Daniel was prompt and looked over all the problems. He was able to fix and complete all but one project that needs parts he had to order. He was pleasant and very professional I would use/recommend him again anytime.

It couldn't have gone any smoother. Mark arrived when we agreed and took care of everything. I will only work with Apollo now - I've learned my lesson. Apollo is incredibly responsive, efficient and friendly. I trust them completely!

The tech came out on time, found the main sewer pipe opening, performed the work and finished within one hour. There was no mess to clean up except to pick up his machine.

I requested a bid to get my entire house re-piped aong with relocation of a couple of drains due to an upcoming remodel project. The fellow that came out to my house just didn't seem to be that interested in whether he got the job or not. As it turned out I guess my hunch was right. It's now been almost three weeks and I never got the bid I requested or even a follow up call. It must be nice to have enough work to be able to cherry pick the kind of jobs you want to do. I am a very busy person with limited time to schedule getting other bids. Waiting for the bid that never came has impacted the time frame in moiving forward with my remodel project as the plumbing needs to be done first. The plumbing work I need to have done will cost several thousand dollars. I am anxious to move forward with the work and have the cash on hand to pay for it but will no longer be considering this company as an option. Sorry guys, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. You snooze, you loose.

The work he performed was professional and flawless. I asked him to do more work than originally requested. He had all the right fixtures in his truck and installed everything to my complete satisfaction, without having to come back. He was very nice, cooperative and the price was quite reasonable for the amount of work.

Fabulous service!! I called at 3:10pm. Dan was great on the phone. He said someone could be at my house by 5:00-5:30. Mark was here and done by 4:30. It took him all of 4 minutes to reconnect the hose to our kitchen faucet and he didn't charge us anything! Thanks Apollo Plumbing!! I will call you in the future for my plumbing needs!!

Coordinated thru out the time the flooring guys were working. Arrived as promised, or came early. Very professional in his work.

Jeff Van Cleave from Absolute arrived on time and inspected as far as he could get. He marked several locations. Based upon the information obtained and my understanding of the line direction, Jeff provided a quote to repair the line. The quote was reasonable.

I needed them right away and they got here as soon as they could. They had excellent service. I would recommenced them highly to anyone that has problem with their plumbing.

Just bought a house and two weeks into living in the home, the main floor toilet would flow water up and out of it at water fall like flow. The inspection said the Septic was only 1/4 full, so we were scratching our heads on the cause. Apollo Plumbing sent out Jeff Van Cleave we started to suspect that one of the lines was clogged, after we snaked and ran a system test the main floor toilet started to back up again. Jeff had stated he had limited experience in Septic systems, but had a hunch the tanks were full. So he started digging up the access panels. The first problem was the Waste field filter was clogged not allowing water to clear into the waste field, this immediately lowered the tank water level 6 inches to were it's supposed to be. Next Jeff dug up another access panel called the baffle, this was clogged tight with grease. Now remember this is a 4" drain pipe, Jeff cleared and snaked the pipe back up into the house. Problem fixed. I am 50 years old and Jeff's persistence to completely fix the problem was very impressive and the rate was far far less the I was expecting. You know when water flows up and through your toilet it's quite alarming. Thank's you very much Apollo plumbing and Jeff Van Cleave. I now have trouble free, free flowing pipes. Richard Lafromboise

The plumber was a very nice guy and seemed to know his trade well. We just weren't prepared to hear that our "$79.00 tune-up" was going to result in a much higher "big deal." The toilet works well now and the work he did was good.

Scheduled for Friday and said they would try to come sooner. Came on Thursday, a day earlier. Examined, found the problem and cleared it in about an hour. Mark was in contact with the renter at the site and all was explained and arranged with me on the phone. Mark was pleasant, professional and responsive. Clogged drains were cleared and seem to be working properly. Thanks for the professional help Mark. Dan was great to work with on the phone.

