My blinds look incredible they were not only cleaned the service man also examined them and declared in good shape and not needing replacement.

I cannot recommend this company any higher. They were excellent in every respect.

It was done on-site and was quick and easy and my blinds sparkled. They looked brand new!

They did the cleaning on site so it was quick. The blinds look great.

Well. They were late, but I give them good remarks because they called in advance and kept us up to speed on everything.

The restringing was done. I wish they could have also cleaned the blinds -- I'm not saying for free, but now we need to get the blinds cleaned separately.

I removed the blinds and took them to the repair site. They said they had the parts to repair and that not all strings needs replacement. They estimated that cost would run about $250 (far less than buying new H-D at $500 per blind ). A day later I received a call that they did not have parts and H-D could not provide parts. However, they said that they could remove one-half inch of the metal bar at the top and fit a new part for $25 ea. which I agreed to. In addition, on further inspection, the number of strings requiring replacement was fewer than initially thought. Bottom line bill came to $174. I would never have known what stings were replaced or not. I commend them for their honesty, integrity and quality workmanship. Lastly, the blinds look like new and work perfectly.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly. Blinds were as good-looking as when they were new. The service people were very careful to use shoe covers and ladder boots to keep my house clean. Definitely will use them again.

They were excellent. The arrived on time. They got the blinds sparkling clean and dry in their truck, thus no drips in the house. They rehung the blinds precisely and tested them. Before using their ladder, they padded its feet so that the hardwood floor wasn't scratched.

Fabulous service. Everyone I talked to went out of their way to be courteous and professional. Great job cleaning my blinds. Will definitely call them next time I need blind cleaning.

Excellent! I had not had 9 sheer blinds cleaned in over ten years and thought they were a total loos. I decided to give this company a shot. They are amazing to work with. It's a small company. They are friendly and professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them. I learned that you can also order new blinds through them, and they can do the installation as well.

They arrived on schedule and proceeded to take down all the blinds. They did the cleaning in the back of their truck, where there was a well organized work space. After cleaning the blinds they rehung them in the windows for drying. They clearly explained the process and the blinds look great. The whole process took about an hour.

The only reason I rated Responsiveness and Punctuality lower is because there seemed to be a confusion about the timing of my appointment with the office. As a result, they gave me a discount. Otherwise, everyone I dealt with was kind, informative about the service and professional. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time (we were the last customer of the day) and went right to work. They covered their shoes before walking thru the house. Quickly removed the blinds and replaced them after washing. Blinds were partially dry, they told us to leave them in the partially open position for about 1/'2 hr. to finish drying. Really a great service and totally reasonable price..I tried cleaning the blinds and made a mess of them. If you take your blinds to their workplace in Lynnwood it is even cheaper. The owners and workmen are very friendly and helpful

The person who came was on time, courteous and did a great job. He let me know what he was going to be doing, how long it would take and left instructions on care after he left. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them!

David M. took all the blinds down. I asked him to show me how to take down the blinds and to put back them back on because 6 months ago another company came to my house but the new employee did not know how to remove my old blinds. David was very patient in teaching an elderly customer a new skill. Anyway, when David hung the last two blinds, Akeem came in for a lesson on how to hang old blinds because the pin mechanism is different from the newer blinds (these blinds are 23 years old from Home Depot). Eric Lee, the owner's son, initially stayed in the truck to do the cleaning then came in to meet me and give us all a short history lesson of the pin mechanism. They were polite, friendly and professional. They even brought their own shoe coverings! Love my clean blinds and glad that I don't have to spend my precious time cleaning Venetian blinds!!

Great! You can drop off your shades or they make house calls. We chose the house call due to the size of the cellular shade that needed repair.

Shine-a-Blind sent 2 technicians to clean my blinds onsite at my condo. They were very efficient and completed the work in approximately an hour. It was a very smooth service experience. And they did good work.

I have 30 year old cellular shades. They all match. So, replacing one means replacing all. They are not the prettiest, but they do the job. Over the years, I've had 2-3 cords break and I've had them restrung at another company that charged me A LOT (around $100). I knew it was about as costly as purchasing a new shade, but it was cheaper than purchasing 10-12 new matching shades. This time I went on Angie's List and found a company with good reviews who actually do this as their primary service. They did a wonderful job! I brought the shade in on Monday afternoon. I is about 4 feet long and needed three new strings. I was able to pick it up on Wednesday and it cost me half of what the previous company I used would have charged. I know more of my shade strings will break over the next few years (because they're so old) and I plan on bringing them here for repair.

The service people arrived early - after calling to see if that would be convenient for us. They did the repair of the cord and had to adjust one of them because it was too short - this was done quickly and correctly. There was a little confusion on the separate shade that I wanted cleaned, but that was cleared up and the shade was taken down and cleaned. It was a little tricky getting off the window and they were very careful to not crack the fixtures holding it in. It looked beautiful when they put it back up! I was charged what I had been quoted over the phone, and over all it was a pleasant and efficient job.

They sent 3 very capable people. They were on time, had the right equipment and did exactly what I wanted. My blinds are now slick clean! I'll probably use them again next year!
