Plumber Quinn K. is first rate. He’s highly competent and happy to explain as he goes if you want. On time, pro install, cleaned up, too. Maybe more expensive than some other companies but worth it due to their responsiveness, professionalism and work warranties.

An ordeal. Once I accepted their bid, the plumber assigned (who I was told was the only one at Apollo that did re-piping), seemed to want to do as little of the re-piping as he could get away with. Apparently he didn't think I would go in the crawlspace to check out his work. He would not take even a minute to talk with me about my concerns. That is why I rated his responsiveness as "F" above. And the office seemed to have no control over him. Finally, after many conversations with the Apollo office (who were professional and very apologetic), they sent out a different plumber, Diego. Diego was very good and very professional and got our job completed. Also, Apollo did knock $500 off the total price for our trouble. I would just suggest that if you do ask Apollo to do re-piping for you, you should make sure the estimate is very specific and shows as much detail as possible.

While other companies gave me quotes without visiting (using photos), Apollo insisted that they had to come out. After a 5-minute visit, they quoted us $4,000 (way more than any company by $2,000). Even worse, the tech demanded a $50 travel fee and refused to leave until we kicked him out. Avoid this company!

These guys were in every way professional in that explained why the old one leaked, what needed to be done in installation to comply with building code, and pricing. I called them on a Friday to look at leaky water heater and they were out the following Monday to install a new one.

Excellent, cleared the drain and gave us advise on how to remedy.

He was doing one at a time, & he was replacing parts & changing different parts, and turned out that he was replacing parts & charging up on my account, & finally got a bill that sums up tp $500, which is quite unacceptable & I am not satisfied with the service provided. It was supposed to be for a repair of a toilet flush not working, but after replacement & repair, it turned out to be more expensive for just a simple repair required.

Quinn arrived well within the time scheduled, he was professional yet friendly, fixed my issue quickly and shared knowledge with me so that I could troubleshoot the issue myself in the future. He was also very considerate with the price. Would definitely hire again, thank you!

A long snake was inserted and pushed 120' down to the wastewater line in the street with no clog. At this point they contacted the local wastewater people whose responsibility was the main sewer line. These folks came within a couple of hours were able to clear the main sewer line, and said to thank Corey etal for pushing the stuff in out line down to the main sewer where it was easy for them to clear. Cory and trainee cleaned up after themselves very nicely, charged only a nominal fee for their efforts, and were thoroughly professional in all regards. We highly recommend them.

Very efficient, this was no push-over job! Had to come up a 40 ft. hill & deal with tree roots, go under a patio and sidewalks. All sidewalks patched. Excellent service!

What a good experience! Diego did an EXCELLENT job in reviewing the issue and troubleshooting. He explained what needed to be done, went over the cost with me (very reasonable) and then did the work. Diego was professional, courteous, and friendly. Thank you Diego and thank you Apollo Plumbing!

We couldn’t have asked for more from Tyler and Mark at Apollo. They’re work was excellent and the price was much more reasonable than other estimates I received. They went above and beyond on a very difficult job. I would recommend them to anyone!

Corey was efficient, professional, gregarious and didn't make me feel stupid for not figuring out a simple problem. He was on time and completely fixed my issue. I will gladly refer him and therefore Apollo Plumbing.

Phoned around 8 am. Coordinator (Debbie) got us scheduled quickly and efficiently. Plumber (Diego) was at the house before 1 (as promised) to scope the location, size, etc. He was back before 2 with the required heater & parts, and was done by 4. Replaced the heater & expansion tank, installed new earthquake straps and re-routed water, overflow and chimney as necessary to fit new heater. Took away all the garbage and the old tank and left the work site spotless. Diego was professional & polite, let us know what he was going to do, what he did and even took time to greet the dog.

They were able to fit me in there busy schedule. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very happy

Tyler and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our leaking water line from the water meter into the house. They subcontracted with a fantastic crew to horizontal drill a new water line without ripping up our concrete and avoided the underground utilities. They were very helpful, transparent, and walked me through each step of the way. I would hire them again in the heartbeat for other plumbing needs!

Smoothly and quickly, Diego was friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely hire them again.

Mill Creek residential home with Alderwood Waste Water service (not septic), built in 2000. Clog in waste/sewer line indicated by over-flow at the clean-out outlet. We had a drain line issue with a blockage a couple years ago and selected Apollo Plumbing due to their positive customer service reviews on Angie’s List and other on-line sites. Our experience was great, though we learned that 16 years earlier, our builder incorrectly piped a driveway catch basin line. (The builder remedied that issue even after 16 years!) So last week, we saw some overflow at our clean-out outlet. Fortunately, it’s at the driveway by that catch basin outside the home, so when it shows signs of overflow it warns us that something isn’t right before we see back up in the house. I thought maybe the overflow was due to the freezing temperatures around Christmas, but when I saw a second overflow in so many weeks, I knew it was time to call in the professionals. You know how it feels when your car makes noise and you’re hesitant to take it to the mechanic? The stress that they won’t find anything wrong and you wasted your time and money to have it checked? The fear they will overcharge you for something you don’t need? Well, I didn’t feel that way about calling Apollo Plumbing. I was confident that if the problem was in my head or a non-issue, it would only cost a reasonable amount and I would get an honest evaluation of the situation. While not an emergency, they worked us in to get Corey W. on site the same day. The partial blockage was located, but some heavier duty equipment would be needed. They were back the next day with what they needed, right on schedule, and cleared it all out. I appreciated that Corey explained the entire process and what he saw, and that he showed me everything on the video monitor when they scoped the line. When he was done, we looked at the entire sewer line to the street and the pipe interior walls were clean as new. No one likes having to call a plumber, but when a job is clearly beyond a DIY’er, I’ll call Apollo Plumbing.

I have a sump pump in my crawl space that was not operating. I had a different plumber (under warranty) replace the pump, which failed and caused more harm than good. I decided to call Apollo to see what's going on and they did a wonderful job describing the issue, which was more than just a sump pump not working. They took care on making sure that the intended result was fulfilled. They replaced the pump with the correct one, and also piped the outlet to the sewer line so that the water would not flow back in as before. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and they were a pleasure to work with.

The plumber, Diego, arrived when expected and did a very good job installing the new gas water heater. Good work but cost of almost $1,900 seemed high to replace a gas water heater in the garage of a 9 year old home where the existing water heater plumbing was only 9 years old..

Excellent service - until.... - we ran into a problem but they just claimed they had done all on the contract - which was technically true. But half of my home was without water. I paid, they went home - and I figured out the rest on my own. They wanted another $4k to fix the issue.

They came out almost immediately. Figured out what was causing the leak and fixed it right then. Didn't have to have them come back for another appt. Took less than 45 minutes.

It went really great, I fill they did a good job and was very professional and friendly. I have an older home and the pipes are hard to unplug so I had to call Apollo to come out and do the job. I fill they were straight forward on the price and the job so there was no surprises on how much it would coast. I was very pleased and I would call them back again when I need them.
