Mark's quote was about $100.00 dollars less than a competitor that was going to include a complete clean out of my big maple tree. I called him to see if he would do that work. He did that work and did not charge me anymore from the original quote. The crew was about and hour and a half later than the window scheduled. I work from home, so no big deal for me but it could be for someone having to come home from work. All the work was done efficiently and fast. They had a good size crew, maybe 6 guys. Climbed my 70 foot maple and removed all dead wood and widow makers. Looks great. Will recommend them to neighbors.

We needed four trees removed for a garage we are building. They provided a quick, thorough, and fair estimate for free. On the day of the work, they arrived early to get started. The only issue with this was that we were not yet home to provide instruction and one tree was not cut down. When we arrived, they had already left. Noticing a tree still upright, we called the main office. Within minutes the crew chief called us an said he was sending someone within the hour and he was very apologetic. 45 minutes later the issue was resolved. They cleaned up (chipped) most everything, only leaving the larger pieces of trunk. Great service, great price, fantastic customer service. They will be back for stump grinding.

This is a great company that does great work. Mark helped us create a landscaping plan for our muddy yard which he and his team turned into reality, part of which included artificial turf, all at a reasonable price.

Great. They gave me a good estimate and then scheduled the work within 1 week. Showed up on time and removed the tree and shrub quickly. They subcontracted the stump grinding, and the grinder had some problems and didn't show up. I called Brian at NW Arbor and he said "Don't worry. They will be out there tomorrow at 12:30." At 12:30 the next day, the grinder arrived and did the work right away. NW Arbor also honored the Angie's List discount when they asked for payment. Good company.

Mark and his company are wonderful. I spoke with Mark on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning he had a climber out here to take down the tree. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the climber’s name but I adore him. He had the tree down in about an hour at a third of the price everyone else quoted me. I cannot say enough nice things about Northwest Arbor Care.

Very professional, excellent price for work done. Came fairly quickly for a free estimate and was able to set appointment for the work within 2 weeks of us calling to set the time for the job. Came on time and took only 2.5 hours to get the work done. Clean up was excellent, I think they took more away than they produced. The yard was very clean after they left.

Worked was performed with great care. Crew was skilled, courteous, professional, and demonstrated that they were knowledgeable and experienced. Did a compete clean up, and left the property in first-rate condition. In short, outstanding performance. I've used this firm on prior occasions and will do so again. They are a model of how a firm should carry out agreed to work.

Tree removal went well, except for dropping a large Maple trunk on my front lawn, instead of in a woody area that was available. Didn't even ask beforehand where to drop it. Left large divots in the lawn. Trunk not cut all the way through into segments. Chipped only some of the branches promised. The climber who pruned a large Maple did a great job. Miscellaneous debris just blown off sides of driveway.

We have been here four and a half years and didn't do anything arborarily related, and the previous owner didn't do it for at least as long before. We needed tree and hedge trimming, and tree removal. The owner decided that there was so much work to be done that he put a double team on us and spent the full day, and did everything at one time. We got a discount. They were terrific. Other highly recommended companies that came over, even the one the home owner association uses, wanted to do the work piecemeal, (a little bit here and there). That would've run into considerably more money. They went to work. They spent the entire day. I don't think they stopped to eat at all. They were up and down the trees. I kept thinking of the Monty Python song, "I'm a Lumberjack"! According to what they explained, I wouldn't have to use them for several years. If anyone asks me, I would gladly recommend them.

They did not show up on the day scheduled and did not call to say that they would be late. When I called them late in the day, they replied that one of their workers had not showed up. We rescheduled for the next morning. The person doing the work showed up and did an excellent job of cutting down the tree and cleaning up afterward.

The crew reported on time and performed the work efficiently and quickly. The work they did was on a very large maple, two fir trees and a cedar. They removed dead branches and topped one fir tree. They also removed branches that were close to the side of the house and close to the neighbor's roof. They cleaned up everything and removed all debris. We were very pleased with what they did.

It went extremely well. I called to setup an appointment for Mark to come out and take a look. He showed up on time, and gave me a quote within 10 minutes. Even though I forgot to mention that I got them off of Angie's list during Mark's visit to give me a quote. When I called to setup a date to have them come and do the work, I mentioned it to his wife who was doing the scheduling, and she had no hesitation in giving me the discount since the work had not been officially scheduled yet. As far as the work goes, I have to mention this was like a 60 foot tall spruce tree, so it was rather large. Mark's team showed up ahead of schedule, and started their work on cutting the tree down. They had to open up a section of my cyclone fence to get their chipping truck in place. It was pretty impressive watching their team work so seamlessly with so many dangerous branches coming down from above. It took them about 4 hrs, to cut down the tree and remove all the branches. They took the time to clean up the area, with all the excess branches being taken up. Left me with blocks of wood, so that they could be split into firewood. I would highly recommend hiring them to do any tree removal.

The job was great. Clean up good. Guys were super helpful. Price was very reasonable Mark was plain honest to the point. 6 man crew made it quick & smooth. Thank you to all of you.

Timely, efficiently, workers were all courteous

I got quotes from three different arborists, and I felt the most confident with Mark's quote. His team showed up a little early (which is totally ok), and they were FAST. Courteous crew, and did a super job with cleanup. The results met (and perhaps even exceeded) our expectations. Because of their great work, we won't need any tree work for several years, but I know I will call them again when we are ready.

Outstanding. Received a bid three weeks prior to service. Called to make appointment to have tree cut down two weeks prior to service. Crew arrived on time. Tree was taken down within 45 minutes. Cleaned up work area and left.

We got three bids all from service providers listed on Angie's List. The first bid was the highest (by far) and was going to take over a week. The second bid was the mid price one but the contractor would only honor the advertised % discount up to $25 on a five-figure quote! NW Arborcare gave us a competitive bid and honored the advertised discount in full. The owner and crew were amazing. Punctual, efficient, careful and thorough. We got a tremendous value for the price we paid and give them our whole hearted recommendation.

They were about an hour early but that was okay because the guys knew what they were doing. I do wish I was told that they would be there so early so I could warn the neighbors. Their treecutters were a bit on the loud side. Overall though, they were in and out in about 30 minutes.

They came on time, did the job perfectly and to how we discussed prior to the date, and left without even leaving a mess.
