They day of service went well other than a addional 110 needed to complete the job plus the 295 already paid. After three months, moss started growing and Jeff said if the moss returned he would re-apply again at no charge. I have tried to reach him 6 times to return and at apply a second treatment. He has never returned my calls. Please do yourself a favor and save your money and time and choose another company. Angie’s List let me down on this one.

It went great, though they came on the day it snowed for the first time in Oct. last year. We had to reschedule and they came back and finished the job with recommendations. They didn't bill me until completing the job. They did a thorough job and were very friendly. I'm a bit baffled as to what happened next. I sent an email and a voicemail to ask about a new project he'd mentioned as a recommendation and I never heard back. Soooo wattup with that??!

Jeff arrived right on time and proceeded to make the windows - including 15 foot high clerestories, a skylight and some difficult to access windows - bright and sparkling. We will definitely be using them again.

Jeff does a wonderful job and is very affordable. I have used him twice and will hire him in the future for any sort of exterior cleaning, gutter, etc. He is also enthusiastic, fun to talk to, and just a really nice guy in general.

A little hick-up at first in communication was quickly addressed by Jeff Carter, the owner. Jeff did an exceptionally excellent job, the best ever. His pricing is very competitive. Owner and all employees were very nice and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Blue Vase Services. They also do window cleaning and many other services.

They cleaned 25 windows. They were on time and did a good job.

It went very good. Jeff and his assistant did a great job at cleaning our windows at a very fair price. We had to pay for more windows because there are more than the 25 listed on the groupon coupon and some were at a higher distance above the ground than what was included. All in all a great job. My wife couldn't believe that it wasn't new glass in some of the panes. We will definitely hire in the future. He also does roof and gutter cleaning which we may consider next spring.

They never called to make an appointment even after Angie's List contacted them three weeks after they were supposed to contact me. I called them several times, got the answering machine, but couldn't even leave a message because "The mailbox is full." Subsequently Angie's list refunded my $295 payment.

I purchased a Big Deal for window and screen cleaning. Blue vase came out, the guy was about 21-22 years old. He was very fast, very polite. I was quite shocked he was so young and disciplined. Their quality was an A, I didn't know my windows were so dirty. He was a young guy, knew what he was doing. He came in got to work. He was very polite, told me he was there, what he was going to do and got to work. It took about an hour.
