It was fine. It didn't end up helping, we had to do something else with our problem. I didn't have any issues with the service. We've used them a couple of times since then. The price was probably a little high.

The consummate professional, Mark flushed our water heater, determined its age (we just moved into our new home anad we were taking precautionary maintenance). Mark gave great advice on how long before we needed to replace teh water heater (2 years). Very straightforward and honest. He could have told us that we needed a new water heater asap. Then he checked all the faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Mark made recommendations on replacing the kitchen faucet in the near future. He even placed a reminder sticker on the water heater with all the information (date and model number and replacement timeframe). Absolutely trust Mark and Apollo Plumbing. Competent, professional, fun to work with and very knowledgeable. Here is a plumbing contractor that does great work for reasonable prices. And you don't have to worry about them selling you something you don't need. How unique is that!

They are good. They charge me their standard cost of about $280 per call. I was in a rush. I had people coming for dinner, and they came over right away. They are very punctual. They do an awesome job, and they know what they are doing. I have also used them before.

When I called the company, I was put on the schedule for less than two hours from the time of my call, and informed that I would be contacted if there would be a delay. The technician called shortly before the time scheduled to verify the address, and arrived about 20 minutes later. He assessed the situation, and we discussed the solutions. He thoroughly explained all the steps and was careful to set reasonable expectations along the way so there would be no surprises. Luckily, the service went pretty quickly and without any problems. The technician also provided some very helpful advice for better maintaining our lines. He was in and out in under an hour. Extremely polite and conscientious, I would gladly use this provider again.

We called Dan, with Apollo plumbing. Someone came out right away to turn the water back off at the street. My husband and I had already started opening up the walls to expose the pipes, and we found the culprit! The plumber came and fixed our burst pipe and installed a new shower valve that had been vandalized (darn foreclosures!). They were very prompt, nice, and efficient. Would definitely recommend them again!

I called Apollo out of frustration with the lack of water pressure in my kitchen and master bath tub despite fantastic pressure throughout the rest of the house. All other efforts by myself and others had failed. As explained when the appointment was made, Marc called 1/2 hour before arriving and within the 1 hour window given for the appointment. Marc is a professionally friendly and in appearance. He listened and asked questions which efficiently identified by problems. After narrowing the problem down to the faucets, he cleaned and evaluated the faucet in the kitchen. The bath was a difficult fix because of the way it as constructed. Marc explained the problem and answered all my questions. We discussed a variety of solutions. He was very imaginative. I selected to replace the faucet in the kitchen and Marc had one in his truck I thought perfect for the purpose. The bath I decided to come at from a different direction. Before he left Marc confirmed that every item I called about was addressed and asked if there was anything else I may have thought of. I appreciated the care he took with the job, how he explained everything, cleaned up afterwards and was not rushing through the work.

It magically started working. No charge for the visit.

You couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience, Mathew was courteous, competent, patient, and took time to teach us on how to maintain a clean drain. We would highly recommend Apollo plumbing. The experience was good. He explained what the situation was and that eventually we would have to replace the toilet. He did go ahead and fix it, but did not charge anything else. It was a pleasant experience. He was punctual, but not the most professional.

Mark from Apollo was great. I bought a shower panel with the whole range of functions (rain forest head, shower head on a hose, 8 massage heads on the panel, steam function, and tub spout) from a Canadian company and had it shipped in. The "Easy to Install" advertisement must have been a mistranslation from Canadian to American. Mark took the time to figure out all the details and discuss each element with me. I particularly appreciated that he explained some options to increase overall water pressure by doing some extra modifications on the copper plumbing, reducing the number of 90 degree turns the water would take before reaching the panel. The install was rock solid. The panel worked perfectly and never leaked in two years. We are moving next week and I ordered another panel to go in the new house. No question I will use Apollo for the new install as well.

I called Apollo plumbing to fix a chronic leaky toilet. Not only did Matthew fix the problem, he fixed and pointed out a couple of other issues at no additional charge. These are good guys; trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have used them on four occasions, each time they surpass all other contractors and repair personnel I've hired. I highly recommend them if you have a plumbing issue!

