I recently bought a house and wanted to replace my out dated toilet. I called apollo to instal it. Dan answered the phone and told me Mark could be to my house within the hour. Mark showed up in less than 45 minutes! I showed him the toilet I had. He was very informitive. He installed the new toilet in less than 30 minutes! He then inspected my faucets and hot water tank for no additional charge. He let me know that my hot water tank is 4 years old and I should not have to replace it for a few years. It was nice to deal with someone who was so helpful and honest! I saw that Apollo is a member of Angie's list and have seen the ads. I decided to join Angie list because if this is how all of their service providers are, I will never use anyone that is not on here! I will recommend Apollo plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber!

On a Sunday, I accidentally sheared off the water intake to our upstairs toilet. I shut off our water, then I called Apollo and the plumber was at my house in about 15 minutes. He repaired the broken PVC pipe and reattached the valve. He had us back in business in less than 10 minutes!!! We are very satisfied customers!

Some water stains showed up in my ceiling sheetrock, an area that was right below the master tub and shower. I checked Angie's List and called Apollo on a Monday morning around 11:30AM. The gentleman that answered the phone, Dan, said he'd have Mark out to my house by 2PM. Around 12:30PM (1.5 hours early), he arrived. I showed him the water stains on my kitchen ceiling and took him up to the master bath. He tooled are for a while, looking at my drain and overflow. He found that the overflow pipe wasn't securely tightenedto the tub and that he suspected he had solved my problem by tightening that fitting. I was unsure that this was the solution and asked him to cut into the kitchen ceiling sheetrock to further investigate from underneath the tub. Mark was hesitant to do this, noting that it would cause a mess and that plumbers don't patch sheetrock. I knew this, of course, and told him that even if he had just fixed my issue by tightening the overflow that I would still be removing and replacing the stained sheetrock because I wanted to give the area a chance to dry out and to replace it with new sheetrock. Somewhat reluctantly, Mark cut into the ceiling. After some time Mark reported that he had cut into the ceiling so that he could investigate the tub's plumbing from underneath. Further, he noted that there were additional issues. The pipe from the tub's overflow to the drain had a defect in workmanship and needed to be replaced. Also the builder had stuffed roofing material (composition) in underneath the tub, where the majority of the void underneath the tub had been filled with foam. This roofing material was acting like a spong and was masking the more insidious slow leak in my pipe by absorbing the water. Apparently, the tub had recently allowed enough water to leak into this garbage that it was finally leaching out, pooling on the sheetrock in the ceiling, and creating the water stains. Mark didn't have the part in his truck so he left and was back in an hour with an identical match. As it turned out, it took two people to install the part because the plumbing of my tub was woven through the floor joists below. Dan (the fella who had answered the phone earlier) came out and held the fitting from below while Mark secured it to the tub from above. All in all, the job took about 4 hours. I thought the $150/hour rate was a little steep, but I was not charged for Dan's time nor the hour for Mark to go fetch the new part (Dan admitted that it was a common enough item that it should have been in stock in Mark's truck). With those adjustments, I was very satisfied. My plumbing issue was resolved in an afternoon, the plumber showed up 1.5 hours early, and, having taken out the sheetrock and investigated closely, I'm confident that all the issues with my tub have been dealt with. Now to find a sheetrock guy to finish things up!

Dan took the time to examine all indications to discover there wasn't a plumbing problem but more importantly there was likely a septic problem. He then recommended a septic company giving me the possibilities of what might be going on. He charged a fair wage for his consultation and time. I will use Appollo for other plumbing problems.

I called three plumbing company's from Angie's list. Apollo could get here the fastest. They committed to be here the next afternoon. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. The plumbers' name was Mark. He showed up in a Company Vehicle that carried his tools and materials. That is the first thing I look for. He was not fully attired in proper company clothing which would have been nice (hence the grade of 4 for professionalism). He was professional in ALL other ways and got straight to business. He went into crawl space, confirmed the problem and then gave me options for the solution (ie various pipe materials that could be used, etc). He was knowledgable and informative. Once we discussed the best option, he went to his van, got what he needed, and completed the repair without any fuss or bother. The company had given me a verbal quote over the phone for the work based upon my description of the problem and the fix I thought they needed to do. They charged me exactly what they quoted me which was in line with the other plumbing quotes I recieved. It was reasonable for the job they did. The next day, I had the Water Cleanup Company guys back in to mop up the water in the crawl space and continue to dry it out. They looked at the plumbers work and told me he had done a very nice, professional job. (Needless to say, they see a lot of lousy plumbing work!) They gave me a one year warranty on the work they did. I would recommend this Company in a heart beat and will call them again for any plumbing work I need done.

