After calling and leaving a message my call was promptly returned and a visit was set up the next morning. Matt called to confirm my address before he came out and was on time. After assessing my situation he gave me a few options on how to proceed. We discussed price and settled on the best option and he got right to work. After several minutes of testing we finally found a leak and he confirmed where it was coming from. The price never changed from what we originally agreed upon and after he was all done he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at since it was included in the service. He was always professional and very good at his job. I will definitely recommend Apollo Plumbing to anybody that asks.

My outdoor faucet will be more expensive to replace.

He came in to look at my garbage disposal. We thought we had to replace it. He said let me try to see if there is something stuck in it. He found 2 or three things in there that was causing it to not work. Instead of me having to pay him anywhere from $400-$700, I got to keep my garbage disposal and didn't have to pay all the extra cost. This provider shows integrity and is very professional.

Horrible. I had a leak under the house that ruined some of my insullation. I had Classic Insulation out to pull out all of he insulation. This exposed all of the plumbing. The first Plumber who came out (Daniel) spent 5 mins gluing a pipe under the house and although he told me on the phone and my husband at the house that it would be $350 he actually charged $365 .I was at work and spoke with him on the phone and asked him specifically to inspect all the plumbing as part of the service since I had all of my insulation removed and wanted to assure no leaks prior to re-installation. He did not perform the check. I called and asked the owner to send someone else out (Mark) to complete the job.I had to take a day away from work to assure they actually looked at the plumbing. Initially the second guy told me he was sure his coworker was a professional and he trusted him if he says there was not a leak and he looked for it. I shared I did not have the same confidence and wanted him to actually look.!! He found a leak right where I said it was, but still charged me another $250 to fix that leak. I wouldn't use them again. I wouldn't trust them to do the job right the first time and I can't afford to take a day off to make sure they do what they committed and charged me to do! They did not share the pipe recall info until the second visit. The main fact remains your plumber committed to and told me he performed services he did not perform and I had to take a day away from the office to assure your company performed the committed to services. !! Cost aside, there is an ethical issue here.

They came out and said they could not replace the faucet because he would have to go through a crawl space. I thought the deal ad should have more clear. He did do a plumbing inspection throughout the house. The technician was respectful and did a nice job. He was happy to explain everything to me. Scheduling them out was not an issue. I just wish they would have been able to replace the faucet.

The shower diverter on a bathroom shower broke and because of the age of the fixture I was unable to remove the tub spout myself and replace it with a working one. Apollo plumbing quickly came to the rescue. One of their plumbers Matthew arrived on time and was ever so professional and courteous. And what look like a simple procedure turned out to require herculean effort on his part. Because the tub spout had rusted so badly to the pipe nipple coming out of the wall, Matthew was forced to use a variety of power and hand saws to gradually cut the spout away until he could reach the problematic connection with the pipe coming out a wall. And even then he had to very carefully use a blowtorch to heat and contract to work the fitting off of the pipe. Eventually it did come off. But not without a lot of effort on his part. I especially appreciated his conscientiousness to coming up with solutions that would keep my costs down. I was completely impressed with his professionalism throughout. He answered my questions personally and let me know what he was going to do before you did it. But he didn't stop there because he let me know what the series of contingency plans he had in case plan they didn't work, then he had a B a C or D. Fortunately we didn't need plan D. I was especially impressed with his ability to think ahead of time and would attribute that based on our conversations to his Marine Corps training. So in addition to being a skilled plumber, a very nice guy and a fine representative of his company ? Apollo Plumbing should also be given kudos for hiring vets. Apollo Plumbing is now my go-to shop for getting plumbing work done. Having used several from Angie's List, they are not the most expensive, nor the least but I have found them to be middle of the orad on price but top notch in getting the results and making it a great experience for me the customer.

Workmanship was very good, but price was really (in my opinion) overpriced.

It went great. Ask for Matthew Gardner. He is a former US Marine who has extensive training in commercial and residential plumbing. I knew a) what was wrong, b) how to fix it, and c) how much it should cost. Matt was not only honest, but highly educational. He taught me a few tricks for future projects/maintenance. He was respectful, professional, and punctual. Nothing but genuinely good things to say about the guy.

They arrived on time and provided the written estimate. they were more expensive than other estimates received and I was not impressed with their idea of professionalism.

She came out to explain how my pipe doesn't work, he was fine. They came very fast, the owner who i called was very understanding. He was patient with me. He explained to me why the valve doesn't work. They are very sweet. They were within the range of other plumbers. I liked the plumber, he checked everything else. Quality was fine. He came on time.

