He worked through terrible weather, and actually lowered our quoted price because our roof was in good shape. All debris and mess thoroughly cleaned up. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended service.

the purchased deal was for a type of roof and size of house different from mine, unable to tell in the deal. it took awhile to hear back, as angie's list site was not forwarding the notification to Blue Vase. When he finally contacted me, we set an appt. He arrived on time and contacted me with the issues with the deal and my situation. we agreed to a new price and he did the work.

Prompt and professional people. The price was right. The roof looks good. The gutters were real good after a second call back. There was no excuses for the missed area. No mess in the yard was ever to be found.

They fit us in at the last minute, before Christmas, so we were ok with the price which was a little higher than others. The person who installed the lights was VERY good. We were quite pleased. However, I have left several messages with the owner to schedule the removal of the lights and no one has called me back. Now I will have to pay someone else to remove the lights. We are now NOT happy.

Jonathon arrived on time, and was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would hire again in a heartbeat!

Jonathan did a superb job of washing all my windows inside and out....they're so very clean! Even got water spots left from power washing house prior to a painting job done by someone else. He's extremely efficient, very professional and careful about home property, taking off shoes while inside house etc. Also helped me take down blinds which I really appreciated. He even gave me a senior discount which was a pleasant surprise. I have previously used Blue Vase Service and highly recommend Blue Vase Services and will definitely hire again.

Phone contact was made prior to appointment. Workers arrived on time. Work was completed as specified and explanation of work done was given at completion.

Went above and beyond, also cleaned my deck and patio neither which was ever discussed. I will be hiring again.

Very nice job, very nice man. He is too busy now to come as far north as our house, but we loved him the times that he did work for us.

That work was performed but the next heavy rain showed a continuing problem with gutter overflow. Blue Vase called to check if everything had gone well and when I explained the problem, they came out again and discovered a blockage in a downspout was the problem. We scheduled another visit to clear the downspout by water jet. When they came to do the work, it was discovered that the french drain around the house had been improperly installed. He was wet and dirty after all that work, but refused payment because he had not solved the problem. I am very impressed with Blue Vase and they are scheduled to do some crawl space work later this month.

It took a while for us to get together but, once we were able to, it went very well.

Johnathan was great! He worked efficiently and so was polite and professional. Sometimes people don't clean up well but my area was great when the project was done. I would definitely have them back for more work.

Jeff with Blue Vase was extremely professional and friendly, and our holiday lights look great! Will definitely be using them next year!

Jonathan arrived on time and immediately went to work. He used a blower to clean the roof and gutters. Unfortunately that meant that leaves and moss were blown down to the lawn. I found Jonathan to be easy to talk to and work with. Blue Vase also called while the job was in progress to check on how it was proceeding. I was pleased by this kind of attention and concern for the work. For the overall rating I gave Blue Vase an "A" although i thought that they could have picked up or raked up the moss blown down on the lawn. That was my only nit with them. I would hire them again.

Way better than I could have ever imagined and better than any other service I have used before. Jeff is truly professional and deeply cares about his customers and his work. He went beyond the work of any service personnel that I have ever seen. Doesn't leave until the problem is fixed - if it is fixable! I sure appreciate Angie's List for helping me find Blue Vase Services!

Easy to schedule and communication was prompt. Work was done day and time scheduled without any problems. Receipt was left along with estimates for other services they provide, if needed. Received a follow up call to check on satisfaction, which was a pleasant surprise.

The workers did arrive about 1 hour early.

Excellent work. They showed on time, promptly finished the job and cleaned and removed everything.
