I had called and set up the water heater I wanted, gave the dementions of the entrance and thoroughly explained the problem letting them know it would take two people but the only hard part was lowering the heater and geting the old heater out. It is a 6 ft. drop with a ladder which can be done with ropes or without. Once down the crawl space installers hve plenty of room and heigth to walk (furnace is down there also). When the service men got there they acted like this was unknown to them. They did not have the correct h20 heater and told me it would be an additional $600 to do the work. He was rude and made it very clear he did not want to do it. I told him I would not pay that much and to leave After expaining to him that I had set this up before hand and there should not have been any surprises. This rating is hard for me because I have used this company before and have not had problems. I also know the had two people out sick which made scheduling harder. I would suggest you make sure of installation costs before in writing so the price does not balloon when the installer gets to your house.

It went very well! Quinn was here in a flash with his huge truck full of magic. He was professional, polite, funny and patient with my pack of dogs that was very curious about everything he was doing. I would definitely call Apollo Plumbing again and request Quinn to come back. I was really impressed. I thought the prices were a bit steep, but everything was done quickly and neatly and I couldn't ask for better service.

I had called initially to schedule the estimate and installation, and the phone was answered with a very professional lady that was very knowledgeable and helpful. The appointment was set, and but I then needed to change the appointment at the last minute, as my tenant couldn't be there. I was told that my appointment actually hadn't been scheduled due to a computer error, so it was reset to the date I needed anyway. The time window for the new appointment came and went, and I called to see if the technician had showed up, only to be informed that the tech was sick, but also that the receptionist had a doctor's appointment, and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled again. I rescheduled, repeating my contact number over and over. The time and date of the third appointment came, but I didn't receive any call, only to then receive an email from a frustrated scheduler telling me that the tech was there and ready to complete the repair, but nobody was answering the number for me. The phone number was wrong, and so I never got the call. We ended up completing the repairs, despite a frustrated tenant and technician. The scheduler had told me several times during my interactions with her that she was overworked, and finally got approval to hire on a backup for her, which I would say cannot happen sooner. Everyone was very nice, but the fact that the ball was dropped repeatedly over simple scheduling issues is concerning.

The technician basically refused to come over. Prior to selecting this company, I chatted with a service representative who was fully aware of what the job was AND new where the house was. The service was scheduled after all this was clear. The plumber was scheduled to come between 1 and 3. At about 1:45, he called and started asking questions and saying that it was a small job and it was far away (Redmond). He kept arguing that it was far and a small job outside of their area. That he was in Everett and my house was a ways away. I ended up telling him to not come since he clearly did not want to come for such a small job. This is absolutely not acceptable.

They do a good job but a bit pricey. The job took about 3 hours and the techs were professional.

Mark did a fine job. He fixed the leak quickly, educated us about why the pipe likely broke, and made recommendations about future prevention (sadly will likely be a full replacement of all the poor quality pipe). He also took the time to quote some other non-urgent plumbing work, which we appreciated. The downside was price, fairly expensive for 45 minutes of work, and poor communication from the company when his prior job ran late and he wasn't able to make the stated window. We had to call the company and check when he would be able to come, which ended up being only about 50 minutes late. Overall, good work, just a bit pricey. I'd use them again if I had an emergency.

I purchased a $200 credit for $99. Had 2 different Apollo plumbers come out on different occasions for different issues. Did not end up hiring them either time, so my coupon will not be used. I'm glad I went with my gut because the Apollo bids ended up being 3 times more than what I ultimately paid an independent plumber for doing the same work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, however the pricing structure of these companies that contract out the work (and presumably pay commissions) makes it feel pretty bad to be the customer.

Disclaimer - My primary complaint with price is not necessarily a complaint about Apollo's pricing, although I feel it is likely toward the higher end. I used Angie's pricing guide to get an expectation for what I should be paying. Since the pricing guide's estimate for sink replacement includes the cost of a sink, and the high estimate was $1288 (Including the price of a "higher quality" sink) I was not expecting to spend $1300 for what amounted to two and a half hours of routine work (no cutting required for sink), disposal was only mechanically disconnected and reconnected, etc. Once I got past the sticker shock, I went ahead and had the work done because it was very important to my wife. Apollo sends an email in advance of the appointment to let me know who was showing up (picture and name). My technician was Mark. Mark showed up ready to provide an estimate and ready to work. Mark was patient with me, given my surprise at the estimate for the work. My only real complaint with the work was having Mark tell me how old and cheap my garbage disposal was and that my selection of a sink wasn't the best. It was already pretty clear that I wasn't too thrilled with the price, why then bring things up that suggest either you're trying to "upsell" or your questioning my judgement? Work was completed promptly and appears to be quality work. Craftsmanship for the work performed is warranted for a year, so they stand behind what was done. Would I hire them again? Maybe. I would encourage anyone reading this review to consider them.

