The tech. was punctual, knowledgeable, diagnosed and repaired both problems and did not charge additionally for having to leave and pick up a part that the dispatch sent with the tech. that was the wrong part. Additionally, replaced two microwave light bulbs above the range charging only the retail cost and no added labor.

They happened to be in the area and got to me sooner than scheduled. Found the problem and solved it quickly. Professional and friendly, and even made friends with my dog, very personable people.

Very pleased with their services, I had to go to work and they worked with my schedule. The Technician was knowledgeable and professional, did a lot of work in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend this company🤗

I called them for repair, they sent someone in an hour and took him only 40 mins. It was perfect. I never had such amazing service before. I highly recommend them.

The repairman obviously knew what he was doing. When he realized there was a better part than the one he brought with him, he went out and got the BETTER part. When he discovered that there was a larger problem than the defective part, he was honest about it. He told me that, even though he could replace the part, the larger problem would still be there and it would cost more than the refrigerator was worth to fix it. I opted to buy a new refrigerator. So, he reduced my bill since he would not be installing any parts. I didn't know there was anybody left in the world who would do something like that.

Fast service. Easy to work with. Quick, efficient and clean. Diagnosed right the first time and had dryer disassembled, repaired and working on time and on budget within an hour.

The repairman that came to my house (Brandon) was great. He was knowledgeable and courteous. When he was finished fixing my dryer I also scheduled him to look at my refrigerator. He had it working after ordering a part. I would hire them again.

Labor costed too much, did not show up the day said will return with part because part arrived late and did not even call to let me know, I had to call to find out why he did not show. Overall, I think paid too much.

Repairman did not check to see if ice maker was turned on. Did not check value. Said ice maker was problem. Ordered on. Came back and installed ice maker. Still not working. Checked valve, said that was problem. Had to order. Returned and installed valve. Still no water going to ice maker. He had to call boss several time while he worked. My wife suggested unplugging refrigerator and plugging back in. Reinstalled old ice maker, and said problem was value. Now said working. He left. Did not put back plate on back of refrigerator and left it where was, not put back in place. Water hose on bottom was left exposed. I waited a couple of hours and still no water. Called and 3 workers came back. Did fix exposed hose and removed some ice from line. Ice maker then filled with water. They did complete work and ice maker is working, but entire experience was stressful.

The technician was prompt, polite and found the source of the problem. Very efficient.

Arrived on time. Was later discovered an additional part, unrelated to the first problem, was needed. Quickly installed upon arrival of the part.

Great customer service. Technican explained what he was doing in ways i could understand.

If I could give 10 stars I would. He communicated to me the time frame he would arrive at the home and he came as promised. I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs appliance repair. I will use him in the future should any appliance needs service.

they promised to fix my wash machine and they did for very low fees this young man knew what he was doing :) I will hire them again. I thought I had to buy a new one now I do not :)

I’ll definitely hire them again for future repairs . Friendly and resolved my issue with the freezer .

Brandon, the repairman was excellent, very professional. The office staff was very kind and helpful, they were able to schedule an appointment the following day. We will recommend ARS to our friends and family.
