Tyler, Mark & Jeff were all excellent to work with. They showed up on time. Mark & Jeff were very professional and knew what they were doing. Completed all the plumbing perfectly and did the job on time. Tyler arranged for the trenchless digging. I would defineatly use them again. Would recommend the Apollo plumbing company for all your plumbing needs. Friendly and very nice to work with. The whole experience I'm giving it a A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+ Fred

I was referred to Apollo Plumbing by G&S Heating, Cooling and Electric when my 75 Gallon Hot Water Heater Failed. G&S originally installed the water heater when they installed my Geo-Thermal Heating system and I’ve always had nothing but praise for G&S. They are honest, ethical and fair in all their business dealings and the quality of the work has been impeccable. Due to some regulatory changes, G&S could not replace my 75 Gallon Water Heater, but instead referred me to Apollo. I called and was helped by Samara, who was extremely helpful in fitting me into the schedule. Zac the installer showed up to my home, a bit late, but I was happy that he had arrived and work could commence. Zac presented me with the estimate for the service and that’s where things took a turn for the worse. I had done some research on the pricing I should expect my new hot water heater to cost. The one that had failed was 12 years old and I could have had the same exact model delivered to my home for $1,100 dollars. Home Depot and Lowes stocked a similar model and would have delivered them to my home for about the same price. Zak delivered an estimate to me that totaled over $4,800.00, of which, $2,300 was for the water heater, about $1,200.00 more than I could have obtained a replacement. When I protested, I got an explanation that it was a specialty item, the only type of water heater Apollo will install and warrantee, and several other meaningless points in trying to justify the cost. Zac did apply a “coupon” reduction of $292.00, however, it didn’t make me feel any better about the situation. I was up against a time constraint of an overseas business trip and didn’t have the luxury of backing out of the appointment, so I reluctantly accepted the estimate. Zac did a good job of installing the new heater. I’m a small business owner and have been in business for 40 years. In that period, I have never had a customer complain about or question the price of any invoice I’ve submitted to them. I was clearly overcharged for the hot water heater. As such, I would recommend others getting competing estimates after they receive one from Apollo to make sure they are not being overcharged. I won’t use them again.

Tyler from Apollo Plumbing came to my home to give a quote for installing a new main water line, 75 ft, two connections. Tyler's quote was $7513. I then had two additional quotes for the same exact job, from highly-rated plumbing companies. Both were within $200 of $2800. All "trenchless technology." Same job. Tyler told me that it would be difficult to locate where the water entered the house, and so there would be an upcharge for another company to locate that spot. Of course, that spot was directly outside the main water shutoff valve in the basement, at a 90-degree angle to the vertical pipe at the shutoff. That is so common, how would Tyler not know that? With the upcharge, Apollo wanted nearly $8000 for what other companies do for $3000. Apollo removed my review from their Facebook page. Here it is on Angie's List. I can give a 5-star review to Bob Oates Plumbing, who did an outstanding and honest job, and completed the new main water line in less than three hours.

I am very happy with the service I received from Apollo Plumbing! They were able to come out the same day I called (this wasn't an emergency so it could have waited). Trevor did a great job replacing the faucet. He was prompt, courteous and completely professional, and he took the time to consult on a couple of other faucets that need will attention some time in the future (slight leak in the bathroom sink faucet and shower faucets that have a lot of play and are sometimes hard to turn off). I will definitely be calling Apollo Plumbing for this job!

Perfect in every way! Working with our VERY tight schedule, Apollo Plumbing went above & beyond the call of duty to help us with last minute repairs so we could make the appraiser happy, keep our closing date & sell our house! Debbie & Samara in the office were very helpful & communicated with me till around 7pm on a Friday, which blew my mind! Other companies wouldn’t even answer the phone near 5pm on Fri. Trevor came out to do the work. He was right on time, & sent a text with his photo ahead of arrival so I’d know who to explect, and when. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, worked quickly, & solved all our issues. The icing on the cake? VERY affordable! There was a $75 trip charge to come out & assess the situation, but that was removed because we used their services. In the process of trying to sell our house, and all the service people we’ve dealt with (a lot!) Trevor & Apollo Plumbing stand out as the bright shining stars among the entire bunch! We’ll definitely be calling on them in the near future to address several plumbing problems at our current home. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Zach unplugged our kitchen drain, but it took him three attempts to reach the plug because according to him, the plug was almost 11 feet away. He was very informative and gave good advise as to how to prevent our sink from plugging up again in the future. With regards to the Apollo Plumbing, I feel that it is one of the most reliable companies you can depend on in case of emergency.

The positives: Trevor arrived at the earliest the time we were told to expect him. He was respectful and professional, and was able to fix a challenging drain problem. He also made a few suggestions to minimize drain problems in the future. Two negatives: 1.. The tech had to wait for equipment not in his truck, to be brought by a colleague. 2.. Although it was snowy and slushy on this visit, Trevor made every effort not to track dirt inside. BUT most trades companies have their employees don shoe covers when the enter the premises.

