Took them two days to figure out my washer had a clogged drain pump.

They called right away and he stopped in between calls and cleaned my dishwasher filter. Was very personable and willing to do the work and showed us how to clean it ourselves next time in a month or two. I was very happy with the results and was only without the dishwasher for one day!

Did the job

Fast, reasonable, quick response, and transparent service. They quoted and repaired the issue within 30-45 min on our washer. Showed me the part that needed to be replaced and have warranty on parts and service. Almost in and out like a whirlwind and fair price.

Got the repair done in 2 days, they were on time and price was reasonable.

They did not fix the issue and they have not called us to see how they can fix the issue and it has been more than a week and he has not fix the Refrigerator.

Brandon was up-front and let me know that my repair on my older washing machine could end up being near the same cost as purchasing a new one, and didn't charge me for the service call to find that out. Appreciate his honesty and absolutely will call on him again the next time we have a repair need!

Brian the tech was great, in and out in one hour, had part on hand ; Heating element for our dryer. Very friendly and competent and went out of his way to explain things to me on what went wrong and how to best utilize the dryer. The cost came in $110.00 less that quote. Senior discount was nice also.

$304.00 later, the issue I wished to be fixed ~ the refrigerator ice maker ~ remains inoperable. The young man who attempted the repair was here twice - trying to return the ice maker to functionality. I offered to pay 50% of the billed amount, but the check I issued for $304.00 cleared my bank. $304.00 is an expensive way to learn Appliance Repair is unable to fix it. Appliance Repair's recommendation was to purchase an ice maker that fits on the counter. Again, $304.00 is a hefty price for a recommendation that represents yet aother expenditure. It is my hope Home Advisor will refund my $304.00 paid to the company they recommended for this job.
