First time using Carpet Care Northwest. The technician Jacob did a thorough job cleaning my carpets and they look great. Price was reasonable. Will definitely use this company again.

Carpets went as expected and above and beyond on very difficult tile and grout. Great value and more than fair price.

Jeff was great! In order, to keep our carpet warranty we needed to choose a company through the Carpet and Rug Institute, which is where I found this company. I gave him the dimensions of our rooms over the phone and he was able to give us a rough estimate of the cost. We moved our own furniture, so not sure if there is an extra fee for that. He was punctual, hard working and our carpets look great!!

Everything went as planned. Set-up was easy, on-time, job was well done.

Jeff was prompt in returning my email and call. Made a trip to assess what we wanted done, gave us his recommendation and a quote which came in at a solid price. Jeff and his team were diligent, professional, and friendly during the entire process. Efficient with their work, in which they replaced the entire living room (18'x15'), stairs (12 steps), patched 4 separate locations, and cleaned the entire upstairs (3 bedrooms and hallway), along with the moving of furniture, all in approximately 3 hours. Total came out to $1340, which came in lower than our other estimates. Would 100% recommend Carpet Care Northwest to anyone looking for cleaning, patching, or replacing carpet.

Jeff was prompt and professional. The carpets look great. He did a better job than some cleaners I've used about not leaving excess moisture in the carpets.

I contacted Jeff to clean the carpet at my parents house due to my puppy being a little too liberal with his bowels.... Needless to say, the odor and stains were awful! Jeff was extremely professional, accommodating, and friendly on the phone when we spoke, and I felt safe with him going to my elderly parents house to clean their carpeting and rugs. My parents absolutely LOVED him. They stated he did an absolutely amazing job, helped moving their furniture, cleaned everything that was there - as well as an additional three area rugs. It is not to empress my mother, but Jeff did it. They could not stop telling how great he was, how wonderful his work was, and now they want to hire him an annual basis. Way to go, Jeff! And the price was VERY MUCH affordable, especially considering everything that he did to give their carpeting a complete make-over.

These guys are the GREATEST! They showed up on time -they were VERY polite - they did a great job on cleaning our carpet (a 4 bdrm 2200 sq foot home)! When they did the enzyme treatment, they told us that this included a free call-back treatment if we wanted. We did, in fact, call them to re-treat the small area. Jeff called us back immediately and scheduled the free re-treatment! This company is good. They stand behind what they say - no questions asked! And they are prompt, courteous, and VERY reasonably priced. You will not be let down.

Jeff came out and did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpets. We have pets and kids with a 10 year old carpet (middle to the road quality wise) and he was able to make it look fresh again. Next time we need our carpet cleaned, we will certainly call Jeff/Carpet Care NW again.

Went like clockwork. Jeff works very hard, no messing around. Very thorough and has really good techniques for elevating furniture items off the carpet - resulting in with minimum furniture removal (and replacement after carpet drying). Couldn't believe how fast it went. Very pleased with the results.

Jeff came to my house and provided a free estimate of the time and cost to do what I requested. For the job, he and his helper arrived on time, did the work and charged the price he'd quoted. All went smoothly. Very professional. It was between rainy days, so Jeff had to navigate puddles outside, but he made sure none of that mess was tracked into the house. Couldn't have asked for more.

I am amazed at the excellent condition Carpet Care Northwest achieved in cleaning two rooms of my house. Jeff was very professional, on time and it didn't take him that long to get the job done. My carpets look new again and feel very soft. Don't look any farther for a cleaner, Carpet Care Northwest is all you need. Jeff obviously takes great pride in his work and it shows. He managed to get an ink stain out of our couch that had been there for years. I would definitely call him again. He showed up on time and was polite and professional. Highly recommend!

Jeff answered the phone and scheduled me promptly. I was in a bit of a rush because I was trying to got my house on the market ASAP and he quoted a very reasonable price. It was $175 for the whole house, but our house is small, about 1200 square feet. Still a very good price in my opinion. Jeff arrived promptly and was very courteous and personable to my wife and me. He removed stains that I was sure were not going to come out and cleaned under the furniture and left it on little foam feet to dry underneath, something that previous carpet cleaners we hired did not do. He even cleaned an unattached remnant of carpet on our garage step. When done, he provided me with a pair of shoe booties so I could inspect the job. Jeff is a genuinely pleasant professional who actually takes pride in his work and reputation. We will hire him in the future to clean the carpets in our next house. Highly recommended!

Jeff arrived and looked the carpet over in the rooms. He was also looking for stains and I ;pointed out 2. Then he tended to business. I could see he was serious about his job..When Jeff was done the carpet looked and smelled so fresh !

This was the BEST job any cleaner has done with those two rugs. They were like new without the new smell. Thank you guys! Plus they were dog friendly This was the second time they have cleaned these rugs. They have my business!
