Bought a service coupon here on AngiesList. Gentleman showed up on time, was extremely helpful, had to come back out for a related problem and my husband, who was there for the second visit, also had nothing but praise. Great experience.

The crew from Apollo plumbing (Chris, Trevor, and Tyler) did an outstanding job replacing our water line. When the water bills started to go up exponentially, we concluded there was a leak somewhere between the house and the water meter. Tyler gave a quote on Friday claiming they will be able to give me a new pipe in a single day. Even though I got a slightly lower price from another contractor, they told me it would take four days and I decided to go with Apollo plumbing. In retrospect, I am glad I made this choice. I told Tyler on Sunday that we would like to hire them to do the work, and on Monday morning he told me they could come on Wednesday. As promised, they showed up at 10 AM and started digging up the place where the water was supposed to come into the house. Soon we discovered that at least one of the leaks was right inside the hole in the foundation through which the water pipe entered the house, turning everything around it into a giant mud puddle. Chris decided to cut through the foundation from the inside to install a replacement entry pipe. In the process of cutting into the foundation wall on the inside, we uncovered a previously unknown crawlspace underneath the kitchen. Our house is almost a hundred years old and a number of things were added to it over the years. During the kitchen expansion project a new front foundation wall was laid, but no access to it from the inside of the basement was provided. This was a complete surprise to everyone including myself. At this point Chris suggested that I get a contractor to make a hole in the inside wall so that they could access the crawlspace from the inside. He was not certain that it would be safe to cut through the wall, seeing as it was load bearing. As a result, the Apollo team ran the pipe from the house to the water meter on Wednesday and told me they’ll return once I can have someone cut through the wall safely. I found a person to do this the next day (Thursday), and on Friday Apollo team returned to finish the job. It took them several hours to connect the new pipe to the water meter, which is in a very overgrown part of my yard. They also went above and beyond by moving a bunch of dirt they had to dig out around the yard. This way they could use the dry soil to bury the new pipe, and move the wet mud away to the corner of the yard. In the end, they cleaned everything up after themselves with a garden hose and even helped me with a minor water leak at the hose connection point. To sum up, they would have clearly been able to get the job done in one day, as promised, were it not for the mysterious and undisclosed crawlspace. Given the amount of extra work Apollo had to perform, I was astonished to see that my final price went up only by about 6%. I would not have been surprised if they decided to charge me more that that. I also appreciate them recognizing the limits of their knowledge and being willing to do things correctly rather than quickly. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Our kitchen sink backed up and after all my attempts to fixed it failed I knew I needed a plumber. I called Apollo Plumbing first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Not only was the sink backed up, the whole drain pipe was clogged with years of crude. After going back to their shop to get additional tools they were able clean the pipe and restore a free flow of water. Total cost was less than I expected. Very satisfied with the work done by the professional and friendly crew. Support your local businesses.

Took advantage of the 99 dollar for 200 dollar special. Initially when it was purchased on Angies list I did not hear from Apollo Plumbing for two weeks even though AL indicated that I would be hearing from Apollo soon. I finally called them and Debbie was very helpful to arrange an appointment with a 2 hour window for their arrival. The plumber arrived an hour after the window was over. No phone call, no apology, fortunately I was still home. Came in and took off bonnet and told me the stem looked shot. Indicated that it may take awhile to locate parts, the faucet is about 11 years old and then talked up a new faucet that he had installed. I didn't want a new faucet. Plumber left and indicated that I should call him back when I decide. He and his apprentice were there about 15 minutes. This was not a good experience. No effort to take out bad stem let alone repair/replace it. I called another company I had used in the past and they took care of the problem in 1 hour and paid I what the original price of the special was. I tried Apollo due to the special and reviews. I don't think I will try them again.

Good. I spent a bit more than I hoped but I feel confident that the work was done well and that I will no longer have issues with a water leak this winter. Would have given an A rating but first day that was scheduled Apollo had to reschedule, after I had already missed some work and had to reschedule for the next day.

Not good. They wanted to charge me $1000.00 to take out the old sink. They did fix a leak under the old sink but charged me another $100. I had paid Angie's List previously $99. So the advising was misleading. It says $99 for a $200 plumbing work. I still paid $200 in all. Totally bummed.

Two young men came to our rescue when the problem was discovered in a pre-inspection for the sale of our house. They also did some clean-up and advised us on proper strapping support for that pipe. They were simply awesome, polite, etc!

APOLLO DID A GREAT JOB - THE TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE HAD TO DO. HE REPLACED THE HOSEBIB WITH A HIGHER QUALITY PRODUCT(WITH A GUARANTEE) THAN THE ONE I HAD PURCHASED. HE ALSO INSTALLED A BLOCK TO PROVIDE A MORE SECURE ATTACHMENT FOR THE VALVE (HOSEBIB).

They are the ones we use every year for any plumbing service. I have used Angie's List coupon offers on Apollo for servicing.

I am writing about my previous review and retracting it, which will soon be deleted. I have since talked with Debbie who was not happy to hear my unsatisfactory experience. She was very gracious and talked with the owner who was also very gracious. They informed us that they only want to give the best service possible and when that does not happen they want to make it right. They did.

