My husband and I can honestly say that this was a delight from start to finish!! We were contacted immediately by Kaya (Office Manager) to schedule an estimate and Dennis (Project Manager) came out that evening and walked our property and listened to what we were interested in doing and made suggestions. He made sure to spend the time to completely understand our vision. We received our estimate the next business day and after making some changes and having the estimate revised, Dennis and his foreman, Josh, came and walked the property with me one last time to insure that we were all on the same page. Both Dennis and Josh listened carefully to what we wanted and made some wonderful suggestions. The crew started that afternoon and were completely done after two additional days - which we couldn't believe as it was a HUGE scope of work in our opinion - and even after I made a substantial addition to the project after it started. We are beyond delighted with how our front yard looks and so very thrilled with the backyard. I can't even begin to describe how much we love it!! It all looks absolutely beautiful!! Josh and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our vision was brought to reality and even ended up doing more than the project called for. Josh walked the property with me after completion to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I can honestly say that I'm 100% x a gazillion satisfied!! We would definitely use NW Landscape again and highly recommend. Everyone was so easy to work with and very professional and personable. The end result exceeded our expectations. A++++ :O)

They did a good job. They came out here like 4 hours and they cleaned all my flower beds. I wasn’t home so I don’t know anything how they were I just know the final result was acceptable. I can’t remember when they came out I think maybe in the spring, February of last year. I didn’t do it this year. If I remember right at that time it was a good price. I did not have interaction with the provider so I just got an email and they set up the time or day I was gone so I have never even met the people.

The company responded within one day of my phone message and scheduled an appointment for estimate of the work. At that time Dennis made recommendations regarding the changes needed to improve the look of our landscaping. It was agreed that one large tree and 3 very large arborvitae shrubs would be removed. In addition a large number of landscape shrubs that had grown too large for the area they occupied were selected for removal. Dennis recommended that we replace some of the items with Mountain Spruce trees and Alpine Firs. These items were selected because the landscape already included Mountain Spruce, and they would fit right in. We also decided to follow Dennis's recommendation to include around 200 various decorative grass plants to highlight and complement the new trees. On the following Monday the crew of 5 employees arrived and went to work. They started by removing all the plants we marked for removal. The large items were cut down in sections and removed. The largest tree required that a block retaining wall be partially disassembled in order to get the roots. The wall was rebuilt and all the new plants and trees were planted. By 1PM the work was completed. The employees cleaned up the area and sidewalks. We're very happy with the results and will call NW Landscape for future projects.

The first quote was for a small job in the front of my house. The second quote was for a more extensive job in my yard. The Owner of NW Landscape Management came out to give me the quotes. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time. He had some very good suggestions. I decided to wait due to other things I had to do with my home. I would recommend them.

The plan that he came up with not satisfactory, and I thought that he was expensive. He did not account in the plan what was already there. He was a nice guy to work with, but I was not impressed with the plan. He got the plan back to me in about a week after the consultation. The scheduling was fine.

There were no additional costs beyond the prepaid rate. My experience with the company was fine.

I'm newly retired and desire to beautify my yard. I was hoping to get numerous suggestions about what I could plant where. The representative arrived on time and responded to all my questions, yet I detected an air of "this is how I would do it" and I felt that he was not attempting to draw out my reactions and feelings to find out what I really desired. We talked about seven areas around my property and he made several good suggestions, yet recommended only about 3 or 4 plants/bushes that I did not already have. Perhaps I should have pressed him more about flowers. I received his written report in about a week. It was a short one paragraph summary mentioning only two of the plants we had discussed and only one area in particular. Additional material was provided on these two plants, as well as a short list of potentially helpful resources and websites. All in all, I felt that he was knowledgeable about his work, yet my expectations and needs were not met. I dislike giving a poor rating, yet this is the way it went for me.

Frankly, I expected to receive more advice about landscaping tips for our yard than I did. The individual was more concerned in trying to sell me products and his landscaping services. I felt I was misled by the promo.

It went alright, but based on the prices they quoted, I will not be using this provider.