Great! Chris and Trevor arrived on time, we went through the items, locations, etc., and they got to work. The results....perfection! I asked Chris to let me know if there was anything else that I should have done. He suggested updating the inside main water shut-off valve to a proper one. I liked his suggestion and then asked him if on a subsequent visit he would replace my kitchen faucet with a good quality one, and cap off the two holes in the granite that I don't use. I also want him to replace my washing machine hoses which have been in service for five years. Apollo is going to get all my future business, and I have already recommended them to my family. Interfacing with My point of contact has been with Debbie. She is wonderful as well. Another member of the Apollo team cleaned out the outside storm drain running to the back of my property, and added a clean-out point. Because of his excellent work, I decided they were the company I wanted to call when I needed additional work to be done. It is so nice to have folks you can rely on to do excellent work, check to make sure everything is in good shape, and be responsive to your needs at a fair price. All in all, I believe this is a superior company to do business with. Thanks Chris, Trevor, Debbie, and owner, Dan.

Two replacements toilets are fine. Fast, professional install and cleaned up afterwards. Came out three times to fix running toilet but it works for awhile and is still running. Debbie in office is great, though.

My hot water heater started failing and I was taking 2 minute showers before the water was ice cold, which was awful! I came to Angie's List to research plumbers and saw that Apollo was rated pretty high. I went to their website and started an online chat with their coordinator, Debbie. She was awesome. We ended up talking on the phone and she was able to get a technician out to my house within 2 hours that same day. Mark came out and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He had a water heater for me, but since it is located in the house, he recommended putting it in a pan first (which he did not have with him). After thinking about it, waiting for the pan made sense. He was able to rearrange his schedule for the next day to replace my water heater. Mark came out the following day, when he said he would. He said the job could take 2-4 hours, but he was done really close to 2 hours. In less than 24 hours from my initial inquiry on Angie's List, I was able to take a hot shower again!!! I was very pleased with the entire process. Both Debbie and Mark were extremely easy to work with and I will definitely be calling them first the next time I have any sort of plumbing issue!! There had been a scheduling glitch but Debbie in the office worked it out and everything went very well. Repairs were quickly and efficiently made. Plumbing problems are never inexpensive but I have used this company before and have been extremely satisfied.

I was given an estimate to fix it. I expected that to have been covered in what I had already paid. I never did get the shower drip fixed. He looked at an instant hot water in the kitchen sink, pushed the lever and it worked. Took 2 minutes at the most. There was just air in the line. Generally nice guy.

Problem was clogged and broken main line between foundation and and septic tank. I executed repair myself as their estimate seemed to me to be extremely high. As it was, their charge of $245 for less than 30 minutes on site seemed quite excessive, though I've never hired a plumber before this incident so I have no comparison data. Additionally, I have yet to receive the "electronic" invoice.

I really appreciate the quickness and thoroughness of Apollo plumbing and their field plumber. The plumber was very professional and courteous. He knew I could do the job myself but he let me be assured that there was a great company and a great warranty that stood behind the work...not to mention he was very experienced. I'm having to knock off a half point because it was indeed pretty expensive and another half point because I learned there would have been a trip charge if I had only gotten an estimate without having the work be performed at the time of arrival. Either way, the work was done very well and I would use Apollo again if all else failed.

They were here on time and performed all work quickly and efficiently.

Corey visited my neighbor to check his outside storm drain, and I had a chance to ask him if he could do the same for me. He was able to schedule the next Monday, and created a clean out access point, and then used his equipment to shoot water through the system to clear out the debris that had built up over time. Since my property is on a lower level than the roadway, it is imperative that my drain works properly. I feel confident this will ensure proper drainage during heavy rains. It was okay. The only thing I found that was odd was when I signed up for them they said that it was like a $50 off on the initial cost and then when the plumber called the office he came out with only 45 and it was still showing 50 off there and then a week later when I was checking the list for something else it was a 45 so that kind of bugged me but otherwise it was fine. The only thing maybe was because I wasn't sure if there was a leak or something you know on the floor and when he said that the toilet I had to put the toilet back I can't leave it out doing that and then it dawned on me after he left he could have capped it off instead of putting the toilet so you know what I mean cause there is a sewer pipe there and I get that they can't leave that but then it dawned on me I think they could cap that and then when I checked with a contractor he said oh no he said if that's going on he said they can cap that then they can come in and do the work on the floor and then put the seal down and put the toilet back on that was the only thing that bugged me a little bit and I don't know if the plumber knew that or not but I would have thought he would have known that.

Did not hire them due to a too high cost estimate compared to other plumbers.

Wonderfully. The technician was very experienced, and also found another plumbing problem under the sink. Same day service, too.
