The crew were professional and courteous; understood what I wanted to accomplish; and performed the work competently and efficiently. The price was competitive.

They had done exactly what I had asked them to do, and had done a wonderful job. They had also cleaned up nicely. I had recommended them to other people who were also happy with their service.

They were prompt with their estimate, scheduled my job within 2 weeks of bid, were duly cautious about the gas service line running through the tree removal site, and cleaned up afterward each time. Grinding the stumps and splitting the firewood took a few weeks more due to equipment problems and illness of the crew. However the company and crew chief were prompt about contacting me concerning schedule changes. They also stacked the firewood for me in the back yard for the cost of their time--a task I was relieved to have them take off my hands. Washington Tree Experts also recommended a landscape service to me who are presently underaking the replanting and repaving of the tree area. Altogether, a very customer-service oriented and conscientious organization that I would recommend to anybody.

They were very knowledgeable, and saved our tree. I would recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned up very well and they did a good job removing the tree. After I had them remove the tree, I had called them to get an estimate to do some trimming and their estimate seemed to be a little high.

I have been very pleased each time. I don't need to be home for the estimate or the work; they come while I'm at work and when I get home the trees are gone and everything is cleaned up.

The actual work on the trees and clean up went fine. The crew was on time and we were happy with the results. Working with the company's office staff and bidder didn't go smoothly. Although I was home for our initial appointment, they left a note on our front door saying she missed me and I needed to reschedule. During the second appointment the bidder was helpful in recommending how to complete the job and left a competitive bid. We scheduled the work but had to wait several weeks. During that time we had some of the work completed by someone else and I called them 2 weeks in advance of our appointment to reduce the scope of work and asked for a new bid. I was told I would get a new bid from the foreman. We felt the work that had been eliminated should have reduced the initial bid, but when we got the bill nothing had changed. When I called to question this the staff rep was quite rude and eventually told me they didn't agree with me and wouldn't change the bill.

They seemed to do a nice job but this spring the Honey Locust doesn't look so good. I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY FOUR TIMES TO REQUEST SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT! No one has returned my calls OR followed up.

I called the first part of June asking for someone to come out and give an estimate. The person arrived at the agreed upon time, correctly identified all the types of trees we had and understood all that we wanted done. They called later that day to schedule a day to come out and told me it would be the end of June and gave me a time. The removers arrived at the right time, did all the work and left everything clean and tidy. Their work was much better than other services we used in the past and I was pleased with the safety and professionalism.

They arrived, they worked quickly and expertly as promised.

Excellent results. Did the job exactly as promised, on time, and courteously. We've used this company before and we'd select them again if needed.

WTS gave the lowest estimate of the 3 local tree services I called-they were half as expensive as the highest bidder. They pruned the fruit trees I requested according to the map drawn for the estimate. We will see if the trees bear fruit this summer, but everything looks good.

They did an excellent job. They came out and made a bid then scheduled an appointment to remove the tree. This tree was pushing against our neighbors fence and very close to our house and jungle gym. It was tricky to remove. The tree cutters were very professional and polite. We were concerned about damage to our house or neighbors property because of the location, but they did a superb job and removed the tree without doing any damage. They also gave us the best price. We would definitely hire them again.

I live in Issaquah and they initially said over the phone that they would charge a very pricey minimum (around $1K, I think) for a job in this area -- but that they would still send someone to give a free estimate if I wanted. I had no idea how much the work should cost (got more than one estimate, though), so I had them come thinking I wanted to consider them if the job really was that expensive anyway. It was much cheaper than the minimum, and the estimator was glad to set up the job as long as I was willing to wait till there were several jobs scheduled in my area. No problem. I was happy with the work.

We were very impressed, and they were at least 25% less than the other people we had.

We received helpful suggestions from the estimator and a date was set for the work. The crew arrived on the proper date and time and knew exactly what to do, although asked if we would confirm the work order to make sure. We found them to be fast, efficient and very courteous. We wholeheartedly approve of their work (and we also appreciated the senior discount).

Fast! When I called for an estimate they were there the next day. Though the price wasn't excellent it was fair. (Price shown is pre-tax.) The team was prompt and had the trees down in minutes. From the time they arrived to the time they drove away might have been 30 minutes. Fabulous!

All the tree work was performed as promised and exceeded our expectations. The crew removed all debris. The crew leader was very professional and polite and fully explained all work to be done prior to starting. The only problem was some damage to my neighbors' fence from a falling limb. The crew leader promised to repair the fence at a later date, but after 10 days my neighbors have not yet received a call from Washington Tree Experts to schedule the repair. I'll file another report after they schedule and complete the fence repair.

The person who answered the phone and did the scheduling was very friendly and helpful. My estimate was done almost immediately and the price seemed reasonable. The only downside was that the company is very busy and I had to wait about 5 weeks after my estimate was done before I could get the work scheduled. However, it was worth waiting for - they did a great job.

I was very happy with the service. The office scheduler was friendly and helpful. The workers very professional, (Tank in particular) and they arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job quickly, and cleaned everything up in the area. They were very careful with the plants and trees close to their work area. The large maple tree was very close to the property line, and the workers made sure that nothing fell on my fence or the neighbors property. I will have them work for me again if needed.

They were great in coming out to bid (Les even came out twice when we decided to switch the trees in question). It was easy to get on the schedule, and they showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up the driveway (even though I told them that they didn't need to... the driveway was coming out in 48 hours). I was very impressed and will work with them again.

The estimator was very good -- she wrote an amazing estimate with a detailed drawing of our yard. The work crew were very punctual, worked quickly and were professional. They cleaned up all the yard waste very nicely. We are very pleased with their work. They were $2000 less than another tree service for the same work (sans grinding).

They gave me a senior citizen discount, and they are wonderful.

This is a good tree service. They gave a prompt estimate. It was a very fair price but was based solely on other tree work I've hired done in years past. Our work was done on time and schedule. It was a good experience all around.

A superb job. Jen the estimator told me exactly what they would do, which included more grinding than the other companies, at a price that was competitive and nearly half the highest estimate. The four guys working were personable, efficient, skilled, and did a good job of cleaning up. In fact, they did amazing work at avoiding wires and fences, catching the stuff thrown down, and grinding deep. I was completely impressed and satisfied.
