He is hardworking, does the job correctly with the right supplies. He had to come back a second day and he fixed everything. I will definitely use him again.

Pretty good. The Angies List deal didn't cover the amount of all the windows we have, plus 5 skylights.

Never answered my calls and emails, even after a complaint filed with Angie's list.

Long delay between booking and getting the appointment for cleaning, but on the appointed day service was prompt and did a good job. We added additional windows to the basic plan without difficulty.

Never hired anyone to clean windows before. They did a fantastic job ----2 story house which required ladders. Lots of windows & screens. They did a perfect job!! Will use Blue Vase Services again and again

They were terrific. I would definitely use them again. They actually told me that Angie’s List was supposed to take that offer off when I purchased it, but they honored it and they were lovely to work with. Very nice, very nice. I thought they were very economical. I had to pay a little bit more which he totally explained. The owner called me beforehand, when we set the appointment up, because I knew that my house was going to cost a little bit more because we have a lot of skylight and we hadn’t had work done before. So, I knew that was going to be the case, so they gave me a quote before doing the work. They came out and then gave me a quote and then said this sounds fine, and were just terrific. I thought it was very reasonable, very reasonable. I think they charged an extra $315, but I have a tremendous amount of skylight so that’s what the additional was for, but it was totally reasonable. He was at my house the entire day and just great. Terrific, they were really top-notch. Couldn’t have been better. It was one person that came to complete the work. They were at my house probably from 10-4 or 4:30. They were clean, neat, prompt, polite, responsive. Everything you’d want in a vendor. He was clean cut, well spoken. He’d worked for the company for 3 years, I think he said, Jonathan said. He was very respectful, everything. I had to wait quite a long time, but I wasn’t in a rush. We’ve owned the house two years and the windows haven’t been done since. It was going to be okay. When he came out for the appointment he gave me the estimate, and he asked me if this was okay, and I said yes this is fine.

That went fine. They charged quite a bit more than the $295. They were on time. They sent out 2 people to clean the roof and it took them about 4 hours. They did fine with the communication.

Great! It was a very easy process and I would definitely recommend them.

They never called back after purchasing the coupon, I left tons of messages on voicemail and even escalated to Angie's List customer service. Had to ask for a refund. Highly unprofessional!

I have received nothing prior to this as a response from either the vender or yourself. I intend to pursue either getting the service or getting my money back.

I called and was told it would be a month before he could do the job. I said this was okay. He told me he would be out in the next couple days to give me an estimate. He never did come. I called a number of times and left messages, but never any response.

Good job. Some areas missed but mostly due to lack of daylight.

My windows have never been so clean! They were several hours late for our appointment, but did call. They appeared to be deliberately slow in getting our job done - spent a lot of time standing around and talking. However, the windows look great and I would hire them again.

Did an excellent job on the gutter. Forgot to measure the screens and we did not think about it until he left. Called and spoke with representative. Advised he could not get anyone back for a couple of days which did not occur. Called again and left message no response. Called again this week and once again left a message with no response.

We never heard from them though we tried communicating. We even gave Angie's advance monies for the service to be rendered which of course was refunded to us. Very disappointed!

First job was a smooth transaction, windows were gloriously clean and crew was timely and polite. Second job no call no show but called early the next day to say they were on their way. Once they arrived they did a fine job.

Did a great job on the windows and even offered to check my soffits for woodpecker damage.

The employees arrived on time and cleaned the windows and screens. They did a wonderful job and were easy to work with.

Jeff did a wonderful job. I will use his service again in the future.
