Finished other job early and call to see if he could come by early. Cleaned up his mess and was very professional.

Steve was quick to respond and offered options willingly on the phone, taking time to discuss the project even before having the job which was what got him the job. He mounted our new TV in a very unconventional, requested way and made sure we were all set, spending extra time above & beyond. He is flexible, calm, easy to work with. We installed an unnecessary jack, and this is the only reason I am not giving him a full 5* rating. Our old home had a standard def dish system and the new TV required a high-def upgrade. We ended up going wireless, and it would have been good for Steve to foresee that and guide us. Again, not his job, but I offer it as constructive and good info for anyone who may be converting after the last "old" big box TV dies and what you may be in for.