Too many choices to pick the right faucet in my middle price range, but finally I chose one. Only had one minor issue with the pull down faucet spray head hose and the weight on it, which was the water supply hose was in the way. So the easy fix was to adjust the position of the weight and route one of the water supply hoses out of the way to clear when pulled down far enough.

Replacement went smoothly, from scheduling, removal, installation, expansion tank replacement - all were done in a timely & professional manner. I believe I could have gotten a less expensive replacement if I had been able to shop around and were able to do a weekday install, but my priority was on immediate replacement on a weekend, so I chose Apollo based on good reviews on Angie's list and BBB record.

Easy repair. But if replacement is needed we will be credited for the service call.

I had a broken PVC pipe that a previous DIY owner installed. I temporarily addressed the brojen pipe, but needed help finishing it. Diego came to the rescue. He made a recommendation and spent time answering my DIYer questions so that I could make the best choice for my needs. After making a supply run, he was off and running. Within a few hours, we had all of our water working properly. He came back later in the week to upgrade a tangential project I opted to have him work on. He accidentally got something Criss crossed, but was eager to hear the feedback and quickly made the necessary corrections. I was not able to inspect his finished work at the time he completed all of it. A day later I had the chance to do so, and I found only one minor item. As of writing this review, he is scheduled to come back tomorrow at a convenient to me for the minor finish work. All in all, I am very satisfied and comfortable with Diego's abilities and customer service skills. He's a friendly guy too. When I need a plumber again, I will be calling Apollo Plumbing again.

Very well. Price discussed right up front. Saved me from unnecessary work

I was very impressed with the professionalism at everyone involved. This being a rental property, they went out of their way to give me all the salient details. The transaction was completed well, to the delight of the tenants.

They were great at the following: communication by text (both written and photographic) and by phone, explaining, efficiency, cleanliness, caring. My elderly parents and their caregiver lost hot water and Apollo got them back in short order after determining that the old unit had not been serviced thereby causing the malfunction/ death of the old unit. Apollo had hot water to them in short order and with a back-up battery that the old unit didn't have. Both Debbie at the office and Quinn at the job site were kind and effective in getting us the help we needed.

Scheduled last week for today and was provided a two-hour window for this afternoon. Plumber was no show, and did not call.

We first used Apollo Plumbing in 2015. Dan came out and repaired a leaking pipe. Great work! Since then we were added to their email list and periodically receive really good emails reminding us of potential plumbing concerns. I received one of these emails the other day and contacted Debbie today who asked Tyler to come out to address my concern. He came out the same day and thankfully we do not have a concern. They even texted me a photo of Tyler so I knew who would arrive at my door. Awesome! Much thanks to the team at Apollo for their responsiveness and professionalism!! That said, we would not use any other Plumbing service other than Apollo.

Operator was unprofessional. I advised I was calling for a quote on fixing a broken shower pipe. Immediately tried to get me on the schedule and when I objected, because I was just needing a quote at this stage, I asked to have someone call back with a quote. Instead she gave me a quote herself (not an experienced plumber and hadn’t actually listened to what my problem was) that was four times as much as the competitors. Unfortunately for the business owner, I won’t have the opportunity to find out if they are good or no because their answering service is very unprofessional.

Highly recommend! Professional, quick, reasonable price and very knowledgeable. Quinn explained everything very well and also informed me of other possible issues with my plumbing. Thank You!

Corey was awesome! He was not only on time but was early! We initially sent in a request online and then decided it would be easier to call so while we called them, Debbie was calling us at the same time. She was so nice and got us all set up. We called and within 30 min here he was! I could not have been happier to see him. I loved that we got a text with the picture to let us know who would be coming. He was great from the moment he walked in to the moment he left. My dog loved him and he was so nice to him and giving him some loves. He was efficient, showed me everything he was doing. He did a camera and explained it all to me. I just was so appreciative for him! Even tho the news was not great and ended up being a warranty for our home, he came out, did what he was there for and he just really exceeded my expectations. My grandmother was over and she is a hard person to impress and she even asked for his business card! I will from here on out ONLY use Apollo!! Not only that, I will be letting anyone I know who needs a plumber to go to Apollo! Thank you again Corey and Debbie too!!

We were charged 350.00 to install a toilet.. not remove and replace, but just put the toilet on the flange, screw on two nuts and screw on the water supply.. took about 10 minutes.. The young man was professional, prompt, and was great... but 350.00..?? Overcharged in my opinion...

Plumber Quinn K. is first rate. He’s highly competent and happy to explain as he goes if you want. On time, pro install, cleaned up, too. Maybe more expensive than some other companies but worth it due to their responsiveness, professionalism and work warranties.
