicator, and an expert at installing my floors. Jose and his team were in and out in just one day! They worked really quickly and efficiently, and the finished product looks great. If I had any more floors to redo, I’d have Jose and his team back in a heartbeat!

I cannot recommend Jose and his crew enough! Our floors are GORGEOUS and perfect. We had a complex job where we needed several different types of existing floor removed (including concrete!) and we needed new floors tied into existing floors. We also needed new stair railing installed with wood to match the floors. Jose and his crew worked tirelessly and completed the job ahead of schedule (when was the last time you could say that about a construction project, right?). The new floors tie in seamlessly with the existing wood floor we kept. The whole crew is very professional and trustworthy. We are over-the-moon with our floors -- they look even better than we could have imagined!

Excellent. Our home is in Olympia and Otto drove south to look at our project and provide a proposal. We have exotic wood floors that needed full sand down and small section needing repair. He researched the proper matching wood for the repair section and completed the project in three days, one day ahead of schedule. It looks fantastic! The cost was reasonable and the care they took to protect out home from dust and debris was impressive. We are selling this home and the wood floors now look very impressive. Should help us get top dollar in this market.

Otto & team were such hard workers, efficient. We learned of his business last year when we saw the fine job they did for our neighbors. I thought I might be able to do the baseboards, so I didn’t originally asked Otto to do it. But when I saw how much work it would be I asked him to do it at the end. Their schedule was very tight with other jobs, so we had to wait several weeks. But floors are finished now and look so nice. Price was fair and actually less than I was afraid it might be.

Our oak floors look amazing after these guys refinished them. We had about 15 years worth of damage from dogs and kids that included deep scratches and water stains - Otto's was able to fix them all. Very friendly and professional to work with!

Otto and his crew were professional, responsive, and flexible with our changing schedule. They did a beautiful job with our worn, cupped, top - nailed floors we thought might not be savable

We had a very positive experience with Otto’s on another home in our family so we felt confident they could do a great job again - and they certainly did. They showed up on time, and completed the work on schedule. They repaired some broken boards and patched some screw holes, which I never expected would look good. Now our modest craftsman shines again. Highly recommend.

The small team of Otto’s was amazing. They responded right away and gave us a bid that was hundreds lower than others. Additionally they came out at the end the biggest snow storm we’ve had in years. They did amazing work. Our floors are now the best part of our home. We had no idea they could look so good!

I am so thankful for Otto Flooring and their professional staff! I met them in the morning before I had to go in to work. We purchased a bank owned home and had an overwhelming amount of work to do in our home. The team showed up on time and I was so thankful. The staff was exceptionally professional, accommodating, detailed, and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. We had received a quote from another company. The other company owner never responded back to when they can start. We googled and found Otto Flooring. They came out gave us a quote on site, the same day. They had lots of color options and they were $500 cheaper than the previous company. Since we had such a great experience we decided to hire them to ain’t the ceiling in four bedrooms and a very high foyer ceiling. That work was done beautifully and with much care. Otto and his team (Blase, Carlos and Welman) were awesome! I met Otto randomly on my block while he was working on a neighbor’s apartment. He came up and measured and gave me a quote on the spot which was fair and reasonable compared to other bids. Otto and the team were professional, helpful, went above and beyond the call of duty (even helped me fix a problem with my oven) and overall did incredible work. They were super speedy (~500sq ft took them just 2 days to complete) including some heavy hauling away of granite tiles. They worked cleanly, masterfully, and were super communicative all day while I was at work, keeping me informed as the work progressed. I would encourage anyone to use their service, and would be happy to recommend them to a friend or family member. Thank you Otto and team, I love my floors!!

I am impressed with the quality of the installation they have done. I’m a perfectionist i must say but they took care of every single detail i had in mind so I can honestly state that the finished work was beyond my expectations. They installed Life Proof Vinyl Plank”Sterling Oak”...and I am really happy with the results. They were very precise and left my house nice and clean after the work was done. They were extremely knowledgeable about wood flooring and explained everything about the process. They were on time and kept everything very clean while working in my home. I will recommend them to friends and definitely hire them again.

