They gave a great price to take down the trees and ground up all the branches. They were the best price of the quotes we received and things more or less worked out okay.

This removal was not an easy one. The fir tree was huge, in with other landscaping and small maples. Sections had to be roped down so as to not damage an aggregate driveway. All was perfectly done. They arrived on time and cleaned up when finished. This was the second time we've used them, both times for huge firs, we wouldn't use any other service.

Absolutely perfect! It's a family owned business and they cleaned up, arrived on time, worked all day and they are very courteous. It was just great.

Each time they show up on time and do the job right, exactly as requested. They were careful not to damage the rest of the landscaping. Their prices are also very reasonable. That's why my first thought when a tree falls or needs taking down is Washington Tree Experts.

They did a great job. I watched and told them what I wanted. The job took 3 hours. Later I realized that the shrub had not been cut back as much as we had agreed upon, so they came back later to finish the job. They took all the branches away and cleaned up well. It cost $849 which I thought was a very good deal.

If you see these guys on the road, be careful not to merge in front of them or road rage will ensue. This morning, driving North on I-5 through Lynnwood, I used my signal, gave plenty of space, and merged in front of a Washington Tree Experts truck pulling a trailer. This truck then proceeding to scare me by driving up close to my tail, backing off, and repeating. When I further merged over to let them pass and avoid conflict, the passenger flipped me off as they raced forward and started riding another driver. This is very reckless and bizarre behavior for a professional workplace and vehicle. I will never be using their services and will warn others as well.

The crew from Washington Tree Experts were early, and worked fast. They left no visible trace of debris other than the 16-18" rounds, which they stacked neatly by where the tree had been located. They even took some of my neighbors brush and chipped it at no charge! Great crew! Great company!!

When I called on 5/28/15, the office person scheduled an appointment at my home for between 2 and 3 pm on 5/29/15. On the scheduled day, I waited for the estimator to come. No one showed up or called me. At 3:45 pm I called the office, identified myself, and explained the situation. The office person said the estimator was on his way and that she'd text him. I asked to be called if he was going to be later than 4 pm. I waited the rest of the afternoon and evening. The estimator never showed up and no one from the company ever called. I was hopeful about this company, but this kind of mistake is too big to overcome. I have had scores of successful estimation appointments and dozens of successful jobs done on my home over the years. Yet this is only the second time a contractor has blown off an estimation appointment in my experience. The only other time this happened to me was with another firm, ironically another highly rated Angie's List company.

Les came out, gave a fair estimate, and explained how the job would be done. He and his crew showed up on time, went quickly to work, and Les, being the and quot;climberand quot; carefully took down the branches, lowering most of the larger ones by rope. The men chipped the smaller branches, bucked the larger ones to 18 inches, and left the yard in good order. We have used them before, as well as others, and they are the best. Highly recommend. Will no doubt have to use them again as we have a lot of trees.

Excellent. The phone was answered by a helpful and friendly person. I received a prompt estimate (and the lowest estimate). The job was done in my absence and the clean up was excellent with no damage to my lawn or driveway lighting. These folks are indeed experts.

He was punctual, professional, his price was reasonable, and he did a marvelous job of cleaning up after he completed the job. In fact I plan to call him again around late Spring for some additional trees that need trimming and cutting. He is a very nice man who does what he says he will do. This family run business is wonderful. This is the third time we have contracted them to do work in our yard. Removed a cypress cedar tree that was breaking up sidewalk, shaping and pruning laurel hedges. They come on time for estimate and give a fair and honest accounting of fees. All members of the family contribute to their success. They come when they say, do what they say and charge what they say. Easy to talk with and flexible to accomodate schedules. In a word, excellent!

The work was done professionally and clean up was thorough. Crew was friendly and the various piles of debris were all addressed. Would get all and quot;A'sand quot; except for one pile didn't get completely removed. A small amount was left. I would work with them again and will recommended them to my neighbors.

Les was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted to have done, and checked back with us as he was working to be sure that it was what we wanted. On both occasions we were very pleased with the results.

They did a great job! I added a couple of small things that we hadn't talked about and they took care of them with no problem. My yard looks great!

We liked the quality of the work. They paid absolute attention to detail. Everything was done perfectly. We would absolutely use them again.

Les came to discuss the job, wrote up the estimate, and personally supervised all work except the stump grinding. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to discuss tree issues at length. I was impressed that he supervised the work. My experience is that contractors typically send someone to talk to you and impress you with their knowledge and then send a crew to do the work unsupervised. The stump grinder had to fashion a ramp to be able to reach the top of the stump with his machine. He completed the job with considerable difficulty. My only criticism is that he left the plywood ramp and a large pile of dirt, wood pieces, and stump debris below it. In his defense, he was left by the rest of the crew to complete the stump grinding work by himself and had no means of removing the dirt/stump debris. I don't know that removing the stump grinding debris was to be expected because I did not anticipate it nor did Les mention it during our discussion. Otherwise, the WTE experience was very satisfactory.

They are really good and have knowledge about the trees. We will hire them again for tree removals since I really liked their service.

I had used this company last year for some tree work and was very pleased. This year, when I had more tree work to be done, I did not even bother to call other companies for bids. I simply called Washington Tree Experts. Geno, the estimator and one of the climbers, is knowledgeable and understood what I wished to accomplish. He told me what could be done without harming the trees. He was punctual when coming out to give me an estimate. The crew showed up on time, and all the members were responsive and easy to interact with. They worked efficiently, achieved the desired goal, and cleaned up thoroughly. I was surprised at how quickly they got the job done. I felt their price was fair in light of the work I wanted to have done. After using them last year, I recommended them to a friend who heads the landscape committee for his townhouse condo association. He arranged to use them for work in the condo neighborhood, and was pleased with the work and the competitive pricing. After informing him today of my excellent experience with the company for this second job, he said he would hire them again for additional work this year.

Job went well and we were very satisfied with the work.

We needed someone to come out give us a bid and perform the work quickly. WTS came out and gave a bid and then emailed when they could come out and do the work. I asked if it could be sooner because we need to get the tree out of there to repair the pipe. They rescheduled and were very professional in cutting down the tree. I am very pleased with their work and how they were flexible in helping me my time frame.
