Description of Work: We have a family room almost surronded by windows. I believe it was Nov. Tyler came to see our windows. He was very pleasant and professional. Our problem was that we had three broken windows that several other companies had either said they couldn't do, never replied after seeing them, or offered to do totally new windows for that room. The windows are apparently very early double pane wooden-framed. It took some time beforewe herd back that they had found them and could order them to arrive in 4-6 weeks. the installer & installation were professional except one window was broken on arrival so had to be reordered and another wait. However, when they called tha it had arrived, they installedit that day or the next. The two issues would have been time or cost, but I realize I needed special circumstances.. I was very pleased with their respect for us.

+ -1 moreTHE WINDOW WAS BEAUTIFUL. IT ARRIVED 2 WEEKS EARLY. IT FIT PERFECTLY. THE COMPANY IS VERY RELIABLE. EVERY WORKMAN FROM THE ESTIMATOR TO THE INSTALLER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE AND BUSINESSLIKE.
Description of Work: MEASURE, HELP WITH DESIGN, ORDER AND INSTALLED A WOODFRAME WINDOW.