We had an unusually complex refinish job, to repair and refinish oak floors with a long, complex band of stained oak baseboard moulding (hard to work around). We called 6 contractors in to evaluate and estimate the job, and nearly all of them complained that working around our baseboards would be difficult, slow, and messy. Some said it would be impossible without removing the baseboards, some said the baseboards would get damaged, and others said we'd need to add additional trim to cover up the imperfections. OTTO'S was totally different. They walked in, explained that they do this kind of thing all the time, described their very sensible/careful technique, and then they bid the job out at a fraction of everyone else's price. After all that, they rearranged their schedule to accommodate some urgent constraints on our side, and they took care of us at every step. When they came to do the work they did a truly extraordinary job, they protected the baseboards flawlessly, they controlled all dust beyond our wildest expectations, and they made the floors look as good as new. In short, they were faster, better, cheaper, and absolutely a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend Otto's, and I'm already planning to use them to help us with another project. Fantastic! I got new hardwood floors done by Otto hardwood floors. The results are remarkable. This company is the best. They are very professional and dedicated to the job. The owner has great communication skills. He made sure I knew and understood everything that he will be doing to my floors. He help me decided what was the best type of flooring for my house and provided me with all colors sample on the floor before I chosed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to wood, vinyl, and laminate, His price are very reasonable actually the best in town. He makes sure you are happy when the job is complete. The owner also took the time to show us how to care for our hardwood floors. I cannot say enough about this company. They are 100% the best in everything. If you are looking to have your hardwood floors refinishing, fixed, or just need to get new hardwood floors I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you did. My floors look great. If I ever need to redo my hardwood floors I will definitely use this company again.

Jose and his team deserve kudos for a job well done. They covered up the rest of the house to minimize the dust, vacuumed as they worked through it, and cleaned up afterwards. He gave us a schedule of activities in the beginning, when he’d sand & show samples, when do we need to get out of the house, when to return, etc. and he was on target. He showed up on time and completed all the work as per the schedule. Overall, I am very pleased with his work. As part of matching floor color, we also asked him to stain the work portions of our stairs as well, and then ended up asking him to replace existing wooden balusters with metal ones. His team did a very clean & professional work that was done as well as any other stairs professional could have done. Highly recommended for floor stains and stairs work.

We had a very good experience with Otto’s Hardwood Floors refinishing all of our home Floors . Jose was very kind and attentive, explaining the options and providing samples for us to choose from as we are not experienced. During the refinishing Jose and his crew made an effort to keep everything as clean and undisturbed as possible and held up the schedule as agreed. The house now looks beautiful!! And floors look brand new! I would highly recommend Otto’s Hardwood Floors. Jose and his crew are very professional and kind!

The guys were nice, friendly, professional, fast and talented. Basically everything you could want in a crew. In 3 days they completely refinished just under 600 sq ft of flooring and everything looks like new now. The results were outstanding, even better than we expected. We liked the floors so much we hired them back to do the same refinishing in a second part of the house. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Outstanding workmanship and prompt service

They did a wonderful job of matching the grain of the existing hardwood with the new wood, and then doing the transition of where the existing hardwood was and the replacement flooring started. They did an exceptional job. You cannot determine what is old and what is new. They were timely, did a meticulous job and since we stayed in the house with the exception of the days that they did the actual finish, we appreciated that they cleaned up the work areas at the end of the day so there was not a big mess that we had to cope with during the project. It looks great. Could not be more pleased, and felt that the price and value was great.

Jose and his crew did an exquisite job with our floors. We had hickory floors that were incredibly beat up, discolored, and in need of care. Jose was professional and had good recommendations. They worked a weekend while we were out of town. They finished on time and their work was pristine.
