It was a joy working with such a service oriented company, from working on the estimate thru completion of the job.I am setting a budget for next year and it will definitely be work for NW Landscaping. Great working with office and landscapers. I would highly recommend having NW Landscape do an estimate, you won't be disappointed and probably choose them to do the work after you have talked to other landscape companies...as I did.

They were excellent. They were pretty expensive but I thought it was worth it. The quality of their work was excellent. They responded both by email and phone which was excellent. I would use them again for a big job. I couldn’t afford them on a monthly maintenance basis which is why I went to the other guy because they were a little over my budget.

I called and was told that I would get a returned call in the pm that day or the following morning. Never heard back. Very unimpressive.

Everyone I talked to or worked with at NW Landscape Management Inc was very professional. The work was done on time and efficiently. Cleanup afterwards was quite good. And most importantly I am happy with the new lighting. The only complaint is that I am not sure what I got out of the $39.00 deal I purchased from Angie's list which was basically only for giving me an estimate. Yes, we did talk about where the lighting would go, but it was really only what would have happened for what most companies provide in a free estimate.

Overall we were very happy with the service we received. We were listing our home in 2 weeks and the lawn was the real eyesore of our landscape. The rep came out the day I called them and told us our 2 options, either reseed and wait or install new sod which would give us the look we were after immediately. After getting 2 estimates we chose NW Landscape Management Inc. I received an estimate via email the same day they came out to look at our property. We got an appt roughly a week after we called to schedule the work. I received a reminder call a few days prior to the appointment and a request to pay a 50% deposit. Even though I didn't get to the deposit in a timely manner they were very courteous and friendly and said it was fine if I paid when the job got done. The sod arrived early that morning and the work crew showed up shortly after. They were very expeditious. The old lawn was cut out the new sod put in, they trimmed a tree and hedge and cleaned up afterward. It took approx 3 hours. The only thing I would note is that I found 5-6 pieces of sod trim in the garden beds in the front yard. They blended in so maybe hard to see. They also left without letting us know so when I went out to check on them and the work, they were gone. Everything looked great so I didn't mind but I think it best to let the owner review the work prior to leaving so any issues could be addressed at that time. We would definitely use them again.

I bought the Big Deal. I was contacted to setup an appointment. They came when it was convenient for me. There was a 4hr window to complete the yard clean-up and they did the job as promised. Overall it went very well.

They did a fantastic job, looked really good. Didn't ruin plants, everything left great. For the price we received a great deal in a timely and professional way. It is February and still looks very good and our plants are coming in just fine. Would use them again.

We got several quotes and NW Landscapes' seemed the most thorough and reasonable. The guys were punctual, courteous and cleared up after themselves every single day. They did an excellent job on the yard. Everyone comments on how beautiful the yard and retaining walls look. The work ran longer than expected but they did not charge extra for that. We will definitely go back to them for any additional landscaping work.

I called for an estimate, Dennis showed up the next day as agreed. I chatted with him on what we were planning to do and he suggested an alternative route which was more cost effective in regards to a fence which was bordering our property to the greenbelt. After speaking with him, I received the estimate via email the same day with a follow up call with Kaya. I was so pleased at the experience with the estimate and the quickness of the responses, I cancelled my other estimate appointments and worked with NW Landscapes. Their crew arrived promptly as scheduled and began removing the the debris. They removed several commerical truckfuls of debris and chopped down our dead trees and ground out our HUGE tree stumps. They also carefully removed ivy and blackberry bushes which grew intwined our fence. I am so happy with their work that we signed up for their monthly maintenance plan which includes spray downs so the plants do not grow back. I was suprised at how reasonable they were priced and the range of services they provide. They are much more affordable than another lawn care company that only mowed, trimmed and edged the lawn - for a little more, they provide total care for the yard. Awesome company, glad I found them!!

They were prompt and friendly and I was very impressed with their services.

We used a coupon for autumn yard clean-up. We made an appointment and it was aobut a three-week wait becuase the company was already booked solidly. On the appointed day, the team leader telephoned us an told us that they had finished another scheduled job early and could, therefore, come to our work site about one hour earlier than originally planned. This was great for us so we met the work team at the site and, after a walk-thru with me of the property and an explanation of what we wanted done, the team set to work immediately. They were very efficient and professional about everything. We were very satisfied with the work and the complete experience working with them.

Everything went just great. Everything has been very nice.

It went really well. We left a note on the door providing a list of work that we hoped to have done. We had thought that the list would be longer than possible to tackle - but they did it all. Areas of our yard that haven't been 'in shape' in years now look great. We really liked the service and attention to detail.

