Professional and timely service. Would recommend.

I use Four Seasons for my home and office cleaning. They do a wonderful job. It always looks and smells great. They always show up and are opening to schedule changes. If you need an extra cleaning they are very good at fitting you in. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Four Seasons Professional Cleaning for many years. The cleaners are respectful, prompt and do a thorough cleaning of my home. Having a team of 2-3 people clean my home is a big plus!

I have been a client of Four Seasons for 6 years and at 2 different addresses. They are consistent, communicative, and thorough. We a family with young kids and pets; Four Seasons does a great job cleaning the entire house. Additionally, if I need a schedule change they are accommodating. Have been very happy with Four Seasons, highly recommend their services.

We used Four Seasons for over a year, and for a long time the quality of the work was satisfactory, but the quality declined to a point where we had to stop using them.

I was thrilled with Four Seasons and will certainly be working with them for ongoing services. They arrived exactly on time and were even flexible with where they started in the house, as both me and my wife work from home. The team who came to my house have clearly worked together before as they were very coordinated and moved through the house efficiently. Everything was excellent all the way around!

Great! I had two cleaners for 3 hours (6 work hours total) and they were amazing. They even managed to clean off my stovetop that I've battled with burned on grease/grime for forever.

Great! I was impressed and would definitely hire again.

The ladies who came were great and efficient. Our house was spotless. We like them so much we are bringing them back quarterly for a deep clean. I don't know what products they use or skills they have but I can never get my house as clean as they did. Even the baseboards were wiped down!

The two gals did an excellent job. They paid attention to many details.

**** FOUR STARS **** 4 out of 5 is very good, I’d give 5 but for the usual & chronic problems inherent with this industry wide problem, minor annoying inconsistency in scheduling & performance. It’s ideal to have the same crew every time @ the scheduled time. which is the case here. After trying out 3 other household cleaning & help services over a 5 years time frame this is the best we have discovered & employed. The billing process is seamless & very accurate. We have learned that you must spell out whats expected & demand just that every engagement or visit. We chose every 2 weeks with the rare occasion something non-routine like help to flip or turn mattresses, dust ceiling light fixtures, etc. The employees of Four Seasons are always willing to help with the unexpected. Give them a tryout you won’t be disappointed.

We have received services from this team in our Sammamish home for 7 years. Service has been reliable, dependable and top notch the entire time. If I could take them to Poulsbo with us, I would. The best part, any issue they work to correct asap. They just did our terminal clean before the new buyers moved in....Awesome! The place looked like new! I highly recommend.

I'd like to amend my original review. Janice had made an attempt to refund a portion of my money on the 12th of August as she states in her response. Unfortunately, there was an error in the account number she used, and so the refund never showed up in my account. When I reached out to her, she corrected the mistake immediately and made the refund. I appreciate her quick response on this.

The women who did the housecleaning worked hard and did a nice job. However there were two big negatives: Communication with the company was poor, and although I paid for 6 hours of work, the cleaners worked for just 4. First, communication: It took several calls on my part to confirm day and time. The person who I finally heard back from by text said they had been very busy and short staffed. I understand that this can happen, but a quick text or voice message only takes a minute! When the women left after two hours (2 cleanersX2 hours, or 4 hours of work) - I double checked my deal which was indeed for 6 hours. I emailed the company through Angies List with no response, and then called. I received a call back and the woman said she would make a partial refund, That was 10 days ago and I have received no refund and no further communication. Very disappointing.

It went well. They did a good and thorough job in cleaning my house.

Excellent work as always but I specifically would like to highlight Donald Gerrie - Donald went out of the way to absolutely guarantee that all work is done perfectly, on time and everything is just right. The standard of excellence Donald sets is unmatched, best in the industry! Four Seasons Pro Cleaning is awesome and we keep using their services.

I have used four seasons for many of my houses I get ready to sell. They always do a nice job and always find a time to fit me into there schedule.

The two women who did the cleaning - Esley and Elvia- were fabulous. They arrived promptly, worked hard, and did a thorough job. They were friendly and communicative. Would definitely hire again.

As the time went by, it seems that less and less attention to details has been occurring. On a couple of occasion I came home and had to take and send pictures of pieces such as the stove that was not well done. It then goes better for a cycle and then attention to details lapse again This last time I noticed dustballs by the side of the bed that had not been done for months, or spider webs literally at floor level untouched; I gave it another chance to see if this would be taken care of without having to ask for it. I came back home and the dustball and spider webs were still there. I developed doubt that the crew is actually spending the 4 hours ( 2 clearness for 2 hours every other week) that we pay for although there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom that are now only requiring very light touch. I really appreciate that cleaning is a hard job, but I have lost trust.

The cleaners always do a great job and often go above and beyond. It is wonderful to come home at the end of a workday to a clean house. We are very happy with their service and have been customers for about a year.

Very good. Previous tenants had dog urine. The smell was reduced a lot.
