The tech was early (after calling to see if that was ok) go right on the problem and had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes. He did not have a new motor on his truck (no duh) but will be back Monday morning to complete the job. I was impressed with his knowledge and the overall cost. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

I hired ARS to fix my washing machine. I have hired them before and they always do a good job. Joe is old school and very conscientious. I like it that he always calls when he is on his way to your house.

Joe did not have the necessary part with him to repair my washing machine so he had to order the part and schedule another day to finish repairing it. He and his apprentice were very courteous and professional. It is supposed to be finished tomorrow!

Good overall. The original appointment time was delayed but I was kept informed. The technician didn't have the equipment needed to make repair and had to return the next day. He was efficient and courteous. I would use them again and recommend them.

Joe diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator/freezer the same day that I called. I'm having ARS, Inc. back out to repair my clothes washer next!

I called them on a Sunday and someone did answer and I attempted to make an appointment. Their English was a little hard to understand. The information must not have been conveyed because when I called back to confirm there was no appointment. But they came out the next day on time. The cost for the repair was more than I was willing to pay for a 12 year old stove so I didn’t hire them to repair but only paid the service fee

I actually have two of your specialists to comment on. The first is Joe B., an electrician who repaired a faulty freezer on April 8, 2020. I had actually hired Joe about 10 years ago for other electrical work on my little condo and he actually remembered me. He brought along a young assistant also named Joe and both were extremely professional and personable. My second specialist Adam finished installing a new garage door system to replace the 20+ year old one. Adam was also very competent and he was concerned that I didn't have to replace all of the garage opener equipment. His integrity is impressive. I am hoping that I wont' have many more reasons for home repair; but, if I do, I will be calling ARS and hire your excellent specialists like Joe and Adam.
