The guys did a fantastic job cleaning up my yard. I had leaves everywhere and a lot of bushes that needed to be trimmed. They made everything look really great. They followed up the next year when they were running a special to see if I needed help again and once again did a great job.

can't remember any details, but if it had been a bad experience I'd remember.

I could not be more happy with the results. The fellas came in and within 3 days had transformed our back and side yard into a usable and aesthetically pleasing area. They guys were very cool, professional and great to work with. I would hire them again no problem and highly recommend NW Landscape Management.

I called NW Landscape on Thursday or Friday morning, June 20th or 21st, 2013 and left a message with whoever answered the phone. She said that Kaya would get back with me. I figured she would get back sometime that afternoon and she never did. So I called back that afternoon and the person who answered the phone said that Kaya would be back on Monday and she would call me on Monday. Monday came and went and no return call. Obviously, life is good for NW Landscaping and they don't need any more work.

They are very hard workers and I'm very satisfied with their work I don't watch everything they do....but my yard and garden look very nice when they leave

Called and made appointment to get a quote done. Time was actually at an inconvenient time for me, but was only time that would work for both of us. I waited for hours and nobody showed. No phone call or anything. They finally called the following week and left a message apologizing. So I figured I would give them another chance. Called back to make another appointment. Got no answer, so I left a message asking them to call back and reschedule my appointment. They did not call back for three days, and when they did they told me that they were at least 5 weeks out for work! At this point they seemed like they didn't want the work and were trying to get rid of me. Reviews have said they do good work. But apparently they have so much work they don't really care about new costumers, and treat people accordingly. Very unhappy with my dealings with them and the delays it caused my project.

They were really fast. They came, did it and left. They were professional and on time. They did not leave any junk around.

I have a big yard and a lot of leaves when they come down in the fall. Although they weren't able to pick up everything in the time allowed for this Big Deal (4 hours of yard clean-up plus debris disposal) the people worked very quickly and I felt as though they made good progress in the time allowed. As a side note, I bought an identical Big Deal from another company and they did not make nearly as much progress in the time allowed.

I had to work so I left a note with a list of way more than I thought they could get done. I prioritized the list so they would understand that I didn't think they could get it all done but I listed it just in case. When I got home from work, they had completed everything on the list and had cleaned up and were gone! My yard and my driveway looked amazing!

Called for an estimate and was contacted within a day to arrange for walk through. The owner came by and we walked through the property and discussed the work to be done. He had some great suggestions for areas I wasn't sure what to do with. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Received the estimate within a couple days after his visit. I didn't pursue any other companies for an estimate, so i really can't comment on how far his prices were. The estimate seemed reasonable to me and I felt like I was in good hands. I arranged to have the work done and they scheduled me for a week block and said when the time came closer they would call and confirm which day that week they would do the work. The day before the work was to be done, the owner came by the property with the team lead to go over the project and insure we were all on the same page. Unfortunately I did not know they would be there that day and had to consult with them over the phone and clarify exactly what was to be done. I really appreciate the fact they made this visit to insure the project expectations were clear with everybody involved, i just wish I could have been there in person. The next day they showed up at 9am. I chose to work form home that day to insure their were no mis-communications about the job. The job lead was very pleasant and professional. We walked through the job and he made some fantastic suggestions and went straight to work. I checked the progress periodically and was pleased with the progress. It was a big job and they stayed until after 6pm, over 9 hours. Overall I was pleased with work and the yard looks beautiful! The walkways and driveway were cleaned up with no evidence of the messy work done. I am a bit of an 'A' type personality and can be very meticulous. There were few spots I'll go back touch up and/or clean up, but I would probably have done that no matter how good a job they did. ;-) I was very pleased with the professionalism and work done, would certainly recommend.

Badly. Obviously they were unhappy i was asking for bids instead of speaking with them exclusively.

NW was prompt, courteous, and performed all services above my expectations for a competitive price. They communicated all timing and changes in advance, and anticipated my needs. I will hire them again.

No service was performed since we just talked on the phone. The person I talked to was very polite and helpful. I have not made a decision yet.

He was very proactive, he called me after I purchased the Big Deal and asked to see the property. I think everything went fine.

The whole service with NW Landscape Management took like 10 minutes. I was in the house as the job was done and have no real perception of what was done. The guy showed up, did his work, and left. It appeared that he blew all the water out of the lines. They showed up when they said they would, they did the work, and they left. I assume all is well, but I haven't tried the irrigation lines yet this year. It is a new house for us so I was hoping to spend some time with the guy and learn about what he was doing, but I had no opportunity to do that. The kid who showed up seemed like a nice guy, very soft spoken, not a lot of words were exchanged, went about his business, and then left. I can't give a rousing thumbs up nor anything negative. I assuming he did his job, it was a nice discounted service, and that was it. The only thing I can say is we are kind of looking for a landscaper in the spring and I might consider using them to do some additional work. It would not be based on our level of satisfaction, but more we used them before and they were pretty responsive.

NW landscape were very prompt about organizing a date to perform the work. Service man was polite, thorough and competant.

Very good; when the technician arrived (promptly) to blow out the water in the sprinkler's pipes, he discovered a backflow thingy (sorry - don't know official term) hadn't been installed by the previous owner of our home. Appt. was made to have one installed so the system meets code and doesn't put nasty dirt water into the main system. thanks for the good work NW Maintenane.

I had quite a list: weeding, mowing, trimming, etc. The crew accomplished all and more in the allotted time. They were very thorough and courteous. We would use this company again.

They were easy to schedule. The crew came to the house on time and began work right away, even in not so good weather. They listened to my instruction, took the initiative, performed the work in the time allotted. The scheduler suggested that I pay more for having my trees trimmed, but in the end the extra expenses was not needed because the crew we very efficient. I liked the results and would hire them again.

My yard needed a good fall clean-up and they came in and did a great job. They were only there for 4 hours, but the yard looked much improved after they left. I could have used them for another 8 hours.

Excellent. I was called the day after I bought the deal & they provided service the very next day.

They were responsive, walked the land and followed up quickly. Their estimate was a bit high compared with the other estimates I received.

I purchased the Big Deal. They were professional and got it done in a short period of time. It looked very nice afterwards. The price was good.

I bought this service as an Angie's Big Deal. I made the appointment right away and they came out at the appointed hour. The technician was efficient and friendly and did the job.