I called first thing in the morning because my 27 (yes, that's right) year old water heater finally died the night before. I needed a solution fast because this is my sole source of hot water. I was told they would probably have somebody out within the hour. I was getting ready to call when it was getting close to 2 hours when I got a call saying Matt was running behind. I appreciated the notice. When Matt arrived he assessed the situation, contacted his office and supplier regarding a replacement tank. He then explained the estimate including work to bring everything up to code. He explained that it was my choice regarding the code issues (earthquake strapping/thermal expansion tank) but I ultimately chose to do it so it doesn't become an issue when I decide to sell my house. My tank was expensive because it is an atypical size - I asked about using a different size but the cost to rework the plumbing would have ended up making the cost about the same anyway. Matt was very polite and extremely thorough, answering all my questions and explaining all of his work. The water heater is a Bradford White (not something you will find at the big box stores) but I feel confident because my last water heater...the one that lasted 27 years...was also a Bradford White.

Matthew originally gave me an estimate to repair one leak that was coming from my shower drain. We arranged for an appointment to have the leak repaired. On the date of the appointment Matthew called up to let me know he was running late because of traffic, which I appreciated and he and his assistant showed up shortly thereafter. Matthew found a second leak but fixed them both for the cost of the original estimate. Both he and his assistant, Morgan, were professional, courteous and efficient. The leaks were fixed very quickly and the explanations I received were easy to understand. I will certainly use them again and took a business card to give to a friend of mine who was having plumbing issues.

Sunday morning I noticed water spritzing out of the expansion tank on top of my water heater onto the ceiling of my garage and down the wall. After getting the water supply to the water heater turned off with the help of neighbors, I went to Angie's List. Apollo Plumbing was the highest rated in the Snohomish area. Called the number and spoke directly with Mark Bailey. He understood the problem right away and said he could come with the replacement that day. He arrived in less than 2 hours and replaced the tank. He recommended that the water heater be replaced, but did not push it. I agree that the life span is probably close to being up, but I explained that right now it's not in my budget. He gave me a very reasonable quote for replacement and I will definitely call them in a couple of months to do the work. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency that Mark exhibited.

Matthew came out for an initial consultation at no charge. He was then able to return quickly after our carpentry work was done to complete the plumbing. The job was done quickly and professionally.

We were able to get an appointment fairly quickly (it definitely wasn't an emergency), and Matthew was very good at touching base with us before he arrived. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly (water heater needed to be replaced, and a corroded line that was actually leaking gas), and provided a detailed estimate. Matthew was up front about the fact that his company might not be the cheapest, but that their quotes were very competitive. I believe you do get what you pay for, and would rather have it done right and by a company that stands by their work. Matthew was also able to get us a bigger tank than we previously had for the same price. He explained everything thoroughly about the installation and how the new heater would work. He always made sure to ask if we had any questions, comments, or concerns. He even went over everything twice when I arrived home after he had shared everything with my wife. It is obvious that he is very passionate about what he does, and that he enjoys working for the company. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors!

They had excellent service and their technician was very knowledgeable and advised on low flow toilets that we were hesitant about, but we are now happy with it. We ended up paying a little more for it, but we definitely got a better fixture. When the unit was installed, I noticed that the handle was a chrome handle and my fixtures are nickle, so I ordered a new handle, and he came and exchanged it free of charge.

They gave me more of a consultation and gave some recommendations. I was satisfied with the advice.

Everything went well. Mark did a great job for the orginal quoted price and cleaned up the jobsite nicely. They are my goto plumbing company.

He came 4 times, to work on the problem. He replace a part he had told me was good and an excellent brand. Now my pipes make a roaring sound when The toilet is flushed or water is run. They never did before. He did replace the pressure gage. That ran up the cost.

Matthew Gardner, Apollo Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a kitchen faucet. he was courteous, efficient and informative. He kept me informed throughout the job. He left the job as clean as when he arrived. He talked to me about the outside faucets situation and recommended a few dollar solution from the hardware store. I will use Apollo Plumbing the next time I need plumbing work and would recommend then to anyone.

See above. As it turns out, I didn't need his services, but I would definitely call Apollo plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs!