When the plumber was running late ( just a little ) the office let me know right away. The plumber they sent was Quinn and he did a great job and let me know exactly what he was doing - very friendly. Though I used the discount it came to more than I expected though I am sure it was fair. I think I am our of touch with plumbing prices. Quinn did let me know what he thought was the best thing to do and informed me what the price would be. I am happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

He was very thorough, quick, and friendly. I'd definitely hire this company again.

It went great! I'd been putting this off seeing as it's not a shower that gets much use. Quinn showed up, clearly explained the cost and fixed it to perfection.

The plumber showed up on time, was patient, professional and competent. I had quite a list of things to do which he was able to accomplish more quickly than I had expected. Even though several parts were required, I was always given a choice from the well stocked service truck, and all were to hand. I had another another company out to work on the water heater a few years ago and was not pleased with that experience; the plumber was rude, dismissive of my concerns and talked down to me, so I was dreading this service call. The plumber Apollo sent me - Quinn - was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely call Apollo for any future plumbing needs.

The time slot chosen was from 1 pm - 4pm. Around 3:40 pm I received a call from provider apologizing for timeliness issues, stating a different job had gone longer than expected. He asked if it was okay if he still came, to which I agreed. He arrived not too long after 4pm. I was concerned about a sound coming from a bathtub faucet. He tested the water pressure and found it was normal. After listening to the noise, his best guess was that it was a bath valve issue. He stated they could replace the valve, but that would be expensive and there was no damage being done. Overall, I was pleased, and the provider was professional and knowledgeable. But, please note the following: Once they are there at the house under this deal, if you ask them to do any workl, the minimum charge is $300. I had a bath toe that needed replacement (I had already purchased the parts), but needed a bath toe removal wrench to remove it (standard plumbers tool) for easy removal. I figured that since he was there, and I had a $50 credit towards any work, I would have him remove the toe. Once I found out that any work was a minimum charge of $300 (less the $50 credit - even though he was already there), I didn't even ask for him to do the work. If I had any work needing to be done that I anticipated should cost $250 or more, I would not hesitate to use this company under this deal.

I used Apollo Plumbing. They were here in November of 2015. The cost was $99.

A home-owners nightmare, Apollo did a great job diagnosing and repairing a sewage disaster. 2 days jack-hammering up the floor of the house, but found and fixed the problem quickly. Greatly appreciated.

On Sunday, I noticed that the carpet in the closet adjacent to the shower stall was damp. Pulling up the carpet edge revealed damp subflooring, but there were no other signs of leaking. I emailed Apollo Plumbing after reading reviews on Angie's List. By 7:30am on Monday, they had called and set up an appointment for Wednesday, giving me a 2-hour window. The appointment subsequently had to be changed to Thursday, which was not a problem for me. The plumber arrived right at the beginning of the 2-hour window. He listened to my description as he looked at the floor in the closet. He checked some of the more easily visible spots, like the shower drain, which didn't look like the cause. He then described what he thought was happening, based on what he could see at the base of the wall, and gave me an estimate of $475. That seemed reasonable for the work he described. He let me know that the job would require cutting a hole into the drywall, and that fixing it was not part of the work he could do. That was fine with me; I can fix that myself. He kept me informed about what he was finding as he worked to follow the trail of the leak, which turned out to be in a joint near the shower valve. In the end, he had to replace the valve, but he kept to the original estimate because the old valve broke while he was working on it. He went through all the work with me after he was done. He had put down plastic in the closet, and he cleaned up everything so well that it hardly looks like anyone was there. Even the drywall dust is gone. I would definitely call Apollo Plumbing again. They were professional, quick, and reasonably priced.

A time consuming job. Could not tell exactly where the leak was coming from so it required some trouble shooting. Found the previous owner took some short cuts in plumbing prior to selling house. Which is why the drain pipe was leaking and the vent pipe was missing a vent valve. After about 4 hours all was repaired and corrected. Op-Test sat.

The initial request was simply to re-attach the hose connecting the toilet to the wall. But because the original hose seal was damaged, the hose had to be replaced. After removing the damaged hose, Mark noticed that the in-wall tubing was cheap plastic and thus he needed to cut the drywall to replace the in-wall side of the tubing. But because this was beyond the cost he quoted me, he was kind enough to not charge extra for the extra work he did. He just left, but as far as the quality of workmanship, so far so good. Mark was courteous, respectful of my floor cleanliness and honest. Very appreciated!

They were called to fix a leak (because of the leak, the tenant had to close the hot water valve in the kitchen). They fixed the leak, and also changed the whole kitchen faucet (which I am not sure if it was necessary or not). They charged $865 for this service. Included in this fee was the faucet, whose retail price is $165. The technician spent 3.5hrs in the home. I think their price is outrageously expensive, effectively, they have charged us $200/hr. When I asked them for an explanation, they said they don't charge by hour, and this is their standard charge. Which means there is no logical or factual basis for this outrageous charge, they just do it because they can.