I had some exterminators come out for an inspection of my house, and they pointed out that I had two small leaks in the crawlspace below my house. I called around to some of the top rated Angie's list plumbers, and no one could come out that day. I scheduled an appointment with Apollo for the next day. The next day, a young guy (unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was a typical American guy, quite young, had light brown or dark blond hair, and was average size) arrived. I re-explained the situation (I had made it clear when I called in what the job involved) about the two leaks in the crawlspace. He grumbled and complained about having to put on a protective suit and acted irritated about wearing the suit on a warm day. He finally crawled into the crawlspace to look around, but soon after came out, and awkwardly said he was too big to fit, and no other plumber with Apollo would be able to fit, either. He wouldn't provide any other details, even when I said I had 2 exterminators that checked the entire crawlspace out the day before. He didn't charge me for a visit, but I was left hanging with a leak that had been going on for more than 24 hours. I was very frustrated. I finally found a plumber who could come that same day, and he had no problems fitting in the crawlspace, and said that any typical guy would have been able to do the job. Shortly after, I had an estimate done on replacing the vapor barrier, and a sales guy also confirmed that the area was tight, but most guys would fit just fine. I later had the vapor barrier replaced and 3 guys crawled around at the same time in the crawlspace. I asked them about the condition of everything since I was still confused by Apollo Plumbing, and the workers said the crawlspace was pretty typical and they had dealt with much worse. To date our exterminators have only found and trapped a single rat, and have since sealed everything off. Yes, going into a nasty crawlspace on a warm day is less than pleasant, but I had explained the situation when I first called in to set up the appointment. I was very shocked by the attitude of the young guy who showed up, and how he flaked out on the job. If he didn't like dealing with crawlspace issues, he shouldn't be working as a plumber.

Perfect service. We couldn't afford the camera service and roto-rootering of our clogged waste line. Mark gave us a break and skipped the camera. The clog was cleared and on Sunday too! Customer service seems prime to this firm and it shows. I've been in construction for 25 years and have dealt with various plumbing firms. This is a good one - very good.

Matthew came out to look at our leaking kitchen faucet. We had tried to repair it ourselves but couldn't. He explained that we had done all the repairs he would've done himself and that the faucet needed to be replaced. He took his time explaining the basics of faucets, how they work and why they eventually fail. We decided to have him come back out and replace our kitchen faucet, along with our laundry tub faucet. He recommended a couple of plumbing stores where we could shop for new faucets. After we purchased them, he came back out and installed the new ones. Some of our plumbing was faulty underneath the laundry tub, so he replaced all the necessary parts. We were pleased with Matthew's work and will call him back for any future work that we will need. Even our dog likes him! :)

Mark arrived on time and explained what needed to be done and also offered an option regarding a shut off valve for the faucet. He was able to replace the faucet with only a 7x7 inch hole cut into our wallboard. (Someone had previously done the same type of work and cut a 2 foot by 3 foot section of wall board.) Mark completed his work and clean up in an hour. He asked iif I had any other plumbing needs and when I told him we were thinking of replacing two toilets he took the time to look at both and provided me with an estimate before he left.

He was punctual on the first visit. He asked questions that were not his businnes; ie. why did we not call the previous plumber to do the work? He spent too much time trying to get acquainted! He seemed to be a bit inexperienced and it took him a long time to fiugre out the problem. He called on the morning of the second appointment to say that he would not be coming because the new faucet had not been received from the vendor. First of all, he should of checked that out before the morning of the appointment. Secondly, he could have gone to a "big box store" and purchased a replacement. We wanted a faucet similar to the one we had; high neck with a separate hand sprayer. He told us that the original faucet was a typical "box store" model. That was fine with us. We called him a few days after he did the installing of the new faucet to report a "thuding sound" and vibration when the faucet was turned on. We did not have the probem before and do not have the problem with any of the other faucets in the house. His conlusion was; it is a pressure hammer sound and he really did not know why it was acting in that manner and informed us that other than the annoyance of the sound there would be no negative effect on the plumbing. He told us that if he came back out he would have to do a complete line inspectiion. We decided that we did not want to spend any more money for one faucet replacement and will put up with the annoyance of the pressure hammering and vibration. Our overall impression of him was that he was polite, asked too many questions unrelated to fixing the faucet, and is perhaps a bit inexperienced. The $380.10 does not include the $50 coupon received from Angie's list. That make our laundry room faucet worth $440! I guess we now have a high end faucet.

At around 2:00 a.m. on Friday, I found water all over our garage. Additionally, the force of the water had punctured our drywall. I called Apollo Plumbing at 6:00 a.m. and they promptly answered my call. Daniel arrived at the time promised and was very professional. This is almost unheard of. Typically, home service providers give a two to four hour window. They then do not arrive until 20 minutes before the four hour window ends. The original plumber for our five year old house was Advance Plumbing. I learned that they were known for poor quality. Their goal was quantity and not quality. That is obvious. This experience prompted me to join Angie's list. That is how I found Apollo Plumbing. I would highly recommend this company.

I called for an appointment and was scheduled for service immediately, at a time convenient for me. Matthew was the plumber who came out and did the work. He called me an hour before arrival to let me know of his time and arrived right as scheduled. He was very competent, polite, and did a thorough clean up before departing. Matthew provided me with a lot of education about what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I learned a lot, had great experience using Apollo Plumbing, and can highly recommend them . I will be using their services again in the future and recommending them to my neighbors.

He was great, also offered some sound advice for another couple of plumbing questions I had for him.

He was cheerful and respectful and it soon became clear that he intended to do a professional job that would be to my satisfaction. He gave me estimates of all work that might be necessary before he began and let me know how the project was proceeding so I was not surprised at the final bill. The job was finished in a timely manner. I was pleased with the level of professionalism and the completed work. I would call this company again for plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends.