The appointment was conveniently scheduled and the company representative arrived on time. Kind of went downhill from there because he basically recommended replacing the mature landscaping. We showed him some of the areas we wanted to correct or improve. He told us we needed a tractor and described a variety of good uses for it. The results of the "consultation" were the real disappointment. A folder arrived in the mail with exactly three pieces of paper. One page was a cover letter consisting of two short paragraphs. Another page was information on one type of plant we had discussed. The last page was the estimate/bid for the work. I think I got LESS from the $49 deal than I would have just calling the company and asking for a bid. (He pretty much said as much.) Just wasted $49 on this 'deal' from Angie's List.

He came out, set up demo lights for us and left them with us for about a week so we could see how the lights looked at different times of the day. He provided us with an estimate for the work we wanted done and explained all of the different options. He was very thorough and polite. The service went fine but we have not yet followed through with the work.

Took a couple of phone calls, but once I spoke with them everything went well. | |I liked NW because their rate included everything and I would not need to hire others to do trimming, fertilizing and such. All inclusive

Very well done. Kind of hard to get services from them while during their primary season. Excellent on pond work.

I bought a house that has sprinkler system and I've never had sprinkler system in my life. So I thought while the winter was coming I better get it turned off. So he did that for me. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were excellent. They did what they said they were going to do. We were very pleased with them. They did a good job. They did very good work. They did a little bit more than other companies.

People showed up on time, but weren't doing the work properly. My wife and Mother-in-law had to step in and direct the work at a fairly detailed level, and supervise the actual work. The results were good, but they definitely had to be closely supervised. This has been our general experience with companies like this.

They were okay. The service was good.

t with consultant who took my requirements, who then provided his ideas (which were excellent). After accepting his estimate/work plan it was just a matter of days when the work was completed. Everything was very professional from sales through installation. Since I have had 1 problem with a light, the company was very prompt to respond. It ended up that the problem had been caused by some work done during maintenance of my yard. Liked the lighting so much I later added additional. Also had them complete some landscape maintenance work. Here again a very professional job was completed.

They arrive on time every Friday and work quickly and efficiently. I am a little disappointed when they don't get all the weeds but I am sure they are allotted only so much time each week.

They were good. They didn't pull the weeds from the roots, so they ended up coming back.

No email, no phone call, no nothing. I was really disappointed that they didn't contact me back. They sounded very professional on the phone and told me they would send someone out between 1-5 and I made sure I was home and no one ever showed up.

We had purchased a groupon for their services and finally decided on removing an old tree that was causing problems at the front of the house. We had them replace it with a slower growing tree.

The workers arrived promptly. I had contracted for 2 workers for a specified length of time. At my approval, they arrived with 4 workers to work 1/2 the originally agreed upon time. It turned out wonderfully. It was sort of fascinating watching how efficiently they all worked as a team, not wasting any time. One expertly trimming the shrubs and trees while another raked and moved away all of the trimmings. Another was working on a different area of the yard and a 4th was doing what they could to tidy and make the yard look very professionally done. When they were done they had done more than I had hoped for, cleaned everything up, and they hauled all of the yard waste away when they left. When we need any other yard work or maintenance done we will be calling them.

The crew painstakingly rearranged our decorative rocks to line our fence so our dogs couldn't dig. Dennis and Kaya have dogs and knew exactly what would work for us. Dennis brought in gravel from Mt Rainier and covered the exposed dirt areas; this was very effective to decrease the dirt tracking in the house by the pups. The gravel was a nice color and smoother than regular gravel. Moving forward, I just pressure wash off the rock and the any newly exposed dirt from the puppies digging settles down below the rock. Very pleased, this summer my dogs haven't tracked in much dirt and my 10 year old's job picking up waste is much easier. They did A LOT of work for the price I paid. NW Landscaping is an awesome company; they price very competitively, they are very communicative, accountable and responsive. We also used them for a fall cleanup. We HAVE A LOT OF LEAVES, TREES and bushes since the last homeowner's who lived here were tree lovers and felt all the debris from the greenbelt wasn't enough @#$#% to clean up. They trimmed our trees down and shaped the hedges nicely. We have an odd looking tree in our front yard which was the victim of my poor pruning skills. Last fall, they shaped it nicely and this year it looks very pretty. I love Angie's list, all the companies I have chosen based on their rating have truly deserved their rating, NW Landscaping is really one of best of best.

I was away when the service was provided. Came home and happily surprised at the job they did. They also pickup up some leaves and pulled some weeds.
