Matthew at Apollo was very professional. He showed up right away and knew what the problem was with our faucet. He tried to make the old faucet work, but it was too degraded. He ended up replacing the part and showed us what the problem was. We were very happy with his work.

Mathew was sent right out and the best part was the promptness of the service and the communication. That is the part that always gets to me is that most ervice providers do not let you know when they will be there and quite often don't show up until the next day. Not so with Apollo and Mathew in particular. They were great and fixed my leaks so I had him put the fixture in as well.

There was no evidence the leak was due to their earlier work. They charged $0 (zero) to inspect / replace the wax seal and look for possible leak sources. We discussed impact of the leak and determined that it was merely cosmetic and the flooring was sound. We've had the same gentleman on all 3 calls in the past year. He has been prompt, honest, and an industrious worker. The company responds quickly, they charge a fair rate for exemplary service, all the things you want from a plumbing company. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Dan over the phone. He listened to my urgent plumbing concerns and scheduled for Jeff and Mark to come over the next day. Jeff, technician, arrived first to camera, help diagnosis the problem and to snake the line. Mark, plumber, arrived after Jeff?s findings to find and repair the leak within the house. I found both men to be very patient, knowledgeable and 100% committed to solving the problem. Apollo bids the work instead of charging by the hour. They stayed late and came back the next day until the work was complete. I appreciated that they would let me observe their work and talk me through what they found and what they were doing. Jeff came back later to further scope and snake the sewer line. Separately Jeff was hired to work on the sewer line under his company, Absolute Storm and Sewer.

He arrived on time, assessed the area and got right to work, less than an hour later I had a hot water heater up and running! I am sorry I only recently joined Angie`s List, but Apollo Plumbing is TOP notch ,I will go to him for any further needs I have.

The blockage was removed. Mathew was very courteous and explained what he was going to do. He also had recommendation on preventing a reoccurrence of the blockage and suggested products available at the local hardware store.

First off, this is not the first experience I've had with Apollo. Due to being completely ripped off by Southwest Plumbing a few months before, last summer I contacted Apollo Plumbing in a bit of frazzle as my toilet flange was completely broken. During this experience, the professionalism and fair price ($700) to replace this old, rusty, broken flange was evident and every move was discussed and the best option determined between both the plumber and me (unlike Southwest Plumbing who just out and out lied to me and then convinced me to give them $3000 for a 4 inch piece of black plastic pipe to replace a leaky one in my side yard and then tried to charge me another $500 for a water pressure valve). This experience in my kitchen was no less excellent. Our plumber, Matthew, was friendly, chatty and completely professional. Before he did anything, he went step by step through the process of changing the shut off valves (which my husband had completely messed up--he's fabulous with just about everything, but plumbing is NOT his forte!). He also told us the best and worst scenarios and the costs involved. He explained every tool he would use and what they did. He was a wealth of information and if only my dentist explained as well as Matthew did when he was working, I think I'd be less frightened to get a filling! It turned out to be the best case scenario and Matthew filled out the paperwork, charged us a very fair price, cleaned up and was off in less than an hour and our new NON-DRIPPING shut off valves were on.

As already indicated, our experience with Apollo Plumbing was a positive experience that ended our plumbing emergency quickly and to our satisfaction. Apollo's business card is, again, prominently located in our homeowner maintenance file.

Arrived on time and repaired leaking broken outside faucet in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable. Faucet is working fine and I would hire him again.

Our sewer drain was totally plugged; a night time call promised help but we elected to defer till the morning, when Matt showed up promptly. He found the 10 feet of blocked pipe, drilled enough to allow drainage, and called in Jeff from Absolute Storm and Sewer, who dug up and replaced the root filled pipe. Jeff also brought out sewer pipe up to code by adding a clean out trap. Jeff did a great job, and both of the men were kind and friendly. Will hire them again, if we have any plumbing issues ever!

Matthew replace old water shutoff valves since the old plumbing was open waiting for new vanity. Took only and hour for job.

Matthew of Apollo Plumbing arrived on time & proceeded to remove old water heater. He first pumped out the water heater that was clogged. The old water heater was removed & replaced with a new one. He installed a new ball valve & thermal exchanger. He also installed earthquake straps. He also fully explained how to relight the pilot light & turn off the gas. He also explained how to flush the tank yearly to remove the sediment.

The work was wonderful! I would recommend them.

I called at 6:30 in the morning and by 9:30 am had a repairman at my door. He called before arriving to let me know he was on the way. His work was quick, clean and professional. He let me know what he was doing at every step of the way. I had a discount coupon provided by Angie's List, which he graciously accepted and applied to the bill. I would definitely use these folks again!

I called Apollo Plumbing to have my garbage disposal replaced and to find the cause of some knocking that seemed to be coming from the bathroom pipes. They offered to come out the same day I called but as this was not an emergency I scheduled them for the next morning due to my work schedule. Mark called me in the morning and told me he was on his way. Mark arrived and proceeded to replace the garbage disposal and install hammer arrestors in the bathrooms to see if that would help with the on and off again pipe noise. The noise didn't always happen on queue, so there was a bit of guesswork and investigating that needed to be done. While at the house Mark did get an emergency call and asked if it would be ok to go take care of the emergency and come back later that afternoon to continue investigating the knocking noise. I told Mark to go ahead and take care of the emergency and that I would see if the hammer arrestors he installed worked and if the noise continued I would schedule another appointment. Mark was very friendly, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. I would definitely use Apollo Plumbing again in the future.

Went great. Matthew called ahead to let me know when he'd arrive. Once here, he reevaluated the existing plumbing and described the work he intended to do. Since he had provided an estimate, he was familiar with the issues and had purchased various fittings in anticipation. In about 3 1/2 hours, he had completely re-routed the drains for both sinks, which now drain great. After finishing, he cleaned up and it's like he was never there. Except, my sinks drain well now and there is extra space under the sinks as the tangle of pipes that used to be there are gone.

Matthew called before arriving; he was very professional and quickly repaired the break in line with parts he had on his truck.

Matthew reviewed what I wanted done and then came back the next day with the parts needed and completed the job.

Great service from the moment I called. The tech was friendly, and showed up just on time! Will use them again!

It went well. I called and made an appointment a few days in advance. The plumber, Mark, called when he was on his way. He was very punctual. I watched him work and he explained everything he was doing. We discussed options and I decided to have a brand new toilet installed. This all took about 2 hours or less. I paid, got a receipt, and everything is now working well.

Everything went fine. They were quick to respond. Everything went smooth. No issues at all.

After seeing their TV ads I went online to find Apollo with rave reviews and then to their website which was easy to navigate and research what I needed. I then called to have my faucet replaced and told them I had a few other plumbing type jobs in my house, Dan was kind and very knowledgeable and promptly sent someone out the following day. They replaced my kitchen faucet and I asked them to clean a clogged drain in my shower and even had them replace a small pipe under my bathroom sink and they only charged me to replace the faucet! I will be calling again and recommending them to my friends and family!

WARNING: This company tried to charge us for an estimate. Called Apollo for an estimate. Came late for the appointment's 2-hour window, then told my wife there would be a $50 charge for coming out. She refused. He still took a look at what we wanted done, but then never gave us a written estimate. Not sure what the angle was to try to charge us for an estimate, but Apollo lost out on about $500 worth of work.

They were good at answering questions and giving information that you need.

They did a nice job. They were very conscientious.
