It went excellent. Dennis came out for the initial estimate & suggested an even better way to do a planting area I was thinking of. His design ended up looking awesome & was exactly what I wanted in the end. Moetu lead the job which took just two days. I work long hours & did not get to interact with the rest of the crew. However my neighbor who works from home said they were very friendly, efficient, & considerate. They also spread grass seed over the remaining lawn after they finished the job, and it is now coming back to life after the hot summer. I love the end product so much. Kaya at the office was very responsive & communicative during the whole process. Even sent a picture of some rocks when I wasn’t understanding what they would look like.

They had all of the old plants and a tree cleared out in just under 1 1/2 hours. Never seen a group of guys so well together and so fast

Very good! These guys work hard from the they got here in the morning until time to leave. Very friendly also, always saying good morning and explained every step along the way. Would very highly recommend this company to anyone.

They are amazing, super responsive and provide personal attention. We've worked with a lot of contractors and they are so personal and quick with response. They are very honest with their quotes. We are having them work on a HUGE project. They do all sizes of projects. We are very very pleased with them. They are top notch!

This was a $129 big deal purchase. It went well, it was good.

Everything from the initial quote, to the follow-up was excellent. The office staff sent the quote for the irrigation and sod and also one for monthly maintenance....very smart! Once the work commenced, the crew was very nice, seemed happy to do the job, asked for only water (I would have fed them also!) and worked at least 9-10 hours each day with a short lunch. They cleaned up each day very well and arrived on time each day. I thought they did a spectacular job in only 2 days and we will use them again when it is time for the backyard to be done. We are also going to get their monthly servoces to protect our large investment in the front yard. We highlt recommend then! We did receive a 10% Angie's List discount.

They did a good job. They were very good. The guy came and said we're ready to go and were going about their business and they were done and cleaned up and came at the time they said.

The contractor sent clear communication through Angiies List to set up an appointment. I bought the Big Deal back in September but didn't want to use the service until April. They were fine with that. The workers came on tame, quickly did their work and left everything just as tidy as when they arrived. Very satisfied.

The communication with the job foreman was excellent. We had used this company last year for some work and had no hesitation on having them back for another job. They have our highest recommendation.

I reached out to this company for thatch and over-seed service as I was/am in the process of revitalizing a very poorly maintained lawn for a house I purchased last year. I want to simplify this review as follows. - Did they do the work? Yes. - Did they do the work well? No (but I didn't realize this until another landscaper did a "light" thatch and ended up doing a better job for a fraction of the cost) For you see, they didn't go over the entire lawn at all. Not sure why not. Add to this the fact that this company is extremely impersonal and unprofessional, and you have a recipe for avoidance. They'll only work over email, you never get to talk to anyone. After the thatch service I'd asked for a quote for irrigation and they didn't even bother replying to my email.

They were fabulous. Carlos was responsive and very professional. We have worked with many contractors and service providers over the past year since purchasing our home and our experience has been hit or miss - more miss than hit. However, Carlos and his team were extremely professional and very considerate of our property while doing the work. I would absolutely use them for other outdoor projects around our house.

The lady on the phone was great, so friendly and knowledgeable BUT, the guy they sent out for a quote was terrible, not very knowledgeable and spent almost an hour and a half trying to hard sell us on lawn service. He was not at all interested in talking about our lawn drainage issue. It was a terrible experience. After all that we got an outrageously expensive quote that took 3 days for them to email to me.

They did a great job. I was entirely pleased with them. It was great! They came out, they looked at it, and gave me a bid in a timely manner. They gave me some suggestions because I was unsure of what to do with some stuff, and they were good suggestions. They did the work in a single day. It was all as advertised. It was at the price they quoted. I would recommend and I will use them again. They knew what they were doing. Some people would come in and they really don't know what they are doing. Sometimes all the tree services want to pull out stump. It really wasn't necessary in this case and they conceded that it doesn't need to be removed. I can talk to them, they knew what they were doing, and the work was as good as advertised or better.

All went well, was a meet and consult appointment purchased thru Angies List.

They did more than we expected and were totally professional, courteous and friendly. I would never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I had a dental appointment while they were working here and they waited to permanently install the new plantings so I could check the layout when I returned. I made a few changes and they were very cooperative in doing what I wanted. We were very surprised to see that they spread the bark around the rest of the yard so it would look nice.

The initial phone contact went well and we made an appointment for Friday or Saturday the 5th or 6th of Sept. They said they would call to confirm the day. They never called and never showed. Very disappointing.

I tried to set up a one-time yard clean up and was responded to quickly. Which is the only reason not an F. I was told they were starting a big project TWO WEEKS before my requested time... I thought they were bigger than a one job at a time scenario, and I felt I was being passed off as a small fish in a big pond. Don't try and do a small job with them.. Even 3 1/2 weeks ahead they still don't have time for you.

It was fine. They had good suggestions for our front yard and gave ideas that we've never thought of. We haven't used them yet. We got what we paid for. The price was good.

I have 2 small 5-8 feet trees that I wanted transplanted in my yard. I called the main number and spoke with a receptionist who promptly answered the phone. She was polite and obtained the information on the work I needed done. The next day I received an email stating that they did not transplant "larger" trees and that I should consider hiring an arborist. I was surprised that these trees were considered "larger" so I replied to the email as I wanted to make sure she had received the correct information. I even offered to take photos and forward them on. It's been over 6 weeks since I sent the initial message and I have yet to receive a response. I did not have work done but the communication on the work I needed was incorrect and my follow-up question was never answered.

I didn't hire them for the service, but only because I wanted to do a more extensive clean-up job all at once. They were recommending the monthly maintenance contract which wasn't what I wanted at the time. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them for regular maintenance, though. I really liked the professionalism and responsiveness of both Kaya and Dennis.
