Medina Professional Cleaning

They showed up on time. But seemed rather slow and not that efficient. Would have to compare with another company to give an honest opinion.

My call to the company was promptly returned and our appointment was scheduled. The women showed up a bit later than scheduled but that was attributed to the driving conditions. They brought their own supplies but also used ones that I asked them to use (cooktop cleaner, wood floor solution). They were efficient, careful with all of my knick-knacks when dusting, and thorough. While casually dressed, they were professional in their approach and work. They let me know that, given the distance between their office/home and my home that the cost for future cleanings would be an amount that I determined was, while reasonable, more than I'd like to spend. That is the only reason I have not used them since. I would recommend them without reservation.

It went very well. My wife gave them instructions. My wife was happy with their work.

The owner dropped off two 2 cleaners and they spent 2 hours cleaning. They did a very nice job and were very pleasant. They worked hard and finished right on time.

They did a decent job. I had two rooms I was unsatisfied with. They came back out to fix the work.

Regrettably, I cannot review Medina Professional Cleaning. After purchasing a $95.00 Big Deal coupon, I immediately contacted Medina to schedule and appointment. To their credit, Medina responded immediately and was able to accommodate an appointment for the date and time of my choice (three weeks in the future). However, when the day arrived, Medina did not arrive within the 30 minute window, and my schedule did not permit me to wait longer. I was forced to leave, and access could not be provided when they arrived 15 minutes later. I paid $95.00 for zero services.

The ladies could not find my house the day of the scheduled service so they were one day late. Other than that, the whole experience was very through and pleasant as noted above.

They showed up on time and worked continually. Maria was good about asking me questions as to our cleaning desires. The only negative is that a couple times I haven't received responses to email messages.

I think they did a fine job but I would say it was average overall. I don't know what else I expected but we will likely try another service as a comparison. We have not historically used cleaning services but would do so regularly if we felt really satisfied with the results.

They were great. They sent 3 or 4 workers. They were on time. Worked the entire 4 hours. They did not break anything. I want to use them again.

I'm very pleased with the quality of their work but most important for me, I trust them enough to leave my key for them to come in and clean without me being present. The team of cleaners have been together for many years and they are very trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.

Did an excellent job of cleaning. Only once (out of 5 times) was I disappointed in their cleaning of the floors. They clean things I didn't or wouldn't even ask that they do. Very happy with them.

They did a fantastic job, were very professional, knew what to do so I didn't have to tell them what to do and they got down to business. They were fast and the work was very high quality. They also seemed very trustworthy and honest. I asked for a quote to clean my house in the future. They are definately a business I will use again. They had their own supplies. They are very hard workers. There was no wasting time...that was for sure.

My above story pretty well tells it all. If I use a housecleaning service in the future, I will look at more reviews etc.

We purchased this company's services via a Big Deal. As I recall it was for 4 hours of house cleaning for $95.00. I called and made an appointment. The company did not come as scheduled. When I called later that day they had forgotting or gotten confused. They apologized and promised to come the next morning. The next morning they were right on time, and instead of 4 hours worth of service, there were 6 ladies that worked very hard for an hour, giving me 6 hours worth of service. They came right in, took charge and did an excellent job. I would use them again if my budget allowed. (This was a treat.) I was quoted a price of $145 to repeat the service.

I used the coupon from Angie's list for this service. I'm happy with their service. The coupon was for $95 for nine hours of cleaning. The experience went well. They did a good job. They came in as promised; sharp and on time. They agreed to my request of using green products and they were great. They basically gave me what I paid for and the work was decent. I will use them again in the future but not for any regular stuff.

I bought a coupon so this was a "deal" at half price. The owner contacted us promptly and scheduled for that week. They were very professional and thorough. The owner came by at the end of the work to be sure we were satisfied. They did an excellent job.

They arrived on time. They had very positive attitudes and did very thorough cleaning, including mopping the floors, which I had told them to leave out if they were running short on time.

They arrived early with all their cleaning equipment and started to work. The two of them split up and started cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. If something could be moved to clean behind it, it was moved. (Even inside the microwave was cleaned.) The bookcases in the den and bedroom were dusted, down to dusting the picture frames, (now that impressed us!). The floors shine and the place is clean! They took no breaks and refused an offer for a soda, not stopping until they were done. They made sure that we were satisfied before they left.

I thought I was going to be getting two people for four hours, so when three ladies came and I was told they would be working together for approximately 1 1/2 hours, I wasn't so sure how that would work. HOWEVER, I was absolutely stunned at how fast and hard these ladies worked! They were incredibly professional, friendly, and polite. They immediately went to work on the whole house, moving through the rooms and multiple floors like a perfectly-timed machine. They didn't cut corners at all (I know--I checked!). They meticulously cleaned all of the surfaces in the entire house (including 100 year old hardwoods, tile, carpet, counters, porcelain, fabric, etc.) and never missed a spot. They even dusted side benches and all of the Christmas decorations! They never slowed down, refused to take a break when I tried to offer them coffee, and kept up the same incredible pace until all of the work was completed. In short, I was left with a beautiful house that GLEAMED!!! I can't get over the shock...from knowing what condition the house was in when they got here versus how beautiful and immaculate it was by the time they left! I had never used a housecleaning service before because I had concerns about the quality of person(s) that might be coming into my home. Medina Professional Services turned me from a skeptic into a loyal fan and I am going to using their service monthly from now on. I can't recommend these ladies strongly enough...JUST FABULOUS!!!
