In the process of their work dropped tree rounds on my neighbors wood shed and on my cyclone fence. They did not inform me that they had done any damage, I found out about it when I saw that they had demolished the shed. They tried to fix (without telling me) with black zip ties, all I can say is that is not how fence was installed (with zip ties). I called Mark and he said he would come out and look at it (never came back or even gave me a call. So, now I have a fence that is being held up with zip ties. I knew the crew was not very professional when one of the crew had to have his mom bring him his hard hat and gloves. So if you want a job done by these people be prepared for zip ties to fix and damage they might cause.

Mark, the owner, was easy to get hold of. His crew arrived on site on time. Jacob and the guys were efficient and professional. They did a great job trimming and cutting my two 20 ft tall Laurels, topping a few Lelands, pruning a tall Plum, and shaving Arborvitaes. They respect the property and clean up the area very well. I am thrilled with their work and will hire them again. I highly recommend it!

The Owner was onsite within an hour for estimate and scheduling was same week with a single call. Crew showed up on time and reviewed work order got additional directions and started work quickly. The entire crew was pleasant, worked fast and took additional direction well. The entire process was fast and clean up was done well. Neighbors made very positive remarks on the entire process. Would recommend the team to others seeking quotes for service.

I've used NW Arbor services several times over the last decade for complete yard cleanup and tree removal. I've always found their services excellent and reasonably priced. I can't imagine not using them for similar work in the future. Highly recommended.

NW Arbor Care removed a large Alder tree from our backyard. The crew that came was professional, friendly, and super efficient. They finished the job in less than 2 hours which was super impressive. They did a great job cleaning up our yard and protecting our house while hauling everything out of our backyard. I would definitely use them again.

They damaged my lawn but did come back and patch it which I appreciated. Their office manager Anne however is so incredibly rude that I would stay away from them. I was out of the country when the work was performed, she called me 3 times per day leaving very angry messages - including texts demanding immediate payment. Either they are in a lot of financial trouble or she just has no idea how to provide appropriate customer service - either way I would find someone else.

Mark came out on 8/5/19 to evaluate our very large weeping willow that needed major pruning to make the tree safe. He was very professional and told us what the tree needed to clean out the deadwood and clear out the overgrown canopy and gave us a very reasonable quote. The crew came out on 8/8/19 and even arrived early. They need a wonderful job of clean out the deadwood and thining out the canopy. The tree looks great now and is safe and won't cause any problems. The crew cleaned everything up and all of them were very professional. We definitely would recommend NW Arbor Care and we would hire them again if any other tree needs care.

Initially, I felt that the work was not completed to my satisfaction (to be honest, I was 90% satisfied). However, after speaking with Northwest Arbor Care (NAC), they were extremely understanding and responsive. They sent out a small crew to perform some additional touch-up work and I was happy with the results. Overall, I felt there was just a little mis-communication regarding the work completed following the initial crew. I would encourage the crew to leave a voicemail detailing the work completed following a job if the client is not available. This would help clarify what was done, and why something was purposely skipped. Overall I would hire again because NAC clearly stands by their work and wants to ensure their customers are satisfied. I really appreciated their honesty and follow-up efforts. And by the way, the crews clearly work hard and get the job done ... Kudos to them.

The process was flawless. Mark and his crew (Evan and Benjamin) were there for us during a disaster and we will always be grateful for their great expertise and professionalism. As mentioned, a cedar tree (over 100 ft) split during a windstorm crushing our roof. The top 2/3rds of the tree pierced the roof of our home, crashing through the ceiling into our bedroom. Surprisingly, our 4:00 am phone called was ANSWERED (!) and we were calmly assured that the crew would be at our home by dawn. The crew promptly arrived and immediately set about the task of removing the cedar tree from our roof and bedroom. The extraction process was extremely complicated, requiring the crew to set up a pulley system from the top of an adjacent 150 ft tree in order to winch the tree out of the house (without further damage to the roof). The crew then tarped the holes in our roof, removed the remainder of the cedar, cut and chipped the wood and cleaned up all debris. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation to Northwest Arborcare.

NW Arbor Care was awesome from start to finish. I received 3 bids for the work and NW Arbor Care was less than one and the same as the other. However, the owner Mark, came out twice to talk through the project, answer concerns and let me know the work in the high bid was unnecessary. He was honest and ethical. The crews were prompt, professional, respectful, friendly and did not only a fabulous job, but also cleaned up. Mark's wife helps with scheduling and invoicing and she is friendly like the rest of the team. I will definitely use NW Arbor Care again. NW Arbor Care cut down a Cypress, grinded 4 stumps, and trimmed two trees they had to climb.

Excellent job. The crew of about 9 folks had challenges because my driveway is very steep and the lot is small. They needed to remove a fence panel and use the neighbor's lot for haul away of the trees and debris. They were efficient and professional in figuring out the problems. Clean up was well done with little to no indications of use left in the neighbor's space. They needed to borrow a hammer, but did an excellent job of replacing the fence panel to it's original location. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed 7 large trees pruned, 1 tree removed, and 2 small tree stumps ground. Mark came out and provided a very fair estimate for the work, and I scheduled for them to come out and do the work about 10 days later. On the day of service, they arrived on time and got to work quickly. They were done in less than 2 hours, and did a great job. They were very courteous, and cleaned up after the job was done. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and will recommend them to our family, friends, and neighbors.

They were very flexible about getting an estimate and their price was right in the middle of the pack. Once selected, getting an appointment went alright. The team showed up at the right time and place but only did part of the job because they hadn't read the estimate properly to see that a stump grinder was needed. I gave the office a call and we scheduled another time for the stump grinder to come out and finish the job.

The crew was right on time (big crew of about 8 guys). We reviewed the things I talked to Mark about. But I wasn’t sure I was covering the details of the work Mark discussed, so the 2 main guys said they’d check in with him, which worked out fine. End result was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier. Hopefully Mark will be able to work out a brief trip to help me map and label all the unexpected, non native trees like we discussed. His excitement was contagious, and now I want to know my own trees better!
