Went great. This is the second time we've had them out. The information from two different plumbers is consistent in regards to the fragility of the plumbing installed in the house. He verified that I was satisfied with the install work and made sure the caulking around the toilet met any desired aesthetic needs (there weren't any, but the fact he offered was impressive)

Extremely well. In just a few days, Mark B. returned with an apprentice and all the appropriate parts (3 toilets, 4 bathroom sinks and a kitchen faucet). They removed all and installed all better than new. In fact the facilities never worked as well new and was better than a remodel. It was without a doubt an upgrade and contribution to an increase our house value. I will use them and Mark and his apprentice Zack again.

Toilet unclogged, advice was great.

I was having my basement slab elevated with polyurethane and some of it came in through a crack in the pipe going out to the sewer and plugged it. Apollo plumbing ground through the polyurethane at it was all good. They used a snake, a grinder and a camera to do the work. Beacon Plumbing was going to charge me $577 just to run the camera. Don't call Beacon, call Apollo.

The work went smoothly and was done in an appropriate amount of time.

Our hot water tank is leaking some, we called these guys. The guy that showed up told my husband oh man that's a big job, seriously? He obviously said $3000. He didn't want the job and made it clear. Why waste you and our time, terrible attitude.

This is the second time we've used Apollo Plumbing and once again they've done an excellent job. Tyler came out on a Thursday (same day we called) to give us an estimate to replace our broken waterline. He was very friendly, thorough, and gave a reasonable estimate. Quinn came out on Monday and did a meticulous job of replacing the waterline and our water shut off. His thoroughness and expertise really showed and was greatly appreciated. When an unexpected situation arose during the install Quinn remained composed and handled it like a pro. His expertise and friendly customer focus made the process very easy. We will definitely use Quinn, Tyler, and the Apollo team for our future plumbing needs.

Well. New tenants missed first appointment Quinn, the field technician took it upon himself to reconnect and get the appointment and quickly take care of the problem. Upgraded a couple of parts at no charge, nice touch.

They are very good. I had a leaking problem and I had 3 different plumbing companies come out. No one could figure out what the problem was, even Apollo. Finally I just got so upset thinking it was a leak and they can't find it. I called Apollo again and they send out an older guy and he figured it out in 3 minutes. Sometimes experience really helps because they have seen everything. If I have more plumbing problems that is who I will call. The young guy came out the first time and couldn't figure out what the problem was. He was really neatly dressed

Excellent & prompt service. Will use them again, when needed. They solved the problem, & answered all my questions.

The tech was professional and accomplished the repair quickly and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after himself and left the worksite clean and neat.

They do a good job. A bit pricey but thats all mechanics.

They were great and said someone could be there within 45 minutes. He arrived on time and had to remove toilet to get to drain/sewer line and had to quickly do emergency water vacuuming as it "geysered"out of drain. In root-rooting and clearing sewer line he found a large root ball that had blocked the flow and removed it. Even went under house in crawl space to get camera in past several pipe joints to make sure there were no breaks in line. Reinstalled toilet and everything worked fine. Highly recommended!

They were able to come in and get everything done right. They even fixed a couple problems with the old piping to get everything up to code (and beyond). They were very helpful, and were always willing to explain anything that I did not understand (which is quite a bit when it comes to plumbing). Even after another group had equipment failure, and ended up arriving 3 hours late, Apollo and their team were able to make up the time, and complete everything the same day. They asked questions, and took my concerns to heart, and if I did have a concern, they were always able to come up with a solution that worked for everyone.

The person they sent out was Quinn. I read all the reviews and was happy to get him. He was 1 -1/2 hours late with no call. I had to keep calling to see if he was going to show up. He said he was helping unload some stuff. What about our job??? He installed everything using compression fittings with copper. No welding at all. My biggest disappointment was that he installed the shower/tub control directly on top of the tub spout. It looks like an amateur did the install. Nothing we can do, the side walls were cut. It would have been nice if he even left 1/2" between the two. They are very pricey for the work they do and after this experience I would not use them again.

By the end of the job there was no clog....also came with worth while advice....

They really didn't do too much but they did a good job. They probably wouldn't be the first one I call because one of our neighbors is a plumber now and I would probably call him.

This fix is temporary for now. They are going to do the whole drainage system. That will take a couple of days, and it will be in July. Around July 20th. I pretty much use Apollo exclusively. I have tried other people, and they are not as good, or their cost is lot less than other people. I use them pretty much consistently. I tried other providers. Now I just use Apollo. The other provider was too pricey. Probably quality of work. The workers are friendly and professional. They don't take long. They don't fool around. They do the work, and then they are gone. Yes, they clean up after theselves.

Fantastic that they figured a way to work it where it is done right for the future, and they saved me money on what that fix would be as well. I definitely would recommend them again!

Joe was great, checked under sink, along wall and even under the house. There was no leak, just a tie down from my insulation that was tapping on the pipe under the house when I ran my water in the sink. I also asked him to replace a couple of dripping valves which he was happy to do. Definitely would recommend them.

Called Apollo Plumbing and was able to quickly arrange their assessor -Tyler - to visit our property and assess the issue. His conclusion, given the age of the existing water line plus the complexity of the layout of the land, was that repair was all but impossible, costly and likely to leak again. Tyler recommended trench less directional boring to install a new line, which would come with a 30yr warranty. Due to the complexity, Tyler arranged a follow up visit with his plumber for final assessment, and issued a formal quote the next day. He also arranged 811 utilities location finding even before we committed to the project, just in case we wanted to move ahead. In the end, we selected Apollo, and they came out the next working day to install the new water line. There was a ton of complexity due to the layout of existing utilities, but Tyler and his crew figured it all out, took care of it, and tidied up after themselves. Great job and would recommend Apollo to do this work.

I got a technician from Apollo plumbing for an initial estimate and taking a look at my tankless water heater. He came a bit late and then had no idea about what needed to be done! I had to explain him specifics and even mention about the features of the tankless water heater and how a recirculation pump gets integrated. Anyways he took some pictures and told me that he would get back to me within the next day with an estimate. But he never did. I called after a week and was told by the receptionist that she would find out what is going on and call me within an hour. But she never did. I again called after a few days and this time a different receptionist told me to give her a couple of days. But again she never called! I gave up and contacted another plumbing company. But I keep getting reminders from Angies list to leave feedback and hence I am doing the same.
