Steve was great to work with. I found him to be responsive, clear, and an expert in what we were looking to do with our TV by mounting it above our fireplace. He walked me through a couple options and we decided on the best approach along with a day/time that worked for us. When it came to installation day, Steve called before he arrived to be sure someone was home, got to our house on time, and did an excellent job mounting our TV. Everything looks fantastic. Steve was very professional and courteous. He called after he left another job to let me know the job went longer than expected but he was en route. He took off his shoes as we require. He even measured my clothing rack so I could be sure it wouldn’t block the TV. He showed me how to unmount it should that need arise. I’d use him again.

He also spackled the holes from the previous mount job in my old apartment and offered to leave me some spackle at no charge in case I needed to fill other drywall on move out.