They came out within a few hours to check out my concern with my sump pump and rising water. A quick inspection revealed that the sump pump was not the issue. They provided professional service, offered a referral to someone else who specialized in outdoor drainage issues, and didn't charge me a penny!

It turned out pretty well for the disposal. The product itself is quieter than the other one. The sink gets kind of backed up. What helps it is to open the rubber valve for the water to go through. Other than that, it's fine.

Overall went very well. Technician was very professional. He informed us that the garage electric water heater needed to be replaced, and that flushing it is not recommended, since it would be a waste of money (my words, not the techs). Therefor we opted to have our newer water heater flushed in the basement to use our "Big Deal"... Unfortunately he did not have a pump on the truck to flush tank in basement. All in all he was informative, took his time, and gave us an estimate for a new water heater.

We had bought a coupon for replacement of the outside faucet, but we added the work on the inside valve. Dan assessed the situation and came up with workable solutions to our problem. He is a skillful plumber and seems very knowledgeable about his trade. He does his work quickly and efficiently. My only issue was that I was a little confused about the pricing and thought it seemed a bit high since part of it was being covered by the coupon and part was extra. About a year earlier, we had also hired Apollo to replace an old toilet that was leaking. He did an impressively quick, efficient, and clean job installing a new Toto Drake toilet. I would recommend Apollo to others.

Matthew Gardner arrived on schedule and quickly determined what needed to be done. He was very professional and courteous and also informative as he went about his work. The completed job looked great and functioned perfectly. I would not hesitate to use Apollo Plumbing in the future.

The technician showed up as scheduled and performed the service I purchased. He was professional and pleasant. No complaints.

Went fine. They showed up in reasonable time. They replaced a shut off valve I had bee trying to replace. The valve was old style with a compression fitting. the fitting had been overtightened at the time of installation (not by Apollo) and could not be reused by a new valve.

I contacted Apollo Plumbing because my water bill has been higher the last two cycles. He suggested we look for a leak source, it was determined that the leak was between the house and the meter. I was able to find the connection, and will be repairing it. The plumber was pretty professional, I will be keeping them in mind in the future for plumbing problems. The person that came out was totally unprofessional. My wife was there, and I was not. He took this as an opportunity to treat my wife as someone stupid. He tried to upsell many different things, including trying to say that he would have to replace all the pipes in our garage (the leak wasn't anywhere near the garage). His quote was almost $8,000, on top of the fact that he was trying to pull a fast one on my wife. We ended up calling Akers and they quoted us $2650, and said there was no reason they would have to do any of the things Apollo's tried to say we needed. Stay away from Apollo's, they are looking for a quick buck, and are disrespectful towards women. Edit: The owner of Apollo's called me to apologize and ask about what happened. I give him credit for calling and asking to discuss the experience, which I did with him. Also, I want to be clear that the person that came out wasn't overtly rude, but it doesn't change the fact that I believe the plumber was trying to take advantage of the fact that my wife was there and not me, and was trying to coral a dog and baby, and that the amount of work they said needed to be done was far different than what we got quoted from two other places.

The plumber who came out was very courteous and professional. He spent a lot of time trying to find the problem. They were very good!

They went very well. I have an excellent recommendation for them. He was really nice young man, very knowledgeable, and very polite. When he first brought the faucet to us, it wasn't quite what were looking for and he said "okay", and so he went and find another one, and came back. Were happy with their service. I haven't had a single issues since that day.

Early this morning we discovered a leak in our water heater. I found Apollo plumbing on Angies list and within an hour of calling, Daniel arrived, diagnosed the problem and had ordered a new water heater. He had fit us into his schedule and returned a few hours later to install the water heater. The Quality of work was excellent, efficient and very professional. I would most definitely use their services again.

That turned out just fine. We thought we had a leak in a pipe and he came out and checked and he let us know that we didn’t. He was in and out within 15 minutes. I like that he was upfront and honest. I appreciated his integrity.
