We received a call immediately and were given an appointment the following morning. Service provider was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We would certainly use Appliance Repair Specialists again.

Once we got the service scheduled it was great. The only complaint was that no one was scheduled to come out at the originally scheduled date/time (no one was schedules to come out). They came out the next day with the part needed and got the washing machine up and running again pretty quickly. The costs are in line with what I was expecting to pay.

They came within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem by email before they came. Had the part for my refrigerator. Excellent Service!

The first tech couldnâ t identify the problem during the initial assessment and came back another day with a more experienced tech. He identified the problem within just a couple of minutes and had us back up and running properly in no time! They were polite and professional, even thoâ the problem was obviously operator error.

Claimed to fix issue. Ice has still formed in freezer section. Have called a few times and service rep has not returned calls as of this time. Called office, and they contacted rep and mentioned he would call. May change opinion if some communication.

Being a caregiver for someone with incontinence, when my dryer broke, it was an emergency situation for me. I called ARS in the Am and they contacted Brandon who then contacted me shortly after and made it to see me by early afternoon and had the dryer diagnosed and the part with him and repaired in less than half an hour.
