The came and incorrectly diagnosed the cause of a problem common to several drains in the house. The saw three 90 degree connections close to each other and said they would remake the drain piping to solve the issue. Thier quote was over $6,000. I did the work in about four to five hours and used under $200 in materials. As experienced plumbers, I'm sure they could have done the job faster. Thus thier quote is almost $2,000 per hour. Highway robbery and predatory business are two phrases that come to mind. I paid the $99 service fee for the misdiagnosis and said no thank you to the outrageous quote.

I will definitely be using Apollo Plumbing again. A great experience all around. I woke up unable to use any plumbing in my home and within a few hours an Apollo technician arrived and resolved my issue.

Everyone was very helpful from the front desk to the guys who showed up the next morning. I needed a valve changed so I could have my dishwasher installed and they came out and got it fixed in no time. Have and would recommend to friends

The entire team at Apollo Plumbing was great to work with. They got me scheduled for the same day and I was notified when the technician was on his way. Mark did a thorough job inspecting my plumbing, explaining the issues and providing multiple solutions so that I could pick the right one for my family and budget. Beware of Apollo Plumbing! They are price gaugers. I've used them twice before for my restaurants. The work was decent, however, their prices were steep. Today was a new low. I called Apollo to one of my restaurants to snake two commercial kitchen drains. They quoted me $2200.00. This is outrageous!! Needless to say, I turned down their obscene quote. My regular plumber is coming to perform this work for $475.00. Plumbing companies like Apollo are grossly taking advantage of the shortage of skilled tradespeople. As a business owner, I rarely write negative reviews of other businesses, because I've been on the receiving end of unfair and nasty reviews. Having said that, I believe it's my civic duty to alert consumers when I experience businesses attempting to scam and gauge consumers. The ethics of Apollo Plumbing are appalling!

First of all, this rating is not in regards to the tech (Jason) who came out. He was a nice guy and did good work. It is Apollo Plumbing as a company. I was in a bind and needed a plumber to unclog a toilet that I couldn't seem to get with the plunger. Apollo had high ratings so I called. I see others have mentioned their price gouging, wish I would have read some reviews. I told him what the problem was and I thought it would be a quick job. The price quoted was over $500! This was straight up highway robbery but as mentioned I was in a bind. He used an auger for less than 5 mins and the problem was solved. $100 a minute, never again.

Apollo tried to gouge me with a charge $2377 for a 3 hour job! When I said $766/hour was outrageous, the tech tried to claim it a difficult job because he had to 'put down carpet protector', 'take off his shoes' and 'install earthquake straps'. I was seeking installation of a new gas water heater I purchased at Lowes, had it delivered to the home, had a dolly ready for the 2 Apollo men to use & my adult son to help AND the old tank drained already. Don't be fooled by the Apollo "we'll get there quick and give you an estimate". I paid their highway robbery $99 estimate charge and they only spent 10 min looking at the job. I subsequently found 2 other plumbers who quoted $1200 & $1250 est. and 2 others who quoted $400 & $350 est. The Apollo tech said certain things in front of my tenant to scare her and force me to use them on the spot. Apollo is unscrupulous, are highway robbers and price gougers. I used the $400 plumber and all went well. Saved myself $1575 (see below). Good luck to you in your search for a plumber with honesty, diligence and integrity. Call the ones in Craigslist. Here's the number of the plumber I used (posted here backwards) 9653995524 GREG. Took him 1.45 hour. He charged $700 - but that's because he did more work while there than what was in my picture initially sent and he did a good job.

He did a service call. But was not able to fix it, he suggest to call the Flood Guys.

They did a good job. They were a little pricey but they are a really good company. We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent Pre-plannin, execution, and communications. As a tradesmen in the commercial industry I have worked with many plumbing companies. I put Apollo Plumbing at the top of the list. Much thanks to Tyler and Mark for their due diligence!!! Than-you!

Tyler came for inspection the next day after calling. The water was flooding to the street. It was thanksgiving time (Friday) and I had to shut off water from the house until the leak can be fixed. He gave me a quote of ($3900 with tax) which is very high compared to what needs to be done, but I was stuck given that its holiday and I needed water for the house ASAP. He came on Monday with Mark and brought a 3rd party company to locate the leak underground. They excavated and replaced the defective piece. It was a 3 hour job. It was made quick and professionally, but it was unreasonably overpriced and I felt my urgent situation and the fact that it's around holiday time was exploited for extra profit margin.

It was good, I would recommend them. They were very professional and easy to work with.

Quin was awesome and as well as helping with the problem, he had a lot of great information regarding other plumbing issues. Great conversation with an awesome plumber.

I had a large leak at the pipe that is located on the side of the garbage disposal, and in looking at the issue, it was actually discovered that I had another small, additional leak in the back (very hard to see) where the pipe went into the wall. Also, existing venting system was discovered to be inadequate. The problems were diagnosed in their first trip to my home, and they needed to leave to get the right parts, and they later returned to finish the job. I now have no leaks and a fully functioning venting system. They did a thorough job in their repairs, and they were friendly and professional.

Diego first diagnosed our entire plumbing system as I asked. He was very detailed and thorough and carefully detailed everything, the good and bad. He gave me a bid and even suggested that I might get other bids. I developed a lot of confidence from the professional and clear manner he presented the needs we had for our plumbing update. My wife and I decided it was the better plan to just take care of all of it now ahead of future issues that we could face as the 50 year old plumbing system aged further. By the way, there was a crack in one part of the drain pipe and the water pipes were showing early signs of leaking at joints. Way over the top for me to want to just “keep my fingers crossed” on the future. Diego put us at the top of the repair priority list and completed all the work in 6 work days. Cudos to Debbie and Samara for coordinating all of the scheduling for the job and processing of the paperwork. They were absolutely super. A real special thanks to Diego, just totally top drawer to work with!! My highest recommendation to Apollo Plumbing!
