Sam and another technician arrived to take care of a Warranty item. They were on time, respectful of property (shoe covers), polite, professional, and even had a good sense of humor. They quickly assessed the possible problem and then quickly resolved them by restringing the blackout honey-coned shades. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Shine-a-Blind was recommended me by several friends and I will be recommending them to others too. You are my go-to window treatment company!

The Shine A Blind crew did a great job on some complex installs for us. We found them via Costco, and this is a small local business. Very knowledgeable and great customer service, would definitely work with them again. Hosus and Damian were great, along with Eric.

We had Sam and Brennan here today and they were amazing. They walked us through the cleaning process and knowing our blinds were old did some testing to ensure the blinds would hold up to the cleaning. Our experience with the scheduling and on site service could not have been better. We will be sharing the Shine A Blind contact info with other contractors we use.

Love theses guys! Friendly knowledgeable staff and speedy service. I am a handyman, and often need blinds repaired. These folks are always there for me. My clients love it because it saves them major money, instead of replacing. They are always on time and charge a fair price for their services.

Description of Work: Removed, cleaned, and put our blinds back up in about an hour. Blinds were very clean and the $$ was worth every penny of frustration of cleaning them ourselves. I like the fact that they have the ability to clean them on-site rather than a 2-3 day process.

Description of Work: They cleaned blinds. The owner had to return within the week to make several adjustments. I believe that one of the workers was new and wasn't knowledgeable about resetting blinds.

Description of Work: They came to my home to provide on site blind cleaning. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would for a very reasonable price!!! The blinds, a 2" faux wood, looked great and the thing I noticed most was how clean All of the cords and strings were, too! I would highly recommend them and will use their services next time.

Description of Work: This company was great. I called them on the phone and they gave me an exact cost based on the number of mini-blinds I had to be cleaned. They arrived right on time and got to work. He was friendly without wasting time. It turned out I had miscounted the number of blinds to be done and actually had two less. Didn't seem to matter. He took them all down in minutes and went out to his truck. It took just over an hour and he came back and very quickly hung my newly cleaned mini-blinds. He said I should let them set for about 15 minutes because of a coating applied. He recalculated the price based on the actual number of blinds cleaned, I paid him and he was gone. It was quick and they did a great job. Couldn't ask for more.
