I moved to Washington from California and know absolutely no one, so asking for referrals from friends wasn't an option. The movers were a day behind us and I needed to get the carpets cleaned before they arrived. Jeff, the owner, had a full schedule. However, he squeezed me in early on a Saturday morning. He arrived on schedule and charged me what he quoted. He even offered to leave extra carpet dryers at my home to ensure the carpets were dry in time for the movers arrival. Jeff exceeded my expectation and I highly recommend him.

Jeff and RJ did a great job. They worked very hard, didn't rush through it, and spent extra time on parts of the carpet that were extra dirty. We've used other carpet cleaners and Jeff and RJ did a noticeably better job. We'll be using them in the future. Laraine, Gig Harbor

We got quotes from several carpet cleaning companies, but Jeff's was the lowest. He made an appointment to begin work while our office was still open and we had our concerns that he might be in the way or cause a distraction. Jeff went to work right on time and worked in an efficient pattern around the office. As soon as he was finished with an area we were able to get back into the space right away. The carpet looks great. Jeff also repaired several areas that had bubbled over the years and when new bubbles appeared after the cleaning we called him back to repair those too.

Jeff showed up promptly as scheduled, and even timed his cleaning to get to the office space at lunch time so my husband could step out during his lunch break while he cleaned the office carpets. He did a fabulous job, and when he left, my carpets looked good as new! He even removed a lot of detergent residue left by last carpet cleaning company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking carpet cleaning services...I even gave his card to my best friend!

Really well - they completed the pre-spot remover, and took the time to make sure the carepts looked great.

It was beautiful. I have used them twice now. They came on time. He shows up when he says he will do, does what he says and asks for feedback when he leaves. I have been very pleased with him.

We could not be more pleased with the service provided! The technician was here just before our appointment time. He was very friendly, hard working and professional. He immediately asked what our special concerns were with regards to tough stains and high traffic areas. Immediate attention was given to both. The work was done with no real interruptions to our ongoing household activities. It never occured to me to tip a carpet cleaner, but I gladly did this time! I have had my carpet cleaned many times in my life and I don't recall being this satisfied with the completed job. The only minor concern I have is directed to the owner. Although our credit card was gladly accepted, the technician was not equipped with a more secure way of accepting credit other then writing our number down for submission later. This can and does make customers a little nervous knowing their number is floating around on a piece of paper. As small business owners, we know of inexpensive and secure options that we use ourselves. (I.E.-The Square) Bottom line..... We would definitely use this company again.

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Much better than any of the dry methods. 20 year old carpet looks almost new. Only down side is that is takes quite a while to dry. But you get little booties to wear so it's not that bad. I did not have to move the big pieces of furniture and John the Technician put blocks under the furniture to keep them off the floor. I would use them again and have already recommended them to family.

Carpet Care Northwest did a very nice job. He was very cordial and very alert to call back. He was on time and was very good to work with. They are just very friendly and very efficient. He was excellent.

Overall, it was a great experience. Jeff was punctual and cared about making sure we were satisfied with how the new carpet felt and looked. We were really impressed with the Feel of the pad that he used in the family room, which is the room we spend the most time in. It was fantastic and made the room very comfortable.