We recently purchased a home and began renovations. During the renovation we moved the fridge and therefore had to remove the water supply line to the fridge ice-maker and water filter. In the crawlspace we found where the fridge was connected to the cold water line using a self-tap valve. Since tension had been applied to the valve, and the small water line leading to the fridge was compromised and leaking, I decided to remove this tap and patch the small hole. After removing the tap I realized that I had made a terrible mistake as the water would not stop flowing, even though the main water valve to the house was closed. This mean that solder would not be solving this problem and the application of a pressure clamp with a rubber gasket also did not stop the leak. The line was leaking about 3 gallons/hour and we had a huge mess down below. We called Apollo Plumbing and Dan answered. We asked for his rates for a Sunday evening emergency service and he said he would call back with when he could make it out to our place. When he called back we asked him to please come out. He arrived about an hour later with his truck and supplies. He was immediately able to stop the flow of water and replace the damaged pipe section with PEX. All in all it took him about 15 minutes. Additionally, he not only fixed the leak, he also added a T-fitting with a length of PEX ready for us to hook up our fridge when the renovation was complete. Dan was also willing to advise us on some other quick issues (that our main water shut off may not be fully closing, that the hot-water heater had a small leak in the top pipe) without charge or complaint even though it was 5pm Sunday evening. All in all, his visit cost us $352 for the emergency off-hours call. He even applied a 10% discount for us because we mentioned that we saw him on Angies List. We will happily work with Dan and Apollo Plumbing again.

He's my guy. I completely trust him. He is willing to work with me. He explained everything to me.

We called "Superbowl" Sunday in the afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8:00 and 11:00. The service man was at our home at 8:00 and gone before 9:00. He was friendly, professional and accepted the $99 coupon from Angie's List without question. I would have him back in a New York minute if we every need any plumbing service again.

He was prompt and worked with me to ensure that I was pleased with the work done. If plans changed due to weather, he was good about contacting me and explaining the need to schedule for the best results. We tried to dig when it was not raining. He was a hard worker and very trustworthy.

They did a great job. It was great, he cleaned everything up and has been a charm to work with ever since.

I am very happy with the work done by this company. The young man was professional and very helpful. I would absolutely use the company again.

He installed new faucets, supply lines, and valves in our kitchen and both bathrooms. The work was well done and done on time. I especially like the new kitchen sink faucet with a built-in, pull-out spray end. We live in a manufactured home and have found that many "standard" house items are non-standard; but the gentleman from Apollo was able to find just the right replacement parts. In the past, other plumbers did not know where to find these things. We will certainly call on Apollo if we need plumbing help in future.

He seemed knowledgeble, and I felt that he went into to deep detail about what he would have had to do. I felt that he didn't really want to do the work because it would have been so difficult, and was going to charge me $75 for an estimate. I decided to use someone else.

The phone call was picked up immediately and the plumber made an appointment with us for the following Wednesday. He didn't have all of the materials, so finished the job on Thursday. I was a little surprised at the cost since we had very minor repairs, but the work was done well.

They were great! Everything was very fast and was inexpensive!

Everything was timely, efficient and prompt from replies to my inquiries to completed work.

Dan, the plumber, arrived on schedule and was very courteous. He explained the trade-offs in the various kinds of outdoor faucets, and after a bit of fiddling ( it was a tight fit in a hard to reach area ), the faucet was installed. It works great. I had called 3 other plumbers about the repairs, and Dan was the only one I was able to get ahold of. He's a great, easygoing guy. I have other plumbing work that needs to be done, and I plan on using Apollo in the future.

The tank arrived on time and the installation was performed in a professional manner. The residential installation site is in a rural area near Granite Falls, WA. It is really pleasing to find a company that provides good services at fair prices to rural areas. I would grade the overall service as A+.

Dan is an incredible guy! He explained everything step-by-step, pointed out issues and explained what the problem was and how he would fix it and estimated the cost and time involved. The master bath sink ended up being the real surprise - the problem was much larger than what it first appeared. The previous owners (a general contractor) had actually forced the sink pipe into the wall, as it was actually too short. The pressure had cracked the ring on the pipe, so it was leaking along with the unsealed pop-up. He also pointed out the oxidation on the old kitchen sink valves because I was unable to pinpoint the source of the leak. I thought customer service was dead, but Dan changed my mind. He didn't rush and he wanted to make sure I understood (to the best of my ability) what the issues were and how he planned to fix them. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and I wouldn't consider calling anyone else with plumbing issues.

Dan was prompt and knowledgeable. He presented me with a number of options for solving the problem and the costs of each. He was pleasant and agreeable with my decision not to take action until I had time to think about it. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing issues.

Dan was great- when he arrived we first discussed the options, and the implications of the options. Upon decision, he went right to work, and finished it up in no time. It was really far more painless than we expected. Dan is smart, knows his business, and was very cutomer friendly and professional.

The estimate I received from Dan was fair for the amount of work I had done. He was able to complete the work in the time that I requested and on the day, as well.
