I didn't hire.
Description of Work: I needed a hydrojetter to clean out a drain (the downspout was feeding into it). Cory called back and we discussed. He said it would be an 80% chance that he would not be able to do the work because of the age of the building/drain pipe (built in 1979). Although it doesn't solve my problem, I was completely satisfied with the quick response and honesty.

Description of Work: Replaced the hot water heater, replaced two faucet connectors and fixed a leaking toilet. Quinn was there exactly on time, explained what he was doing and finished the jobs quickly and efficiently. He took away the old water heater and explained my warranty with Apollo and the manufacturer.

Description of Work: I had two tasks to complete, first was to install an insta-hot faucet. Apollo did a good job defining the cost and doing the work (275$). The other task was to fix leaking faucets (I've replaced o-rings several times over the lifetime of my home). My problem was the charge to do it - 125$/faucet. Since I've done the work myself for about 5 (o-ring) - 20$ (replacement part) and 20 minutes of my time, I could not justify 375$ for 3 leaking faucets, all done at the same time and location. Apollo was up front about the insta-hot installation cost & did complete the work in a professional manner.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking water main from meter to the house by rerouting it so as to not disturb landscaping and driveway. Installed extention pipe in the garage to reach the original in house water line adding insulation to protect from freezing.