The workers worked hard, were very polite and courteous and did an excellent job. They arrived, moved their truck so I could move my vehicle out of the driveway. The lead man then asked what I would like to have done. I asked what was included and then told them what I would like done in my yard. I did not need any work done on the front yard as I had just had it landscaped. The back yard and driveway needed to be cleaned, raked and weeded. They began work immediately after I was finished explaining what I wanted to be done and worked hard the entire hour until they were finished. The yard looked great and I thanked them for a job well done. Then I was given one of their business cards which I appreciated for future work to be done.

They did such a great job, I hired them on the spot to also remove a medium sized tree which had decayed but still had numerous branches and leaves - which they did in an equally excellent manner. Would hire them again in the future without hesitation. Thanks!

They were late arriving but I did receive a call from their scheduler letting me know they were lost. I appreciated the call even though it was early on a Saturday morning. They used 2 motorized thatchers to remove the dead grass and moss. They were about to leave as I was looking at the job and noticed there was a fair amount of dead moss still in tact in the lawn, so I asked them to go over it again and be sure to get it all. The fellow was nice about it and did it but indicated he hadn't been scheduled for enough time to "do it right". Raking and clean up was quality.

Dennis, Paul, Dusty and the entire crew from NW Landscape Management, Inc. did an outstanding renovation of our front yard. After checking Angie's List, we called for an estimate to have the old sod in our front yard removed, new soil brought in, sod laid and the beds prepared for us to plant. Paul showed up promptly to look at the job. We received an estimate via email later that evening. After viewing the estimate (which was hundreds less than another company that had bid hydro-seeding as opposed to laying new sod), We called to schedule the job. Within two days, they had us worked into their schedule. At 7:00 a.m., on the morning of May 2nd, the sod was delivered. Dusty and the crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. They immediately began removing the old sod, rocks and weeds from our front yard. After 10 hours of work (by a five man crew), the job was completed. They worked tirelessly all day long, and the results were amazing! They transformed our yard of dry sod, weeds, and rock into a beautiful, green, plush landscape. They brought in new, rich soil. The beds around the perimeter were amended and the soil was mounded. The beds were ready to be planted (which was our job). Dennis, the owner, willingly provided suggestions for landscape design. He had the crew dig a drainage trench for our downspout and removed a shrub from the back yard, also. Everyone we have come into contact with from NW Landscape Management has been kind, professional, and helpful. They are hard workers and take pride in their projects. We waited a long time to have this project completed, and we are so pleased that we checked Angie's List and hired NW Landscape Management to do the job. We would hire them, again, without hesitation. Their work is EXCELLENT

Initially I only wanted the super-high lawn mowed. We had just moved into the house and the grass was waist high. Dennis explained they don't just do one-time jobs but instead provide on-going maintenance and improvements. He gave me a lot of good ideas of what could be done, the schedule, and the performance standards. I signed up. They have come out weekly for the last month and have mowed the lawns, edged, weeded (chemically and by hand) and pruned a large hedge. When I requested it be pruned shorter, they started over and made it shorter. While the yard has a long ways to go, it now looks like someone has a plan. Thank you!

We have used them for over a year for weekly lawn and garden service. They show up every week and do a quick but thorough job of mowing, edging and refreshing the garden removing weeds and trimming as needed. Our yard has never looked better.

We've used for 7 months. Dependable and professional. We have a large lawn and lots of beds. They charge a lot, but their maintenance it is worth it. We also had them put in some annuals this spring. I was a little dissapointed in that quite a few flowers were not fully planted and are drying out quickly becauce their roots are above ground. I would definitely recommend their maintenance program however.

Very good. On time, well done, excellent clean up and on budget. A very professional company and a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is the price, they are expensive but worth it if you can afford them. You get what you pay for.

We have a a number of trees in our yard, including a palm tree, a variety of plants, and everything always looks in tip top shape year round, and our lawn looks like a lush green carpet. Our previous landscaper charged us the same amount just for weekly mowing. Very thing else was "extra". NW Landscape is very affordable and our crew does a fantasic job!

We contacted several local companies and Dennis from NWL arrived for an appointment on time. We walked the property and discussed several levels of service and several different things we could do to improve the health and appearance of the lawn. We have lived here for over 20 years but our lawns have deteriorated in quality. Finally we decided on the minimum level of service, preforming tasks I am no longer able to do or don't want to do myself. We know we can have them return if we needed additional help. The crew arrived as scheduled the following week and went about business in an organized and professional manner. Our only complaint is that when using the power aerator, one of the crew men broke a branch off one of our well established rhododendrons. As rhodys are not particularly fast growing, we were disappointed but realize accidents do happen.

The one thing I would like to say is that we have never been disappointed!! The expression of under promise and over deliver is an understatement!! My husband and myself have never been anything than Thrilled.... from the initial visit to the written estimate to the work scope to the final product!!! We will continue to use NW!!! we love our irrigation, lighting is amazing and the weekly maintenance!! ... we especially love Paul and Dusty and Dennis.... they are super people and masterful artists!!!! You get more than you pay for!!
