I called Mark on a Monday, he came over to give me an estimate on Wednesday evening, and on Friday morning a crew of four had the tree out and everything cleaned up in about 20 minutes. Mark was very professional, and the crew was also.

Overall NW Arbor Care did a great job. Mark came out promptly to bid the job and I was able to make my decision quickly. I got 3 bids (all referrals from Angies List) and NW Arbor Care's was the lowest by 20%. Although they started a couple of days after our original agreed date, things went smoothly after that. Two trees were removed and I was verry satisfied with the job and how they cleaned up. I would use NW Arbor Care in the future.

Mark came and gave me an estimate the same day I called. I appreciated his timely communication when unforeseen truck problems kept him from arriving to do the work when planned. The tree is gone and I'm happy. I would definitely use his services again.

They gave me a quote for the job. They did more work than they quoted me for and did not charge me extra. They really care about how the customer is feeling.

I called Michael and left a message. For some reason I didn't hear back for several hours, so later in the day (around 4:30PM) I called back and was able to speak to Michael directly. He'd received my earlier message and said he left a voice mail back, though for some reason I did not receive it. Seemed a little strange, but he was very helpful and responsive from that point on so I wonder if perhaps there was a problem with my phone's reception that day. At any rate, he give me a quote by phone for the stump removal, and said he'd send someone from his team over first thing the next morning. A few minutes later, his stump removal person called back, and offered to come out and take care of it that same evening. He drove over in an hour or two, and ground out the stump within a matter of minutes. He did a great job. Overall we were extremely pleased. The price was more than reasonable and we really appreciated how quickly they were able to come out and help us.

We had contacted several Arbor care companies for quotes, but liked Mark and his straightforward approach. He came out to the house gave us an assessment of the work that needed to be done and we set a time a few days later. The work was done on time quickly and his crew cleaned up all debris. We also discovered we had a very large bee's nest in one of the trees, and Mark was nice enough to come out the day before and take care of the issue for us.

The crew of eventually four arrived right on time. Mark himself attended the site initially to clarify the scope of the work to be performed. There was time to add an additional small shrub/tree for removal. Mark added the task willingly without a need to requote the job. His crew was professional and meticulous about the entire job. Crew manager asked if access to neighbor's driveway was possible to facilitate branch removal on cedars. Neighbor was not home to ask permission to enter his property. No worries. The crew respected the limitation and worked around it without complaint. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time.

Mark called the same day I requested an estimate and met with me the next day. We checked out everything that needed taken care of and he gave me an estimate. I didn't even contact another company because I immediately trusted Mark and his knowledge of what needed to be done. He scheduled me in two days and his crew were there bright and early on the apppointed day. Mark told me about his crew and the estimated time they would finish. They felled the two trees, chipped them and removed the debris. They staked the one tree and did an excellent job pruning and trimming the rest. They finished almost to the minute Mark estimated. Mark applied the coupon from Angie's List to the bill. I was very pleased with Mark and his crew and would quickly hire them again. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

I called Mark and he scheduled an estimate the very next day. He had the lowest bid for my work. His crew arrived as scheduled at 8:15 am Friday morning. Six guys worked until 4pm. The trees were removed and pruned with excellent results. They were careful of my neighbors and the deck. The chipper malfunctioned late in the day, so on Saturday he rented a chipper and 3 guys showed up to finish the chipping and complete debris material removal. Mark and his crew did exactly what i requested and for a great price.

I had another quote from Chandlers Tree Service and although I'm sure his quality is good, his services were a good 25% higher in cost. Mark came out a couple of days after calling for a quote, and completed the service that same weekend. His large crew of 6 guys and multiple trucks took care of my tree issues in a matter of 1.5 hours. They don't mess around, and they cleaned up the mess quite well. I'd use them again in a heart beat...thanks Mark!

The day after I called, Mark came to the house to give me an estimate. We initially arranged for him to come back on Thursday to do the job, but he had truck problems and called first thing that morning to let me know. He did the job the following day in approximately 4 hours. He was very professional and courteous, checking with me about a particular branch or height. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would definitely use NW Arbor Care again.

