Description of Work: Purchased on March 2, 2015 for $135.00 a window cleaning service (25 windows). Tried to schedule early June but was told they couldn't come until 7/11/2015 @ 4:00pm. Stayed home all day, left three voicemail messages at 206-380-6116, the company did not show up and did not notify us.

Description of Work: I used this service through an Angie's List special. Appointment was made for 0900-1000. He was a no-show. I called and was unable to leave a message on the number given. I had to go back into the add in Angie's to find the company phone number. This person answered and said he would check as to what happened. The person with the original phone number called and said he had to change the time to 1500-1600 due to a personal matter. I told him it would have been good to call me by the scheduled time to let me know about the delay - not wait until I have to contact him. The work he did when he finally arrived was very good. He worked hard and did apologize for what happened. I would give them another chance because of the service the tech gave. He removed the screens and cleaned them as well as the windows. I only had the outside windows cleaned as I do the inside myself. Very good job.

Description of Work: These people went above and beyond. They cleaned my windows, excellent! They offered to return and do touch-up for free if I saw any issues after they left, but I did not. Furthermore, I decided to have them pressure wash my decks, they stayed until the job was done and done right, they had a very friendly and helpful attitude as well. I am feeling guilty that I let it go this long without posting my positive comments. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: Jeff and his two-man crew were very efficient, polite and friendly. I was very pleased with the job they did. I had a few more panes than my Angie's list voucher covered so Jeff worked with me and left a window I could easily do myself, so that he could wash the hard to reach sky lights for a very reasonable additional fee.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of our windows and some lights over our front door and dining room table. They were very personable and they did an awesome job! We will use them again. Window washers are hard to find and Blue Vase is a keeper!

Description of Work: They cleaned 25 windowpanes inside and out. It went great. Jeff (the owner) personally cleaned our windows and he was extremely friendly and meticulous. He also offers gutter cleaning and will even install Christmas lights, which I plan to schedule with him soon. He also replaces outdoor patios and decks!

Description of Work: They were excellent! I had relatives arriving and they came at night so my windows would be clean for them in time! The quality was terrific and the workers could not have been more professional or efficient!

Description of Work: The cleaned all the windows as contracted and a few extra. The $20.70 was for the extra windows above the rate for 25. They were careful of our furniture when inside and clean and neat. I would be happy to refer the team.

Description of Work: Had the service scheduled at my home and had them change to another residence that I own ,this they were glad to do; showed up on time at the second residence ;did the work and rescheduled my home for a later day. |They also found one window in need of repair and went out of their way to help me9 find a place to get repair service and or parts to resolve this issue .

Description of Work: They washed 15 panes of windows. They did a good job but I thought the price was too high. I had another company do the whole house for $125. However, they did offer to come back and charge $103. if it was done within a year.

Description of Work: They cleaned 25 window panes, inside and out. Jeff and his assistant were polite and enjoyable to have at our house, and they did an excellent job that left our windows sparkling clean. I'll definitely have them do the job again.

Description of Work: After purchasing the Big Deal for this vendor and picking dates I received a generic message from them saying "Schedule times are not available" and to call them to reschedule. I called them and could not leave a voicemail because their mailbox was full so I then sent another message telling them to call me. When they called they said the earliest date they could do was 45 days out to which I responded that a month and a half was not acceptable and I would be requesting a refund on the purchase. They then called back later and left me a voicemail saying they could do an earlier date and since they work in the field they don't actually know what the schedule is. I decided just to proceed with a refund since they appear to be disorganized and not the type of company I choose to do business with.
