"Jim and Ian came to our house to perform a “Premium Roof Cleaning.” I specifically chose Chinook Services because of their great reputation, fair pricing and that they perform the cleaning process that is recommended by ARMA/GAF. They called ahead, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. Both of them were respectful, courteous, hardworking and pleasant. They described what they would be doing, how it works and what I should expect. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was aware of the “5 year no new moss” warranty. I’m glad I chose Chinook Services and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them perform more services in the future. I highly recommend them."

"Yazmin was awesome, super friendly, always early and charged a fair price. I gave 3 stars because each cleaning something was missed, which I brought to her attention. She would make sure to do it the next cleaning, but then something else was missed. Seems like the cleanings were always rushed. I don't think I am being too anal, but I shouldn't have to go back and clean things after I just paid to have it done. Such as, crumbs still on kitchen counters and nothing was moved or cleaned under, bedroom not dusted very well, and food/dirt still on floor. Paid for a separate cleaning for the blinds/baseboards/windowsills, but the blinds didn't get finished. Yazmin said she would go back over them the next 2 cleanings, but they were never finished. Have half dusted blinds now."