Mark came out on Thursday to take a look and build a quote. Called me and quoted by phone. He said that he could come out Friday, showed up mid-afternoon, quickly took down the tree, which was very close to power lines. He ground down the stump for about $200 additional. He was thorough, fast, and on-quote. Very professional. We are very pleased with the work.

They showed up and did what they told me they were going to do.

Mark was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. His crew was thorough and friendly. I definitely would hire him again.

Mark came by only a few days after I called, gave an estimate, and was able to work me in that same week. He removed some limbs from the tree to lighten it up. The end result is very natural looking and will make for a healthier tree.

Mark was here Thursday to give us the bid. He and his crew arrived the next morning before 8AM to perform the work. Everything went extremely well. The crew was very efficient and worked quickly, spending about 6 hours to do the job. With out question, we will hire Northwest Arbor Care again when the need arises. We have been recommending them to neighbors and colleagues.

Excellent work - trees we look at daily were pruned back and appear natural, not an obvious "haircut". Northwest Arbor is deserving of all the good reports they receive and I would not hesitate to call them again.

They were a bit later in arriving than originally expected. I appreciated that Mark called to let me know that they would be late. A crew of three arrived, headed by Mark's son. They did an excellent job and were soon done except for the stump grinding. There was a climbing rose entwined in the plum tree and the tree had also grown up through the phone and electrical wires coming to the house. They made a real effort to save as much of the rose as possible and did no damage to the wires. I was especially impressed with the clean up that they did. The patio and sidewalk looked better than before they came and they made sure to remove any leaves and debris that fell into the neighbor's yard, which had been unavoidable as the houses are very close together and the plum tree was pressing up against the neighbor?s fence. They informed me that someone would be back the next day to take care of the stump. When I got home on Friday the plum tree stump had been ground down as promised. This was a very good experience and I would use Northwest Arbor care again.

It went very well. Mark was very prompt in providing an estimate. We got three bids and NW Arbor Care was the least expensive. They showed up (as they said they would) on time, on the day we requested. Mark said they would have the trees down and areas cleaned up in 90 minutes, and they finished exactly on time. They cleaned up well and we are happy with the work. We would highly recommend them.

The crew did a wonderful job. They spent all day and were very professional. I would recommend them highly.

What a great company! Mark came out yesterday and did an assesment of our yard - he pointed out a couple of large trees that were in dangerous shape (one was hit by lightning and the other had a split in it that we weren't aware of). He made some recommendations on how we could open up the trees in our backyard, and gave us a quote at a very reasonable price. After accepting his quote, he came out with his crew first thing the next morning and they worked in a very professional manner throughout the day. The trees were all downed in a very safe and clean way, all of the debris was chipped into a truck and removed, and the hazelnuts were trimmed in a way that allowed much more light through while preserving a natural look and feel. Great job guys! Will definitely be using your services in the future!

They came on time, they cleaned up the mess so that it was not noticeable, they came quickly after I booked them, and they did an overall extraordinarily fine job.

We woke up Saturday morning to the sound of machines in our yard. One man was in a tree in our yard and the other was cutting the hedge. It is a hedge that is normally trimmed very straight and symmetrical. My husband got dressed and caught the man just after he started cutting it too short. They did a great job with the trees - but I don't think think they regularly trim hedges. It doesn't look great but it is in a really difficult spot, The owner tried to fix it later but it will grow back. They cleaned up all their mess and left without letting us know they were leaving and didn't get a check. This created some confusion as to how to pay them -- but it all worked out. They are fast, fair and efficient, but I would have appreciated them telling me they were coming early so we could give them better direction on what we wanted.

Yard was getting too crowded and needed to remove some items. Mark came out to give estimate for tree and shrub removal. He arranged and delivered good service for the promised price. He sent out a couple of tree/plant experts that carefully removed two small (~10 foot tall) trees with roots and a large rosemary with roots. They will give them all new homes rather than chip them up. We thought that was good--recycling and not killing perfectly good plants.

The crew showed up on time and was ready to work. No fuss and th ejob was perfomred with care and precision. Will definitly use them in the future.
